Lovely and caring staff! Excellent food, delighted to have eaten here…

We were very enthusiastic about our visit to the restaurant. The staff welcomed us very friendly and gave us good advice. The meal was a delight. We had great fun eating.

So far The best Indian restaurant I have tried in Swiss. Authentic and flavorful. The owner, the lady is also very friendly, nice ,and welcoming.

We were out all day and left it late to grab a bite to eat. The chef was closing the kitchen when we popped in and they made an exception and went above and beyond to make us a home style cooked meal. Additionally they provided us with guidance on tips for places to visit and how to get there which we followed and were very pleased with during the rest of our stay in Geneva !

Great Indian restaurant in the center of Geneva, 5 minutes from the station!

It was absolutely amazing. The food and ambience were amazing as well. The owners are such sweethearts and took care of us so well.

Very delicious Indian food with nice service

This is my second time there. Great service and good food. Feels like homemade. Is a quiet atmosphere and tables are far apart. Dog friendly too! The Thali was delicious and prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the dish was not hot (T°) enough. Nevertheless, I will be back. Thank you. 🙏🏻

The quantity of food was very little and found it very expensive compare to the quality.

Terrible food I ordered on uber eats cheese naan and daal makhkhani, the naans were absolutely uncooked as seen in the picture, the daal was partially raw and it was like just poured salted water and dropped two slices of tamatoes on it. Absolutely disgrace in the name of Indian food. We couldn't wat anything all waste. So disappointing. P.S: I had to forcefully tick recommendations so I ticked vegetarian dishes.

Excellent Indian restaurant in Geneva. We have tried a lot but this one has an authentic service (owned by a lovely couple), the lady is truly kind and a ray of sunshine and the food is very tasty. Huge crush for the cheese Nan, the best in town !! (They actually put enough cheese all over the Nan unlike other restaurants). We would love to come back.

We tasted the food so delicious in our whole europe tour where we found deshi flavours across border. We also enjoyed speical milk tea in a cozy environment.

I tried the Chicken Curry, Daal Tadka and plain rice with massed potato (আলু ভর্তা). The food was best in our whole europe tour, some deshi flavours outside home country. The food is must try you can ask for the extra spices id needed. And the owner behaviour is so humble and polite. She offered us Roso golla (a sweet savoury dishes) mouth watering as desert and lastly we have the speical milk tea. Recommended its very near to the Geneva Train station.

What a surprise ! We reserved a table in this establishment with the fork. We loved it. A warm welcome and very professional and absolutely perfect service. A single person provides high quality service. The food was excellent. The dishes are very tasty and the flavors delicate. We really enjoyed the food at this Indian restaurant in Paquis. Very good wine to accompany the dishes recommended by the manager. Warmly recommended.

+ Fish curry is tangy flavorful. Salmon is cooked to soft perfection. + chutney with the dosa is very good + Butter Naan is a soft and crispy delight + cobra beer + hostess is sweet and very helpful + close to the train station

Very nice restaurant which offers very good dishes. We had dinner at this place a few days ago. The welcome was warm and the food very good.

OK. Service really good.. Food good but slightly overcooked and price value is not exceptional. Charging 7 frs for small bottle of water seems really over the top. No kid's offer although the restaurant claims it is very welcoming for families.

Authentic fresh food and lovely hospitality

We came from Canada and tried the food here and The food was the best. Everything was so perfect. If you are traveller this place offer the best Indian food in Geneva. Today is our last day and we find out about this place I wish we would know this place before. 100% recommend it. Price is worth it.

As a group of 10 people, we had a great experience at Sajna Restaurant. I must say that the service, the food, the atmosphere, and the smiles on the staff were fantastic. The food was excellent and we were provided with great options. As a Pakistani, I can attest that the food is great and you feel authentic when you eat there. I highly recommend going here when you're in Geneva.

The restaurant is beautifully set out. Great ambiance. We had a seat by the window where there were beautiful handicraft decorative items in the sill. The lady who served (the owner) was so nice and attentive towards customers. The food was beautifully flavoured and authentic. We were given quite a number of complimentary little dishes, like papadums and pickles; she even gave us some gulab jamun for dessert, and they were best I have ever had at any Indian restaurants. We will definitely go to Sajna again if we return yo Geneva.

I was quite surprised by the quality of food at Sajna Restaurant. I ordered a mix of rice, dal, beef bhuna, salad, and the food was just too good. If you’re in Geneva and craving for authentic Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine, this is a must go to restaurant. I also found the restaurant owner quite hospitable and helpful.

Excellent restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from Geneva Cornavin station serving traditional Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine. The restaurant ambience and decor is very pleasing and the staff are super friendly and nice. We had kacchi biriyani and chicken tikka platter for dinner - both excellent!

Excellent and delicious Bangladeshi food with traditional decorations. I enjoyed a lot during my travel time at Geneva. it is located a prime position near central Bus Station and train station of Geneva. Overall, the warm reception and hospitality of Bangladeshi manament is praiseworthy. If you are in Geneva, never miss Sajna.

First time at Sajna for a takeaway dish of the day (vegetarian Thali). No time to eat there even if the setting is very pretty and welcoming. Balanced spices and perfect quantity: Delicious and authentic. I'll be back!

Such authenticity in the taste, my god ! I was blown away by the samosa and the chutney. They were among the best I tasted in many years. It was exactly what is was looking for. Also I ordered chicken curry and Tandoori roti. Even the basics were so special and so tastefully cooked! Thank you Shajiya and Rehman for bringing tasty Indian food to Switzerland and preserving it so well for years ! Also, Shajiya is super sweet and super considerate. It’s such a family feeling instantly with Shajiya and the food here. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a very regrettable experience at this place yesterday. The ambience is just average and the whole interior has a unique smell. We ordered mix veg curry and a bowl of sautéed vegetables was served (not remotely looking like a curry) that had a fishy smell. We hardly could eat anything, paid the bill and left the restaurant within few minutes after our food was served and the host seemed to care less about the overall experience WILL NEVER VISIT again sorry

This place was very friendly. When you walk in you’re greeted by very friendly staff. They answered all my questions about the food and asked about my preferences. The outside patio is very comfortable. The area is nice, clean and quiet. Now for the food - it was delicious. I ordered the chicken thali, and it came with several other vegetarian items, rice and naan were included. The naan was to die for - soft and fresh. Topped it all off with a nice cool beer. I highly recommend this place. I’ll come again and try another dish.

Indian specialty restaurant. You will travel to India at a lower cost. Large choice of dishes, the advice is adapted to the diversity of dishes. The welcome is perfect and the attention is appreciable. The dishes are plentiful and tasty. Go there with your eyes closed!

Taste : Below Average Authentic Indian taste : Very low Price : Quite expensive ( 1 biriyani and 3 PCs chicken tandoori costed 45€) Quantity : Reasonable I made my decision to go hear after seeing many reviews but made a mistake The tandoori chicken I had was 3 chicken leg pieces which is not well cooked and not well marinated. I asked spicy and it was just taste less. No salt too Malabar Biriyani was pathetic. This guys claims that they make Malabar biriyani and Kerala paratta but funny fact that they are from Bangladesh 😁. Any way one of my very bad discover in my Indian restaurant searches in Europe

The indian food was fantastic...must visit!

I liked the butter chicken with the garlic naan, and the service was friendly. In short, I really enjoyed my experience in this restaurant and I'm sure I'll come back one day.
