Lots of changing, uncoordinated staff

Very friendly staff and daily changing lunch dishes and of course a huge selection of bread, pastries and sandwiches! You can also sit comfortably outside on the terrace!

Unfortunately, we were once again not served on the terrace at around 8.30 in the morning. Although the service staff saw us. It's a shame we went to the Migros Restaurant like the last time!! In the future we will go there from the beginning!

Unfortunately, the size and quality of the lye-a-thon rolls are decreasing more and more...

Great service, dear service people

As I walked past I noticed a small display from Planted, the very friendly waitress told me that there were no more vegan sandwiches but that they also had vegan schnitzel with fries, it was very tasty. I would be very happy if the vegan offer was advertised more visibly, because I would never have found out about it without asking. I will eat there more often now, as it is difficult to find places suitable for vegans in Amriswil and the surrounding area.

We had bought a butter plait and were looking forward to breakfast on Sunday. We lost our joy as soon as we cut it, it was crumbly and already dried out at the edges. Really cool for this price. Luckily there are still alternatives in the region, Rösslibeck no thanks

Very friendly staff, a chicken baguette as a take-away for 8.20 CHF, BUT if you want to eat it in the store it costs 12.40 CHF. I can't understand the fact that you have to pay 4.20 CHF more, it's a complete disgrace Whoever does the calculation should do the calculations. Very sad!!!

Unfortunately, I had different ideas about tarte flambée with bacon and onions for 14.50 francs. Almost just bread dough and a little topping... What a shame. Where does it say anything about salad? I was asked if I would like to order a salad with it...

I think the baked goods and drinks are good. If you buy directly and take it with you. You can also sit in the cafe and be served. Unfortunately, I didn't feel so comfortable on my last visit and the service wasn't that friendly. Otherwise, I actually like coming over to shop.

Actually good quality of the products. We come here at least once a week. But unfortunately there is less and less coffee for the latte macchiato (it used to be full to the brim), there is no more water with the coffee and if you order it you get a mini glass which is still dirty and some of the staff are also rather annoyed and stressed. We think it's a shame.

Staff overwhelmed and not friendly, no knowledge of prices, they simply charge for something and the boss was very unfriendly to the staff.

I'm completely horrified that people aren't informed that a schnitzel bread costs three francs more when you sit down plus you pay 5.80 for a small Pett bottle of iced tea. Especially when we asked at the counter how much the schnitzel cost. Big mess I'll never go there again.

It's good and cozy here, and there's a pretty wide selection.

Been to Rösslibeck Amriville twice recently. Service disaster. Even though there were few people in the coffee shop, we had to wait a long time for service. Once served, you are forgotten as a guest and are left with empty cups...even when it comes to paying...wait! Very inattentive. We will go somewhere else for coffee in the future.

I wanted to go to the restaurant with a tourist who had a valid non-Swiss certificate. We were turned away because the valid certificate with a valid ID card was not accepted. The staff did not have a QRCode reader.

Food is good, staff friendly but totally overwhelmed. A quarter of an hour until we were noticed and the same until we could pay. Maybe it was just today, but many guests ran away because of the wait

Friendly staff, fine and beautifully presented dishes. A great address for lunch or a cozy coffee with cake. If there is an increased number of visitors, a clearer/stricter allocation of staff to restaurant service and the bakery counter would help.

Super friendly staff, we were served very quickly! Mega big portions and it always tastes super delicious. They always respond to customers' wishes, no matter how complicated they are =) I think the branch is beautifully decorated, always clean and invites you to linger. Big thanks to the staff who are always on hand and remain friendly even with many customers.

You can find very tasty snacks and snacks here. Unfortunately the berry iced tea is bad. It is an herbal iced tea with berry ice cubes. If you wait half an hour, it tastes a bit like berries. The cleanliness also always leaves something to be desired.

Absolutely great! I am a frequent guest at Rösslibeck in Amriville. Despite the large number of guests, the service is always friendly, organized and attentive. The ambience is great! Modern furniture and lots of natural light (which is not always usual for a place in a shopping center). The portions are generous, always warm and of course delicious. A visit is definitely recommended!

Rösslbeck in Amriville, Amriswil, has become very beautiful. And once the construction site in front of drm Cafe is gone, the view is more appealing. Patisserie is very fine and I also like the special teas... "Sirocco Tea".

I work in the Amriville from time to time and have actually had bad experiences with the Rösslibeck in the past. I was even more surprised when we found friendly and attentive staff at the old location a few months ago. When we met for coffee at the new location yesterday afternoon, I made the decision not to do this to myself in the future. We waited around 5 minutes until someone served us. No friendly greeting, no friendly demeanor, nothing. On the contrary. Dirty tables and chairs, noise from the kitchen. Would have understood it if there had been many guests. But the staff had enough time to "chat" and gave the impression that the guests were not welcome. My work colleague ordered soup, which was served lukewarm. She had to ask for bread twice. Our neighbor at the table laughed and said that this has been the case for a long time. But good. I have the impression that "the fish's head stinks". We are looking forward to the Migros restaurant, which will soon open opposite. Then we know where we stand. Quality does not have to be expensive.

I like the Rösslibeck. But the new branch in Amriville clearly doesn't have enough staff at lunchtime to cope with the rush. The ladies deserve my respect. The employees constantly have to apologize because everything is taking so long, but they can't really do anything about it. The food is good. The baked goods anyway.

They recently changed locations within the shopping center and are now at the main entrance. This means it has now gone outside. Very nice staff and of course the very good quality of their breads and patisserie.

The sunflower seed peaks were heavily baked 2 Saturdays in a row. They tasted burnt. The summit itself, as well as the cores (sulgen). The spelled bread is delicious. A pretzel roll with herb filling (labeled as such, in Amriswil) turned out to be a pretzel sandwich with butter and ham for 4.80. The quality has deteriorated significantly in the last year. Very unfortunate.
