Cozy restaurant in the port of Quinten. The food is delicious, the service is friendly.

The food was okay, but expensive for the quality. The kitchen capacity is way too low to serve the available seating when full. Was half empty and still had to wait 30min.

What you see on the menu is what you will get and serve on the table,,, beautiful scenery and delicious food, so what else to ask??? I loved it

We were here for the first time in mid-October 2023 to celebrate a birthday. The reservation was easy and friendly, and we were really impressed by the friendly service and the good food. Highly recommended!

Most beautiful garden restaurant I know

Great cozy restaurant. Despite the large number of guests (the cozy terrace was full to bursting.) wonderful view of Lake Walen. Friendly, fast service. Food good.. Coffee good.. Yes, everything is fine. Gladly again.Incidentally, it should also be mentioned that the shipping port of Quinto is located directly below the restaurant and is therefore easily accessible. E.g. from Weesen or from Walenstadt. Or Murg. Unfortunately, the GA and the half-fare subscription are not valid on the entire Walensee shipping route. 😔😊🍀

The food was very good and enough. The staff was nice and despite being busy we didn't have to wait long. A scoop of ice cream is too expensive at 4 francs.

As a group (16 adults) the service was top notch. It was a nice trip to Quinten.

Delicious fish crispy and salad. The Purlymumter iced tea and the Sinalco Cola Zero were not our thing. 🤪😎 We will definitely come back next time we visit.

On pre-order: Small birthday aperitif with meat/cheese platter + alcoholic drinks + birthday crumble cake and coffee. It worked perfectly for the second time! Chef even served birthday cake with Kerzli himself! Simply great service and great value for money! Again any time!

Beautiful place and a beautiful lake view

Due to the location it is always very, very crowded. Accordingly, the catering concept was based on quick processing but it was still fine and just enjoyed the view.

A good place for eating and taking a rest (especially after the hike from Wesen), I recommend the back side of the house which has a stunning view on the lake and mountains. Food is really good, quiet big portions, reasonable prices, serving really quickly even when the house was full. Personell very kind and nice. I recommend!

If you want to have a nice day, take the SBB to Ziegelbrücke. Change to the post bus to Weesen and drive to Weesen/See. Then enjoy a short trip to Quinten with the private Walenseeschifffahrt AG. Enjoy a fine meal in the Schifflände restaurant and a glass of Quintner red wine. If you like, you can hike to Walenstadt in just over 2 hours. The more convenient way is to take the boat over to Murg and then take the SBB home. Note: Quinten can only be reached on foot or by boat.

Staff doesn't pay attention to you and I'm ignored

Nice restaurant by the lake with good food and friendly service. Quality good, selection rather small.

Unfortunately, the ice cream seller at the stand was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Since our visit started right away, this unfortunately left a bad taste. The ice cream tasted good and the nice waiter (with the tattoos) took away the strange impression.

Beautiful place, a bit crowded but worth a trip. The food and service are very good, but the prices are too high. 12.50Fr. For 1 liter of mineral water is not justified in such a place.

😥😥😫I was at table 69 on August 2nd at 12.30. The waiter cleared the table of the guests beforehand and assigned them. We wanted to order, but he was Gone again. I tried for 25 minutes several times at different times to place an order with service staff. No Changse. We left without consuming anything. 😥😥😥😥what a shame

Its appearance is beyond imagination. The food is average

Reservation by phone worked. Fish crispies were fine, dishes were rather modest but good and delicious to eat. I found 1L of water for 12.50 a bit expensive, even if it had to come by ship it was still extremely overpriced. We were served by 3 different waiters, what amazed me is that everything worked.

Beautiful view, good food, nice seating arrangements, tasty ice cream. Worth the boat ride. I have gone back three times now and will be back again. You might want to plan your hike and come with a backpack - it's a beautiful walk.

Pleasant outdoor seating, good food, friendly service, clean and well-kept. Regional white wine served by the glass tastes good with fish (not from the lake) Welcome rest area for food and drink after a long hike from Weesen. Prices are rather high, but are accepted because the focus should be on enjoyment and relaxation. No luxury: but you don't need it here. We will come back. Then especially from the other side of the lake, from Walenstadt.

Really good cuisine, a detour is worth it.

Good food, nice location. What doesn't work for me at all: The waitress refused to put two additional plates for two guests at our table so that they could share a dish. Only after a corresponding discussion did they reluctantly simply throw two plates at us. Something like that is an absolute no-go. After all, we left a good three-digit amount behind.

The restaurant is closed until April 2022. It's wonderful here on a mild summer morning, perhaps around 10 a.m., to start the day with a glass of white wine and a cheese plate, enjoy the friendly service and the warmth of the sun, then an espresso, later with an Amarone ice cream wafer discover fifths in your hand. I think the first ship leaves Murg before seven o'clock, have fun.

We were able to experience the visit to the Schifflände under a steel blue sky. It was really an experience, we were served like kings and ate like princes. Cold platters (if ordered in advance) and crispy fish from the menu are simply fantastic. Niki was a competent waiter and fun for everyone. Hopefully we will meet this great service team again next year.

Go-to place for an after hiking beer! Beautiful lakeside outside seating, great views of Walensee and crisp, cold mugs of fresh draught beer. Nice selection of local wines from the village of Quinten as well.

Great, cozy restaurant. The food was excellent (we ate Egli Knusperli as a fitness plate). The price is debatable, it is rather high, but somehow justified considering the difficult delivery process. The waiters are attentive and always trying hard. The view is breathtaking and the ambience is like being on vacation. We recommend :)

The food was amazing and the service was very friendly and, above all, very organized. The organization surprised me very positively. To date, I have never experienced service like this anywhere. As soon as we ordered the drink came and shortly afterwards the food. Everyone had their job and it worked smoothly. Many restaurant operators could take a piece of this. Great go on!
