This is the best coffee place in Bern. I go there all the time and never, ever get disappointed, the service is really great they have an amazing team of baristas and they know their clients. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, you can also go there with your laptop and work with no problem, the food is good and they have vegan options on the menu. Super recommended!

Staff was friendly. Food is good. It’s just that they don’t have any vegan or lactose free options. Otherwise it’s good if you have no dietary restrictions.

Unfortunately a bit very expensive. A latte macchiatto costs 6.- whether consumed on site or taken away. No matter whether in a purchased disposable cup or in the container you brought with you. Very unfortunate. Lots of staff but it still takes a while to get served. What's great: vegan offer!! And even gluten free. Bravo keep it up. Friendly anxious people.

Our last visit to you did not meet our expectations; the food was neither good nor the service acceptable. We have encountered these circumstances several times, for example the salad was not fresh, there was too much sauce or, as a surprise, there were pieces of plastic in the lasagne. Unfortunately, even after repeated feedback to the service, there was no improvement on your part. We have therefore decided to avoid your location on Güterstrasse immediately! PS: Unfortunately the "bought" brownies were really good, I'll miss them!

Excellent coffee. You can purchase 100% organically grown Fairtrade coffee here. Fairtrade strengthens small farmers, plantation workers and their families so that they can sustainably improve their lives through their own efforts.

The staff is super friendly. The coffee house is very modern and always clean. The prices for the coffee variants are not exactly cheap, but the coffee tastes great and, in my opinion, is the best in Bern. The milk is from Worb, which also supports the region.

I like to come here to have a coffee. The cake and stuffed focaccias are delicious! Breakfast is offered on Saturday (reservation recommended).

Cafe delicious, advice for machines and accessories not good: little interest in sales and no active advice, although I was interested in the most expensive model and there was hardly any customer traffic in the store. I then bought the mill and machine somewhere else on the same day.

Awesome place to get a coffee and a quick bite. We didn't know any coffee shops in Bern and ended up here. The coffee was UNBELIEVABLE!!! We're comparing with other coffee shops from Zurich and I can say that this place can hold it's ground pretty well!! Would definitely go there again.

Nice cafe with outdoor seating area and fast WiFi. Enjoyed the cold chemex on a hot summer day. Great selection of coffee equipment both for filter and espresso. They also sell freshly roasted, single origin beans for both espresso and filter.

The rating is only for the coffee itself, otherwise it is a very nice place and the place to go in Bern if you are a coffee lover. It is one of the best coffee shops in Bern but definitely way down on my tops list. The rating is low because the Latte/Schale is not strong enough and some days you can sense it being slightly burned.

The urban, cozy and good 'Rösterei - Café u. Bar' has been in existence in the Güterbahnhof district of Bern since October 2014. The journey is worth it!

Best coffee I had in Bern so far. Personnel is super friendly and very competent. The place is located a bit remote but it is absolutely worth going the extra mile. Make sure to check opening hours before going though. Good for breakfast or a ciabatta sandwich, too.

Probably the most beautiful coffee in Bern. The interior design rivals the beautiful coffees from Stockholm. The coffee and the baked goods served with it are also first class. There is also brunch on Saturday! It's just a shame that the roastery is so far outside of the city.
