I can't understand why you offer baskets for sale and after the transactions you cancel them. And I would have to wait 15 days for the refund. This is not honest of you!!! Either you sold my baskets to other customers by claiming that they were products of the day, or that you want to annoy people who want to participate in saving the planet and who use the TooGoodToGo application. I came to get a pastry and asked what it was. The saleswoman told me it was a tangerine mousse. Certainly it is very good but I would have liked to know that there are additional spices or whatever in it. If I had known, I wouldn't have specifically bought it. Remember to describe the products a little better when you present them :)

Apart from the parking which is not great, the rest is really impeccable, attentive to customers, super friendly and shopkeepers. Both visually and tastefully, we reach new heights. Bravo for your work, highly recommended!

Came today to buy the Vegan bircher that I had a few months ago. I notice, fortunately before eating it, that it now contains milk. Quite a surprise when you can't stand dairy products. Better communication of allergens would not be a luxury, especially when there are recipe changes!

We had to take the services of this pastry shop a little over a month before our September 2021 wedding. We were able to taste the tastes and convey our desire for wedding cakes for the big evening. A three-tier wedding cake with the top made of a real cake that could be cut had been ordered... we were very excited when this day arrived and to our great surprise when our wedding cake arrived in front of all our guests. guests our hotel manager comes to whisper in our ear that we will have to “pretend” to cut the cake because everything is plastic under the sugar paste decoration....... What a disappointment then that had been requested!!!!! For such a special day that such a mistake occurred and that we knew nothing about it until the moment of cutting... very disappointed with this service provider... The only gesture that was made and again we had to fighting to reach them and expressing our dissatisfaction meant removing from our price the price of the cake that we did not have to cut!!! Still happy I want to tell you!! No gesture for the non-existent cut was made and the disappointment on one of the moments which must be magical during such an event. I would not recommend this establishment to take care of your desires for such a big event.. not trustworthy unfortunately..

This morning I bought a takeaway cappuccino coffee and a croissant. As I left the store I slipped on the frosty stairs and my coffee spilled. Luckily I didn't get hurt but clearly it's the store's responsibility to clean the stairs! I went back into the store and explained my planned theft to the employee at the cash register, he simply told me that if I wanted a new coffee I had to pay for it! Nothing about the stairs being slippery. I am very disappointed in the consideration of this employee...

today I only note the strawberry tart: the base of the tart is good, the cream is good, you can feel the Strawberry in the frosting, but there is a noticeable imbalance between the fruit and the cream. Despite all the red, there is way too much cream and it becomes sickening from the first bite. There is little fresh strawberry in it and it reminds me more of a cream puff decorated with strawberries than a strawberry tart.

Very famous bakery well known to Fribourgers. I appreciate the quality of the products, their freshness and the local aspect. It’s a shame that the website doesn’t reflect the company’s image. Very big disappointment during my first order via the online shop made late in the evening. I received a phone the next morning at 8:30 a.m. telling me that for an order placed this late, the day before, delivery would not be possible the next day but that they were going to make an exception this time. So that the work team has time, I requested receipt of the goods by 3:30 p.m. at my home and I learned that deliveries are made at the end of the morning. Nothing informs you about these two details on the bakery website. I ordered 2 strawberry-rhubarb tiramisu as well as a fresh raspberry slice and I was told that the site is ahead of the season and that they do not yet make these pastries. Last October, I ordered the same fresh raspberry slice by telephone but I learned that it was no longer in the assortment since it was autumn. Therefore, the website is incomplete in terms of information, schedules, deadlines, order/delivery details and not at all up to date for product availability. I ordered 2 jars of apple vanilla jam and I received 1 jar of apricot orange jam and another raspberry cherry jam without having been notified beforehand. Even if I really like their sandwiches, canapes, cuchaules and some pastries, the fact remains that they are expensive products and from the moment I pay the price, I also demand quality service . I have already placed orders over the phone in the morning, in other bakeries, for canapes that I picked up the same evening and it has never been a problem. It is regrettable that such a good bakery does not design a website that lives up to its reputation. I am not going to repeat the online store experience.

The assortment is regularly renewed with a lot of creativity. For cakes and desserts, it's always a delight both visually and in taste and the customization possibilities are almost limitless. The wide choice of creations will certainly satisfy people looking for little touches or pretty gifts to offer. For me it's simply the best confectionery bakery in the canton (even if I haven't tried them all :)

Buying a simple loaf of bread the other day for 4.20.- tasteless and really not great!! The next day, pack well, it is almost dry to avoid!! Offering dessert for a baptism meal for 22 people, we ordered 2 Saint-Honoré cakes, each counted for 10 people because we were assured that we would have enough for 11 people. Our surprise was total when we had 2 small cakes for 8 people and we had to supplement it by purchasing additional desserts. The poor staff seemed sorry.

I love this place. Croissants and apple turnovers have become our Sunday morning ritual. I also love apple strudel. If I have a little time, I find the veranda of the tea room really pleasant. Possibility of ordering salads, sandwiches and snacks. The staff is always attentive and helpful.
