From the outside it seems like a small place, but inside it's big. Great welcome, the staff are very friendly and the quality of service is impeccable. The pizzas, very good dough, a little lacking in toppings for some. I was expecting a dessert menu to match the main course menu, unfortunately a little disappointed, because typical Italian desserts have to be sought out and nothing more...

Very good Italian cuisine. I recommend the traditional pasta alla carbonara.

The fish was completely fried and dry, the calamari (3 pieces) was described in the menu as “fruits de meres” and the French fries were lukewarm. At the price of Sfr 43.— far too expensive. Quality sends its regards. The service employee was totally overwhelmed.

A restaurant that I like. Excellent food, no need to say anything else, pleasant service, a space designed for everyone (children's area, phone charger, toilets equipped for everyone). Even if we weren't in the room, I appreciated the proximity with the professionals. Thank you for this great time. You cannot see the sound when possible. Service to review Very long waiting time between meals, around 1 hour People were served before us even though we were there 30-40 minutes before them! There were 10 of us, one person only received their dish 20 minutes after the others. No commercial gesture

We've had a very good pizza here. I recommend the pizza caprese if you want an authentic feel. The place looks very nice inside and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Found almost by chance..... I was thinking of the classic Italian restaurant which then has nothing Italian about it. But I had to change my mind and with amazement. Italian restaurant with typical Sicilian cuisine including staff. The arancino with ragù made just as tradition dictates is really good. The quality of the raw materials combined with the mastery of the cuisine which enhances its peculiarities is truly impressive. The service in the room was also excellent with really friendly and quick staff. Really nice Italian (Sicilian) restaurant in Switzerland. Highly recommended... 5 stars well deserved

This evening we wanted to eat in this restaurant, we were three adults, two children and a half-year-old girl. We wanted to order food and the waiter told us that the kitchen wouldn't open until after 30 minutes and we said ok. no problem then we order something warm to drink in advance. Shortly before we got our order our little girl screamed, seconds later Mr. Keller put a card on our table when we read it we were shocked. It said (Dear customers, We remind you that children are the responsibility of their parents. Please respect other guests by avoiding screaming.) We are truly shocked! We have never experienced, heard or seen anything like this very ashamed We were very offended it made us very uncomfortable we looked around there were three young customers at the table two tables away. I will never, ever go to this restaurant again. My daughter's company and other companies I know are going to eat at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. I will tell everyone I know about the unpleasant situation, I want everyone to know about this rudeness that you have committed.

It was just amazing: very professional, very tasty and there are many different dishes. In addition, the waiting time was totally okay and there were homemade desserts that were delicious. It also has to be said that the children's playroom is extremely well insulated, so you can practically not hear it. I can only recommend it!

Excellent food, excellent pizza, Sicilian specialty, quality products, the only downside I would have to say, and a bit slow service, but in defense, we went there as a family with 3 children aged 6 and 10, there is a small bouncy castle inside with some games for children. I did not find an extraordinary welcome but sufficient. A very good place to eat Italian!

Ebbene il Satriale é senz’altro il migliore a Bienne, ma posso assicurarvi anche uno dei migliori, tra quelli che ho visitato finora.I piatti sono fantasiosi e nella loro semplicità il gusto e la qualità degli ingredienti la fanno da padrone !! Abbiamo provato quasi tutto del menu e ogni volta è stata una piacevole sorpresa !
