I was charged for a butter croissant twice and only ordered and consumed a coffee cream twice. The peak of the butter croissant is, I ordered a coffee cream and wait... after about 20 minutes, the staff informed. Please don't bring coffee cream, thank you.

Unfortunately me and my partner can never eat here due to our migraines due to the flickering lights (video shot of the restaurant in slow motion), even though we change trains at Stans station almost every weekend.

The cake was extremely good but the service was disastrous. I generally understand the service staff, who are a bit overwhelmed on busy days. But simply charging for the wrong AND more expensive drink for stress reasons, even though I clearly told him (and showed him on his tablet) what we received when we ordered, is not right in my opinion.
