The lady at the counter and the Ruh brothers are just super nice and seem extremely competent and experienced in dealing with Jura, Bremer and Falke coffee machines. As the new owner of a somewhat outdated gastro coffee machine, I didn't dare hope that it could be programmed and maintained. Instead, there was even a water tank (now no longer leaking) from the well-stocked spare parts warehouse and now I own it too a new menu instead of the tired old one. So I've now become a fan.
