Unfortunately I'm disappointed with this restaurant. We had an event and the number of people was known. When we arrived the restaurant was full and we were missing a seat! Afterwards someone was simply squeezed in, which was very uncomfortable. The expensive meal was followed through, but neither an apology nor a free coffee. Went there again recently for a drink and were not recognized and were poorly served. UPDATE: tried again. Part of the staff is too friendly, means NOT trained, that you don't flirt with men in company and ask unnecessarily, boldly for the address. In addition, 2/4 of the food was ordered incorrectly, something was missing and instead of the menu salad, the more expensive one was charged! Now it's finally enough.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the innkeeper at this restaurant. I wanted to politely inquire about the public parking lot and she responded very irritably and ended up insulting me and the whole thing in front of the guests. I was very disappointed and shocked by this disrespectful attitude, especially because I wanted to eat at this restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant as the innkeeper clearly has no idea how to treat customers with respect. I hope management takes care of this unprofessional treatment of customers so that other potential customers don't have to have the same bad experience as me.

Disappointed, we headed home. There were 6 of us having dinner together in the evening. No table decorations during Advent, the (heavenly) dining room filled with uncovered tables looked bad. The menus were ok. The service was nice, but not professional. Finally, at 9:30 p.m. we were asked to leave due to disturbing noise. I mourn the fine and pretty ship from back then.

wieder einmal ins schiff essen gehen-eins/zwei mal im jahr-war unser plan!dieses mal musste ich einfach sagen es war ein flopp! und das in corona zeiten, wo viele nicht mehr auswärts essen gehen, erwarte ich auch eine gewisse wertschätzung!die suppe war sehr salzig..... das schnipo im alten öl gebraten.... das tartar und der fisch waren gut!der kellner alles andere als professionell! er war stets auf dem sprung (obwohl es keinen grund dafür gab), räumte nicht ab ( teller mit fischgerippe), fragte beim vorbei laufen schmeckts ( man steht an den tisch zum eine antwort abzuholen vom gast)! sorry da kann ich fürs gleiche geld woanders essen gehen!!!!beim hinausgehen keinen gute nacht gruss und tanke villmol auch von der chefin nicht-!wir waren sehr enttäuscht!

Ich war am 16-082020 in Restaurant zum Essen und war ziemlich alles gut essen war alles zimlich gut haben wir nur zu lange gewartet aber die Kellner wen hat die Bestellung aufgenommen ist so das her nicht vestande hat auch die falsche Bestellung gebracht der dünne Kellner so wie betrunken und war auch nicht so nett habe noch 2 mal die Wasser gefragt und habe ich 1 Stunden später bekommen die falsche Wein gebracht so zu sagen die dünnen Kellner muss viel lernen und für lange würde ich nicht kommen aber Küche war ziemlich gut nur Gemüse waren zu hart wurde nicht weiter enfelen.

Bei einem schönen Sonnenuntergang haben wir uns entschlossen draussen unser Nachtessen einzunenhmen .Die Bedienung war leider überhaupt nicht Professorell und auch nicht so nett. Von ein Mann in Service hab ich ein Gefühl gehabt -er war wahrscheinlich als ob unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol stünde .Das goht in so Sterne Restaurant überhaupt nichtMaine hartes GemüseDer fühüt gewürzt.
