The pinsa are excellent, I didn't know but it's a nice alternative to pizza. Good choice on the menu. The team is great! Great discovery, I recommend.

Special pizzas in oval shape. Large selection of different variations. The service is always very polite and courteous. Can only be recommended.

If you don't have time to go to Rome, no problem... it's Rome and its cuisine that will come to you. The pinsa prepared by a chef graduated from the Roman Pinsa Academy will convince gourmets!

Unfortunately, I cannot give an opinion on the cuisine because I did not eat there. On the other hand, friendly place and staff. Passionate boss and generous with explanations on the specificity of the pinsa! I will think about visiting you the next time I come to the valley 😉

Mixed experience. On site or taken away (but ordered in the restaurant) nothing to say! 👌 In addition, the originality of the ingredients on the pinsas is really appreciable. But mixed despite everything because, having taken it the first time at the 2022 seasonal festival, I frankly didn't like it more, it really lacked cooking but saw once arrived at home because it was taken away. And the last time at UNAT, very disappointed.... There were 3 of us, including 2 vegetarians. We therefore asked for no meat (because no vegetable pinsa offered for the occasion, but that's no problem) and in addition on mine, no truffle oil. The ingredients that cost the most but 0.- discount even though it was said that the ingredients could be removed or added. So the "Margherita/Roquette" is a bit expensive... Unfortunately, we didn't notice it right away so we didn't react and given the crowds there were, it was complicated, the team seemed very stressed. My friend's third, the pinsa carbonara, was simply dough with a sort of white parmesan sauce and in places much overcooked, therefore hard and bitter, rather bland... Unfortunately, a big disappointment for this last experience. I notice that disappointment always occurs during events and when they are not in their restaurant. Maybe due to stress and equipment? 🤔 Despite everything, it remains a good address but to eat on site👍 the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We feel the real motivation of the boss who is always ready to improve by going to Rome and sourcing the best products. For that, well done and thank you!

Great, the dough is simply excellent, the quality ingredients go wonderfully with the pinsa... a very warm and pleasant welcome and when speaking with the boss we immediately feel his motivation and enthusiasm for the Italian product and the ingredients coming from Italy that he tells you about... it is indeed an oval PINSA and not a round pizza. Thank you again for this discovery, I will come back to see you as soon as I return to Tavannes.
