We celebrated our Pilatus team event with 12 people. We were impressed by the atmosphere, very nice decor. Top modern inventory and very nice space with a view of the lake. The food was very tasty and we had our pizzas on the table in good time. The staff was very attentive and entertaining. The feedback from the employees was very good. We would be happy to come back and enjoy a great evening with you. See you soon!

I go to this fantastic terrace every now and then, sometimes with and sometimes without a laptop, depending on my schedule, and I always found the service there to be very good and courteous. I can't rate the food (yet), but from what I saw at neighboring tables, I'll try it soon. Greetings to Jörg and his colleague, whose name (exgüsi) I unfortunately don't know, everything was perfect every time.

Dear team - you once had such a great kitchen and a chef who also welcomed the guests in the evening. Honestly - if the location wasn't so nice, I wouldn't come to eat with you anymore. Before Corona everything was great - food, service, boss. Now all 3 points have suffered. The new ice cream menu looks great - but what you get on the table contradicts all the description... So - take your finger... make an effort again. It's nothing that can't be fixed again. Then you will get a good rating again - and not just a great location with a beautiful view.

We were here on our way to Tuscany and had a wonderful afternoon/evening. You can sit on the terrace directly by the lake. The staff is very attentive and the food was delicious. The prices are absolutely reasonable for Swiss conditions. Unreserved recommendation!

At times the key has been a good choice, but today's lunch was a disaster. For 28.- the lunch menu, I was looking forward to the risotto, but this was simply cooked risotto rice without any seasoning or creamy sauce. The vegetables were simply poached and nothing more, no seasoning, nothing and the meat had no sauce but a soup and everything was swimming in it. The service was pretending to be funny, but screwed up pretty much everything that could be screwed up. Unfortunately, the key is that sometimes it's good and then it's terribly bad. The tenants should try to achieve a little more consistency here. Because the location on the lake is really beautiful.

For us it was a stop on the way to Italy. Not for the last time, a quick stop and wind down in a super pleasant atmosphere. We look forward to the next visit.

Lunch. The waiter gave us the paper with the lunch menu. Later we found out that other guests were still allowed to choose from the menu. If you are still chewing the menu salad, the main course will be brought out. After 40 minutes, lunch is over and you can leave. They don't know how to say goodbye.

We had dinner here for my daughter's 18th birthday, who came especially from the canton of Aargau. It was totally worth it. Very nicely located, parking spaces right in front. Very comfortable seating outside and a great view of the lake. A cozy and green terrace. Our waiter was very attentive. The selection of dishes was very good and everything tasted good. We all felt comfortable. There was even a surprise serenade for my daughter. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

Disastrous service!!! The one gentleman was massively unfriendly and lacked decency.

We were passing through and had a stop here as a short break. Nicely located, right with a lakeside terrace, the ice cream sundaes were good.

Hello, I cannot recommend this highly rated restaurant. The prices are too high and the food was just ok...the bread for the starter was a bit hard, probably from the day before and the service wasn't exactly friendly. I chose the restaurant because the reviews were so good. I definitely can't give it more than 2 stars.

I ordered a pizza, when I called I had to wait a long time and the person was very annoyed. When I picked up the pizza, I wasn't noticed at first, the staff just sat around and it seemed to me as if they didn't want me to get a pizza there. When I got it, a nasty surprise awaited me at home. The pizza was cold, it had leftover ingredients from other pizzas that weren't mine and the pizza dough was bad (almost like I bought it). I would recommend everyone not to eat in this restaurant! I hope my review helps you.

Hello, unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant for the following reasons: I was hardly greeted at all, I called again the evening before and said that I was turning 50 and would like a table right by the lake. When I arrived I was shown a table in the middle so I said again that I was celebrating my 50th, to which the boss replied coolly that there was no other table except down by the jetty. Well, I took that. With 33 degrees in the sun, I would have expected the parasol to be opened, but no, we had to put it up ourselves and lo and behold, it was broken. It went on like this, the waitress only brought the drink and the food but never asked if we needed anything, no salt and pepper on the table, we had to get that ourselves, zero attention towards us so we had to go to the front to eat pay because no one came by. My shrimp with spaghetti was OK, unfortunately the shrimp were overcooked. All in all, I expected more, especially better service and more friendliness. Very unfortunate. Price-performance wasn't right at all. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the evening.

ZERO welcome, service slow, not necessarily friendly, I had to put up the parasol myself, inflexible, waiting times too long. Food nothing special, no salt or pepper on the table, no parmesan was brought or offered with the pasta, little seasoning. Location is great, atmosphere boring, no cushions on seats, umbrellas old and full of holes… Apart from the location right on the lake, I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

The menu offers varied choices. The dishes are good. The setting is very pleasant with part of the terrace located on the water with a magnificent view. The service is fast and efficient.

Very pleasant setting. Generous and well-measured aperitif (Cockail Spritz), real Italian pizzas, the pleasure of eating fried food by the lake accompanied by a glass of chilled Pinot gris. Good brewery. We had a great time.

Eating Rolles and especially the view is unique. In summer it is wonderful to sit outside. Also suitable for families with children.

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review for the restaurant as our experience there was very disappointing. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening with good food, but unfortunately our expectations were not met. First of all, the speed of the service left a lot to be desired. Our starter took all of an hour before it was finally served. We politely pointed out to the waiter that it was taking a long time, but his response was anything but professional. He just laughed and ran away without taking our concerns seriously. This was very disappointing and made us feel unappreciated. When our main courses were finally served after another long 60 minutes, we were already frustrated. But the disappointment continued when we discovered that the food was burnt and tasteless. It seemed like it was prepared without care or attention. We were looking forward to a quality dining experience, but unfortunately the reality was far from that. It is unfortunate that we wasted our time and money in a restaurant that clearly does not pay adequate attention to service and food quality. We hope that management will consider this review as constructive feedback and take the necessary steps to avoid such experiences in the future. All in all, our visit to the restaurant was disappointing and unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

Service was very friendly and quick. And that on a big fight day. The food was great, not top class, but it doesn't always have to be Gault Millau.

We wanted to eat a delicious dessert on the terrace because the restaurant was recommended to us. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We left the restaurant after 40 minutes without placing an order. We were very kindly assigned a table (probably by the boss), but unfortunately she had to bring us the menu after 20 minutes because the cellar didn't greet us or pay any attention to us. After another 20 minutes we said a friendly goodbye to the boss and left the restaurant. We have never experienced such arrogance, incompetence and disinterest from an employee. It should also be said that during these 40 minutes he was only seen on the terrace for about 5 minutes. With employees like that, we just feel sorry for the owners. We still went for our dessert afterwards at the Nidwaldnerhof in Beckenried, which is highly recommended.

We already know the food from the Antica times in Buochs. It's still great. The service is always there, but I personally don't like overly pushy staff. What I mean specifically is that jokes are always made that I personally don't find funny at all. One joke and then that's enough. I know the job in service is not easy and I am happy for anyone who is still working in service after the Corona period, just please just crack jokes/sayings in large quantities. The ambience only wins because it is right next to the lake. 😉👍

Inadequate. Cappuccino was miserable for an Italian restaurant as it was watery and cold. The hummus wasn't yellow either, it was salted and didn't taste like humus. But the tomato soup was good.

Although it was quite windy, we enjoyed sitting on the beautiful lakeside terrace. But there were correspondingly few guests there. Nevertheless, we waited 3/4 hours for the coups. There were enough service staff on site, but it was pretty much a test of patience until we were finally served our dessert. But this was ok. The game for children's ice cream was again rather strange. Our daughter received 2 playing cards from a deck of cards....

Location isn't everything. Food is average, service is a disaster. The waitress was grumpy and extremely unfriendly, and her male colleague thought he needed to be a clown. Add to that nuisance the not less annoying fact that our food ended up on the wrong table and sat there getting cold until someone noticed. Completely unacceptable. Avoid.
