Schlüssel Bar in Uster

Ambience good, service good Ordered a carbonara, well... Cream was in it and not declared on the card. Guanciale was written and it was regular fried bacon. Service staff said that the Swiss like it that way, you would have to mention it explicitly if you wanted it to be more Italian (statement from the chef). Was speechless. If the menu says lobster tails, be careful, they could also be fish fingers ;-)

11/10 points - Food: starter, main course and dessert (wonderful!!) - Service very attentive - Price-performance - Ambiance We will be back!

An excellent place to spend a pleasant time, the food is very tasty. I was surprised by the wide range of cocktails they have available, apart from the service, it was excellent. I would recommend it for any occasion. Really very good🫶🏼🤍

We were there for lunch and ordered Sogliola with a side of risotto and vegetables. We certainly weren't disappointed. It was the best fish of our lives, and the service was also first class. We will definitely come back😍

Down-to-earth, delicious pizza in a cozy, simple atmosphere with a good price-performance ratio. The two of us spontaneously came over in the evening and sat outside. The restaurant also offers indoor seating. The service was very friendly, attentive and quick. The pizzas were good. Crispy, tasty dough and the buffalo mozzarella also had a good taste.

Boss on site is a great host. Top pizza, excellent sole

Everything is excellent, food service and ambience. Unfortunately I have to deduct a small point because the volume is enormous. Maybe it's a little better during the week.

We were a large group, the service was poor, unfriendly staff, requests were not taken into account. Food and drink do not meet expectations. Unfortunately not recommended.

Great food There were four of us and we were served without any requests. Food was excellent (pizza, spaghetti gamberoni, carpaccio and tiramisu). Service and host Filippo Champions League! We'll be back soon!

Excellent food, swift and friendly staff. I have never had such delicious food delivered to my table this quickly. Very efficient, friendly an funny. The location is very nice too. Great mix of different types of people visiting this restaurant. I'm very much looking forward to be back at Schlussel Bar soon.

Went to the Schlüssebar in Uster today, it was full!!! We were lucky that we were able to get a table without a reservation. The staff was very attentive and professional. The pizza tasted excellent! Really a recommended bar/restaurant.

The pizzas were delicious. The service would actually be good. However, the poor lady was completely alone in the entire restaurant, which led to unpleasant waiting times and a hectic atmosphere at times. A pity. Tarnishes the experience.
