The woman at the service is very unfriendly, you don't feel welcome, and when you ask something you get a snippy answer. Very long waiting times and almost no product range. Not recommended. Also rather expensive. Price-performance ratio is not right at all.

Way too expensive! Even though this is a mountain restaurant, the price is far too expensive, so we drove down to the valley with growling bellies and ate there. Location would be very nice and the view would be great.

The view is undoubtedly very beautiful. And that's how a lot of money is made. Prices of the food - too expensive for the quality. The barley soup was just mediocre. The strawberry sundae was ok. but way too expensive... There are only 2 stars but especially for the staff... long waiting (even though it's not busy) and very unfriendly...

Staff very unfriendly, prices unrealistic

The prices are beyond reality. The employees are unfriendly and don't speak German. You are only allowed to sit in certain areas, which means you cannot sit. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unmotivated and the price/performance ratio wasn't right at all. Some of the finished “Älplermaggeronen” were still cold or even frozen... Unfortunately not worth another visit.

Too little service, you wait forever. Queuing and waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee. Including unfriendly staff. Once and never again!!!

Sind auf dem Muottas Muragl hin und her gewandert und haben uns nun was warmes gegönnt. Meine Bündner Gerstensuppe ist oberfad. Der, der die gekocht hst, hat bestimmt nicht probiert. Auch sonst sehr wässrig. Kein highlight.Als ich nach der menagere frage, rutscht mir die Maske von der Nase. Ich bekomme gleich einen Zämeschiss. "So gehe das nicht." Und ich fürchte schon, sie wirft mich raus. Ich bekomm aber doch 2 Minipäckli Salz und darf an meinen Platz. Der Hinweis mit der Maske ist gestattet. Aber: c'est le ton qui fait la musique.Wir wechseln jetzt ins Hoteltestaurant gegenüber. Dort ist der Service tipptopp und freundlich.

Il faut y aller sans hésitation, vue magnifique (réserver une table sur la terrasse ou proche d une fenêtre), service très professionnel et amical, excellente nourriture, des plats locaux et une carte pour enfants de qualité avec des desserts originaux. Les portions sont généreuses. A découvrir pour sortir du quotidien.

8.50 for mulled wine is quite harsh... but we don't have much choice up there.

Very nice view, on a nice day you can see almost the entire Engadine. The food is good too. But again the staff is quite unfriendly, which led me to give one star less. The beautiful view even masks the cold wind that blows here in winter. The restaurant is good, comfortable and easy to reach with the train that goes up.

Quite a nice place. Unfortunately on Saturday lunchtime at 1.30 p.m. there was still some leftover barley soup in the self-service restaurant. Staff unfriendly. It's a shame about what was otherwise such a beautiful day.

Self-service restaurant that, in addition to drinks, also offers a relatively large selection of food. The large sun terrace is cozy, and if it rains you can also find a place inside. However, the high tables are not particularly comfortable and do not invite you to linger for long. Friendly staff.
