Food is top and delicious! I think it's a shame that the ventilation in the annex works so poorly, even if you don't eat meat on the stone, it stinks right down to your underwear! For this reason I don't really like going there.

When I was looking for a restaurant that offered the hot stone, I was pleased to find Schori's Bahnhof. I am completely impressed by the offerings and services offered by this family business. I had a great crecette cocktail, the seasonal Hischentrecôte and the pannacota with red wine orange. Everything was wonderful and the icing on the cake was the personal greeting and farewell from the boss. Gastronomy at the highest level. Bravo. If I'm in the region from Eastern Switzerland again, I'd love to come back.

The ambience actually made you feel a bit cramped with 6 people. The hall was ok, but the acoustics were bad, with so many people I couldn't understand my own words at times 🥴 the Fondue Chinoise event was otherwise great 👌👍Thanks Markus & Team 🙏

We went to Schori's on a recommendation and were served in a very friendly manner and advised on the offers. Based on the boss's strong recommendation, we chose 500g of venison on a hot stone. Guys, if you're at Schori's, forget the rest of the menu!! Take this deer! Simply unforgettable! The desert rounded off the evening with the Mouse made from white Toblerone. Perfect! Thank you Schori’s and team!!

It was very disappointing. All the side dishes came out of cans or jars. Even the cold tea was not homemade and Arkina's gas-free water and Coca-Cola were only available in bottles. Stay away!

Plenty of portions despite a dignified atmosphere. Schori's flagship dishes are steak and entrecote from the hot stone. Other pork, beef, veal and horse dishes are also on offer. Seasonally Wild! I enjoyed a blue veal cordon and was very satisfied! The dessert menu also leaves nothing to be desired. Personally, I am happy about an unusually large selection of ice cream. 🍨 Recommended! 👌

I've been there many times and the last time was last night. As always, the owner, a spectacular person, welcomed us in the best possible way, the service staff is no exception, ready to respond to every need with a smile on their face garnished with excellent professionalism. The meat is the best meat you can eat in Switzerland, coming from someone who travels every day and has tried thousands of restaurants in every canton. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. MUST TRY AND YOU WILL GET THE VICE. Better to book, always full.

There's not much to say: great menu, the entrecôte on the hot stone is absolutely recommended. The homemade terrine for starters and the excellent homemade Crema Catalana for dessert are a culinary delight. The visit is rounded off by the very attentive service. Always my pleasure!!

If you're looking for a restaurant because you're in the mood for "hot stone", then nothing but Schori, simply sensational beef or horse, so tender, with vegetables and fries. Price-performance top. Starter of homemade veal tartare with nut salad... very tasty. Staff very attentive and super friendly. And despite the many guests/work, Markus always has time for a few words with the guests. Enough PP available Reservations would be an advantage. See you again 😉

Restaurant with a lot of charm and very nice staff. The boss (Mr. Schori) came by several times to ask if everything was OK, even though he was also in the kitchen. His guests are important to him and we value that very much. It's nice that it still exists. The food was a poem and every plate was prepared with great attention to detail.
