High quality ingredients, despite it was expensive. Totally recommended with a nice touch of chicken burgers. It is juicy, tasty and the bun of the burgere is superb.

By far the best burgers in all of Geneva and surrounding areas! Even when we came at 12:30 we were quickly served and the Cuistos were very friendly! I recommend with my eyes closed: a must!

Good burgers but way too expensive!! I am shocked to have to pay so much even in Geneva, coming from Paris the rents are also very expensive but I am feeding 6 people and not 3 at this price!! Plus we are good eaters, at home we have another idea of ​​street food, generous and tasty....It's just overdone, it's still burgers....plus the size of the portion of fries, very good too is simply ridiculous! It's supposed to be a comforting dish with basic foods that aren't expensive but in Geneva everything turns to gold... a shame first and last time for me and my friends elsewhere. Moreover the center is cold, really like this city, come and see in Paris it’s another world!!

Interesting Japanese fusion smash burger place. Their burgers are served with a sweet teriyaki sauce. A bit sweet, but the smash burger has a nice crust. Main minus are the prices, which seem high even for Switzerland. Had two burgers, one order offries and two non alcoholic for 54 CHF...😱 Located at a food hall at the third floor towards a corner. Other options seem to be equally expensive.

The teriyaki tamago burger is a 10/10. Very tasty and filling. Definitely worth the price. Fries were tasty but a bit pricy. Nonetheless, the burger makes it a clear 5 star review. Best burger I’ve eaten so far. The Service was fast and friendly. The Atmosphere was very relaxing.

We tried the chicken, there was only chicken, a salad leaf and the breading was not crispy. It was a little sickening.

Much too expensive, I had 2 chicken hamburgers, karaage type, a fries and an ice tea >50 francs. The prices are not displayed on the signs hanging above the counter, I did not think to ask for the menu to find out the prices. I understand that Geneva is expensive but for this price, I imagine something incredible, the hamburgers are small and really nothing crazy that justifies this price. The portion of fries is also very small. The staff is friendly.

Frankly, the waiting time is excessive when there are the same people for all the stands here, it takes 20 minutes longer to receive your order. The person taking orders is also not very competent

Unfortunately it was only a pop-up store in Zurich main station, hopefully a Sando restaurant will open here in Zurich or the surrounding area. One of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten! The bread is super soft and the meat is very juicy!

Absolutely scandalous to see the quality of service on the Christmas market. I will not venture into this restaurant. To start, between the 5 burgers that are displayed in large format on their stand, there was only one that was available. So no choice. The man at the cash register handles the burgers with his hands which are in a pair of sterile gloves, but just before that he fiddles with his phone which is the biggest source of germs that we have on hand all the time. He didn't have a napkin when I asked him after buying the burger. He laughed and said, “You can lick your fingers.” The burger wasn't bad however it must be admitted 3/5.

perfect cuisine except for the burgers, in reality they are fatter because the supplier adds fat and chops the meat twice to hide the white of the fat. actually ate burger mousse. are called burger because the meat is minced Burgundy. the difference with ground steak is meat for steak. I would like to point out that SANDO is not aware of this fraud.

The Sando Burgers ⭐️ are unique. They taste great and you get really addicted to them 🥲. Even though they were only in Zurich for a short time (please come back 🥹), we ordered these burgers more than 10 times during this time. My father also really liked the burger. Sando is a food court burger joint which serves super high quality smash burgers with a japanese theme. Although the food court atmosphere is a bit of a draw back of what could be done in a full sit down experience, the quality of the burgers really makes up for this. The buns are on point, sauces tasty, meat remains juicy with some good laces on the outside. Obviously one must consider the Japanese influence on the flavour which may not be to everyone's liking - it certainly was an up point for me. Prices are high, as one would expect in Geneva in such a central location. Two thumbs up, recommend !

This has to be one of the best burgers going around right now which is tough as there's so much competition. I had the Miso bacon and my wife had the Teriyaki cheese and both were insane - Super soft and fluffy buns with surprising and incredible flavours. I just wished we lived near one...hopefully they'll come to the UK! Oh and the fries were a MUST, if you're gonna add those calories, might as well do it the right way and these were next level

Sando pop up in Zurich railway station is overpriced and the burger was average. I hope in Geneva it’s different.

Teriyaki Tamago Burger is highly recommended, the quality of the ingredients is high.

I didn't like it and neither did my stomach. One of the most indigestible burgers for this one. It's really greasy, the buns are shiny and it's borderline so it doesn't disgust me. The cheese is tasteless, the egg adds nothing here. This burger tasted sweet to me. I didn't like the buns either, too brioche without much consistency with a sweet aftertaste. Sorry for the note regarding the atmosphere, too bad we can't put NA, because well we can't really judge a cafe-style atmosphere and there's nothing you can do about it.

One of the best burgers I have tried. Highly recommended. 2 stars removed due to fries being extremely costly. I was given 8 fries pieces for 7 francs. I suggest to either increase the quantity or reduce price. They are not worth the price at the moment.

I had a teryaki cheese and jumbo fries. I wanted to try it following the positive reviews. Very good with the Japanese twist. Good meat. On the other hand, a small downside and for people "sensitive to hygiene or fragile stomachs 🤗": the person who took the money also put the burgers and fries on the plates without disinfecting themselves between. I think it was due to the lunch rush but that doesn't make you want it 😓 better to have a person at the checkout and the cooks nearby. Other restaurants have this separation. But good experience and recommended.

A very good restaurant, available around 11:30. We are welcomed by a young, dynamic, smiling team who will be delighted to explain the menu to you. The principle is simple, you order, pay, you receive a beeper which will tell you when your meal is ready. You have the choice of beef burger, chicken, spicy chicken accompanied by fries and Japanese sauce or other. For those who don’t eat burgers, there are also karaage with seaweed…….

We went to the takeaway at Zürich HB and the experience was really bad. We waited 20 minutes to get our 2 burgers (it seems quite logical to be a bit faster in a train station, no?), personal was absolutely unfriendly, no apologies, nothing. On the other side they were preparing Uber eats orders that waited in a bag during 20 minutes to be picked up (Still not picked up when we left, cannot imagine the quality at the reception…). It was at Sando that I had the pleasant surprise of eating a burger with Japanese flavors. The soft and very tasty bun (burger bun) contains meat which is smashed and brushed with teriyaki sauce (homemade), caramelized onions and melted cheddar. They have several choices of burgers which can be accompanied by a coleslaw salad, cucumber pickles or for the more gourmands JUMBO FRIES which you can accompany with a spicy mayo or Japanese barbecue sauce. The team is very welcoming and takes great care... We can also say that they are victims of their success because we notice them with the queue but fortunately for us the service is very fast 😍🤤🤗😋 I strongly recommend to go test 🫶

I find myself on a weekend in Geneva and by chance I enter a food spoon hall center, excellently made sandwiches and friendly staff, I speak French and English. You can do taka away or eat on site. To try

Sando, a culinary experience not to be missed! First of all, let’s salute the feat of 9 fries for 9 CHF, a remarkable performance which deserves our admiration. However, after unsuccessfully attempting their luxury burger concept, the Italian team returned with a supposedly more innovative proposition: Japanese burgers. Ironically, they just added teriyaki and made the burgers even smaller and fattier. Unfortunately, this attempt fails to impress. The flavors lack authenticity and the choice to reduce the size of the burgers is disappointing. We can't help but wish this team more convincing success in their future culinary projects.

At first I hesitated when I saw the prices, but I said to myself that at this price the burgers are surely exceptional. Well listen, I paid 21fr just for a burger (without side dishes) whose meat was burnt. I say burnt, not toasted.

Inside a hip, premium food court /mall venue, Sando is just one of various eateries there. We sampled the standard cheeseburger and spicy fried chicken burger. Both were excellent . The brioche buns warm and soft. The beef burger was charred just nicely and still juicy. Big slab of melted cheese. Our fav was the spicy chicken , tender and crunchy . Great flavours, not overstuffed with condiments and definitely looking forward to more concoctions. The Japanese style coleslaw is a decent serving size and the strips of dry seaweed added a salty element. However it was lacking some spice /pepper . The fries were the biggest letdown. 8 « rösti »strips in a teriyaki glaze = 7.- chf. They were unlikely homemade and were dry. Tasteless if not for the glaze. 2.- chf for dip, did not seduce us. Underwhelming and soooo not worth it. Offer real fries, preferably prepared on site and it will be a true and yummy burger experience with a twist. Get your burger fix; without the extras (for now)

When we arrived around 8 p.m. on a Friday evening, we were told that there was a 1-hour wait for a chicken burger. The other burgers weren't available either, so we decided to look elsewhere.

Just too expensive. They are following the new trend of smashed burgers with Japanese inspired flavors. Not bad at all, but not incredible either at this price point (21CHF for the double patty with fried egg) + 8 fries for 7CHF, despite being good, the price it’s not justified. At least you could serve 12 of them…otherwise is ridiculous. Let’s not forget that it’s inside a food hall without any service and without the “traditional” costs of a real restaurant. The bun, the sauces and the meat are really good, but what makes this burger really Japanese ?

It took 30 minutes to receive a simple order and the fried chicken burger was too salty. The regular sando cheese burger is delicious.

We had a teriyaki cheese burger and some fries. Everything was delicious. I will totally come back to try other things. They run out of food quite quickly, so I recommend going for an early lunch/dinner. The only downside is that it is located inside a food hall which has only two (unisex) toilets for too many people.

Not just another hamburger place. After a barrage of burger places in Geneva, we moved to smash burgers and Sando put their Asian knowledge to great use and are pushing a great product. Out of all my scepticism, their cheeseburger and pickled cucumber proved me wrong and I'm so glad. Due to the price point, this falls into the gourmet burger experience but I know it's going to hit the spot everytime! Whoever's behind this, keep on pushing!
