This is a nice place for families. We have had a couple of birthday parties there and the kids had a great time. My only complaint is that the video games are very old and poorly maintained. I lost several francs as a result.

The slopes are well maintained and equipped with a tablet with which you can order drinks which are delivered quickly. Arcade games are quite varied and only some have some flaws. The food is decidedly basic and among the options it is best to choose pizza.

Excellent place, arm yourself with patience there is the probability of long waits (Saturday), but while waiting you can have fun with the various games inside, excellent slopes, very interesting and convenient the possibility of booking drinks via the tablet at layout for each track. During my visit it was difficult to find parking, but it was still worth it.

Nice and renovated but very poor table service! Very slow and the waitress even managed to get the order wrong, it was Sunday afternoon and there were very few people. I wonder on days when there are so many people and in addition to drinks they order food as they do. Furthermore, the table next to me ordered after me and the drinks arrived first.

They could update the prizes the kids win, the quality isn't the best. It would be better to have fewer prizes to choose from but more quality.

Speaking as an Italian, very nice and a lot of choice of games, truly American setting, the bowling alleys a little smaller than other bowling alleys I've gone to, but very fun and screen customization is fantastic

The only bowling alley in Sottoceneri, a nice place to eat something with friends or family with several bowling lines, several pool tables and a video game room. The collaborators are kind and helpful.

I have known this bowling alley for at least 20 years, perhaps the first bowling alley in Ticino, the leap to modernity! The owners or those who make up the "service" are always the same and are truly kind and professional people. There is no shortage of modernizations and they are always in step with the times! The cuisine is typical of fast food but very tasty as all the products feel like they are fresh and not microwaved... excellent quality, price and performance.

We celebrated my son's birthday so we left the money. Rude staff, glasses taken away twice, poor service. The guy who runs Shoes and VR needs to learn to be a little friendly and not huff at every request. A smile, even a printed one, is always a pleasure, first class rudeness, you can see that working weighs on them. Non-existent cleanliness, poor food. The door from the kitchen to the outside was open and staff were sitting on the work benches, unwatchable, hygiene non-existent. The list is long but I'll stop here. I hope you improve in the future. Bowling to avoid! Over 2 hours to play two games due to a multitude of bugs. We were changed to another lane after the lane had a bug 6 or 7 times in a row, but the same problem on the lane. When paying, we asked for a small commercial gesture but were told that "electronics and machinery are part of the game".

Worst arcade I've ever entered. I had read some negative reviews and, although I am often reluctant to rely on them, they definitely fit here. Extremely rude staff, unwilling to listen to you and lazy in their ways. Not only did the bowling alley jam up halfway through the game, but we also had to pay 9.50 each instead of 7.50, no one knows why.

Fun for the kids, has lots of games. The bowling alley balls are already very used up. We were there on a Saturday and it was very loud. Billiards has it too. We didn't want to eat anything, it didn't bother us. A great change for children and young people when it rains. Rather less for adults.
