The place is incredible, it has a real Saloon atmosphere! The dishes were also very good and the waiter was super nice and helpful. I recommend this place 😋😋😋

Very well decorated place, funny and helpful waiter, dish quickly served and good. Small mention for the Danish cup which had a lot of chocolate.

Although language can be a barrier, you are received with great courtesy. And if you visit several times, the servers do their best to remember you. Too bad it closes in May... we love stopping there since you can eat there at any time from 11:00 a.m. We will greatly miss this restaurant with its American charms and decorations.

Proud portions, the food was good. The service was very attentive. We went there on a Monday evening and understandably there was nothing going on. But you can tell how much passion there is in the restaurant.

Among the meals I had in Switzerland, the value and taste are both highly recommended.

Very good food, I had the combination platter, but it was not entirely authentic for the American west. They wouldn't put beans in chili. That's an east coast thing. BBQ sauce was decent. Slightly smoky, not sweet. The put a lot of sour cream with herbs on top, which I liked, but the real western style would put a lot of butter and just a touch of plain sour cream on top. Very good overall.

Nice western style restaurant. It is quite large and there seem to be different locations within the complex. There are three different exits to the toilet. What's special about the food is that everything is prepared on the wood grill. The Entrecote Lady was very tender and tasty. Likewise the grilled chicken. The fries are better than the country potatoes. The burger was normal. The spare ribs tasted normal, but there wasn't much meat on the bone. The whole piece wasn't that big either. It has various children's menus. The toilets are rather functional.

The restaurant is decorated very cool. Western style as expected. Unfortunately, my daughter and I only arrived in the afternoon and the kitchen wasn't open yet. But the waiter was very nice and did little things for us. It was quite good. We have to repeat our visit to be able to rate the cuisine

Thank you dear Rothis team! I celebrated my country birthday at Rothis with 50 people. We agreed on a flat rate per person and I am very satisfied. The food was very fine, from the aperitif, to the salad, to the buffet, to the dessert. Erik and his colleagues are very friendly and attentive - even warm. Thanks to them, it was a successful, fine, beautiful, funny evening that I and my guests will remember for a long time.

Cold welcome, no smile. Fast service though! Otherwise the hamburger is nothing homemade, the bread is the same in all supermarkets, industrial meat, sauce, fries and salad the same! But honestly, aren’t you ashamed to serve that?! Too bad not to benefit local businesses for meat and bread! It was a first time for me and clearly the last! Otherwise the decoration is really good.

Owner a little annoyed by our difficulty with German. Placemat that could have been cleaner. We were outside and it started pouring: we and other customers were getting wet but no one came to see if everything was ok.

We ate quite well, there were four of us and we took four burger and ribs sandwiches, clearly the prices are not cheap but average for Switzerland, we had a good time.

Was there to eat 3 times. The food was good twice and the service was also satisfactory. Yesterday, however, was the last time I was there! The salad was brown and already tasted rotten! It's sad that something like this leaves the kitchen! No one was present to make the complaint! The service was also very unprofessional! At least the burgers and salad were not charged.

Love the concept - seemed very random amongst the Swiss landscape, I wonder if there is a story behind it? Some bits of the exterior were in need of repair, but the interior was spotless. The service was *very* friendly, but a bit disjointed. We ordered and then were told cash only, so my boyfriend went to drive to the nearest cashpoint... but then our food came while he was still out and drinks forgotten about. Quickly rectified, though. Draught beer was lovely. We shared a chilli burger with wedges and salad (prices in Switzerland are considerably more than anywhere else we've been. Potato wedges were delicious and crispy. The burger was ok, juicy and lots of taste.

The staff was very friendly and it was very quick to get served. The food was also quite good and you really had enough and were full. The ambience was also very nice, but it was a bit cold in the restaurant. Me and my partner were cold during the whole meal. But that was the only point I had to object to. Otherwise everything went great.

The ambience is great and corresponds to what you would expect from a saloon. There is an extra room for square dancing. The food is good and plentiful. It's best to ask for the WiFi password right away, otherwise you'll only find it on the invoice receipt after paying 😉

We were on our way to Crans Montana in Valais and stopped for a little something to eat. We asked for Hamburger menu which was wonderful!!! With freshly cut chips, fresh fries with a fresh side salad. The meat was beyond delicious. We will return for sure

The ambience was great... very nice.... The service was also good, only what was supposed to be top... the food wasn't... unfortunately... If you like beans from a can and salad dressing from a package liked it. It's called sheriff salad...but unfortunately it doesn't sound delicious...the rips are good, the sauce goes with it, unfortunately it's not bought and it's cheap. The Arizona Skillet at a hefty 33.50 Fr. is a total rip off!!! Once and never again....the Lockal deserves better cuisine...they probably don't notice...

Great discovery Super nice atmosphere and decoration, we are immediately in the wild west theme. We had onion rings as a starter which were super well fried and delicious. Then my partner had ribs with fries and hot sauce. Too bad the fries weren't homemade, the ribs lacked a little freshness. For my part I took the Chili con carne which I recommend with my eyes closed! He was EXCELLENT!!! And the proportions are generous. In terms of sauces, a little disappointed with the spicy sauce and the sweet chili which were Asian type. Pleasant and efficient service. I recommend

Such a great Western style ambience. Please. A little more passion. It doesn't take much. Staff could, for example, wear a cowboy hat or something. The food, well. The burger was just cardboard. The salad hung lifelessly next to it and the fries were still too salty. Senza Amore It's not that difficult to serve a delicious burger. Unbelievably unfortunate for such a meal. investing time and money.

The restaurant is well kept and there is a nice atmosphere, the waiters are friendly and courteous. I recommend the "Big Bull", the meat was excellent, 4 of us had dinner and we were all satisfied.

We've driven through there many times, yesterday we thought we wanted to go in there. The atmosphere is really great, it feels like we're in the USA. The food is good, but unfortunately my meat was a bit tough. But it's definitely worth a visit.

We pass there often, but we didn't understand! Maximum 16° in the room, we ate a very average hamburger with our jacket on (certainly frozen, like us). Our neighbor at the table even kept his hat. Very disappointed with this last visit.

Off to Ami-Land in Switzerland 😎 After a long hike above Zermatt, my son and I drove past the Rothis hungry and I just said: "Let's go get something to eat!" A great decision!! Starting with the courteous Erik, who served us and then the mega dishes that appeared on our table: guacamole burgers and cheeseburgers, along with chicken wings, topped with delicious pineapple juice for son and the most delicious hay beer (homemade) for mom, everything was rounded off with a very cozy atmosphere American ambience and groovy American music in the middle of Switzerland. Great value for money, great taste, great atmosphere, service quick and super friendly 🤩 The next evening we went there again, got a big discount - because we were serial offenders - and were once again presented with delicacies. The hay beer had to be made again - so delicious! Conclusion, fully recommended, great shop. We'll be back on our next vacation in Switzerland!!! Best regards from Bruno and Lena
