Sauvage in Genève

Our change of opinion about this place is the result of a series of events. After getting along with the waiter, in another place and by pure chance, we decided to repeat the experience. To our great surprise, our initial opinion turned into a much more positive experience. So, the first impression is not always the best

We came not very long ago, everything was exceptional, the atmosphere, the service but above all the staff who took very good care of us. I highly recommend. We will come back !!

Superb food but unfortunately the service was not up to par.

We didn't try the food but we were there to have a few drinks. Nice choice of natural wines (not huge but well chosen). Friday evening, the place is full and if you haven't reserved it's impossible to get a place. The staff is attentive and professional. The menu is mouth watering with their selection of dishes.

Nice and fun, but only 2 People for a full thursday evening, even if they were efficient, was clearly not enough. Otherwise, would totally recommend

Just an incredible evening, it felt like home, there were around twenty of us and we chose dishes to share, oysters, foie gras, beef comes, all super well served, everyone loved it, we'll do it again!

Today, my birthday, my wife and I spent a magnificent evening at Le Sauvage! This was something we've wanted to do for a while, and we're glad we waited for a little special occasion. Whether for an aperitif at the end of the week, a quieter dinner during the week, or for a special occasion... I can only recommend that you go there without hesitation! As an Italian who loves to eat and drink well, in three years here in Geneva, this was one of the most enjoyable and satisfying dinners. I find that in Geneva, sometimes unfortunately, the expectations and the bill do not always reflect the quality of the experience. Being fully satisfied with exceptional service, excellent cuisine, and a good cellar is a little birthday present. THANKS ! To all the staff, I say well done to everyone, keep it up!

Excellent food and service. We shared Entrecôte, which was perfectly cooked and tender, and fish ceviche which was perfectly seasoned. Also try their tasty signature cocktail Le Sauvage, great balance of fresh strong and fruity. We'll be back soon !
