The panoramic restaurant Rothorngipfel at the mountain station of the Rothornbahn is a true jewel in the Swiss Alps. The cottage rösti was very tasty. Freshly made, good portion, everything was right. Service was also very good, and I can only say “fantastic” about the ambience. Prices... Switzerland 😉 worth every franc.

We once ordered barley and curry soup and 2 x daily plates and 1 x Rösti. The soup came after 30 minutes. But instead of barley soup, a soup of the day. We had to wait over an hour for the daily plate and the rösti was cold and had to be returned again. And it didn't taste good either. Mind you, the restaurant was only 25 percent full and it was 12pm when we were there. Neither the staff nor the kitchen was overloaded. It's a shame about the beautiful restaurant and the fantastic view. No matter which restaurant we went to that week, it was always great.

Soup was very good! Fries were really bad. Service was good although on the slow side.

A nice place to go in summer and winter. Of course, as a developed peak it's not cheap and it's rarely quiet/contemplative. Still a great starting point for activities of all kinds.

Unfortunately, the pizza with sausage was a bit boring. Great view, but some shade would be good in midsummer, otherwise the restaurant under the glass roof would turn into a greenhouse.

Nice place. We were here again on Sunday morning to watch the sunrise followed by brunch. Great service despite a lot of people, our dog was also welcome 🐕

The best food at the top of the mountain. We took two cable cars up there and with spectacular views we were able to eat a Rosti that was delicious with egg, bacon, tomato... Normally the restaurants in the ski resorts are usually quite bad and expensive, this is a great exception.

Unfortunately in the fog. Locality dignified. Haven't eaten anything. Just drank coffee.

Very friendly service in what I found to be a breathtaking environment. The song by Reinhard Mey “Freedom must be limitless above the clouds” etc. is apt here.

You are required to reserve a table in advance, so when you come to the reservation you have to wait at least 1 hour for the food you have already ordered. The waitresses are very unfriendly.

Very friendly service and fine food.

Great view :) However, the service was very uncoordinated and not particularly friendly, even when the restaurant was empty. The Rösti was burnt (at the Cordonbleu), an order was forgotten and there was an aphid on the orange of the dessert.. However, the rösti with vegetables and cheese gratinated was very tasty :)

Nice restaurant, Nice view and food was good. Only downside they had only 6 of 7 dishes.

Sensational, great view, good Kaiserschmarrn. Nice service, in a good mood and has a sense of humor. To top it all off at the end of the day, a stop for a break is an absolute must. Afterwards, as the sun sets, the descent into the valley is a special pleasure.

Flädle soup is delicious, but everything is quite expensive. Also, the card says that the ski water is 0.4 liters, but in reality it is only 0.33 liters, so this is a SCAM.

Were on the Rothorn at sunrise. It was fantastic and highly recommended. The morning buffet was very rich and top. You have to experience it. Staff very friendly

I like mountain restaurants/hotels, so I don't look for negatives (although there are always some). I recommend to visit!!!! Beautiful view - weather permitting🤣🤙🏼 Lots of things to bite into... and something "little" to drink. But the view from one of the highest peaks of the Arosa/Lenzerheide area is priceless....

Beautiful view, friendly staff and quick service. Graubünden barley soup and salad were very good. Fair price/performance ratio. Restaurant directly at the mountain station. In winter directly next to the slopes, in summer directly next to hiking trails.

Unfortunately we were there on a foggy day, otherwise thanks to the large windows we would certainly have enjoyed an exceptional visit. Friendly and reliable staff.

Breathtaking freeride slopes. However, extreme caution is required on certain passages, as sharp boulders can often be hidden under the thick blanket of deep snow.

Service was both fast and impeccable (while ordering and serving drinks and mains), and slow (while waiting for coffee and dessert). We had over 20 people in our table, so the speed at which they were able to churn out the dishes was amazing. The flavour was great and portions were very generous. The view is incredible on a sunny day and could be seen from almost every table.

Ordered vanilla ice cream and asked the service why it didn't taste like vanilla. They then said that the vanilla ice cream had been used up and that the kitchen had made something. Would have been happy to be informed in advance. View is great.

Wonderful view with service staff who really make an effort. Good veal cordon bleu. Rösti was not yet prepared in such a way that the term Rösti applies. Vegetables were lukewarm and not cooked. There were ice crystals in the eggnog ice cream.
