Very good service on 09/16/23. great atmosphere, not too loud but good music.

There were 7 of us and we didn't agree right from the start whether we should order a bottle or individual drinks. The pregnant waitress indirectly kicked us out 3 minutes after we sat down because in her opinion we should have at least looked at the menu. She threw the card on the table and ran away. In our opinion, really unsympathetic and unprofessional. We would have understood if the shop had been full, but since it was literally empty we didn't understand it and left straight away. Preferably 0 stars for this behavior.

By far the best bar for me! The waiters are super nice and the shisha is also TOP! The music is always current and pleasant. Kind regards from table 10 :)

Good, good good, but hookahs are scandalous

I liked the ambience and atmosphere. But the shisha was made with cheap tobacco and I and my colleagues didn't like it. Shisha was also overpriced in my opinion. I won't be entering this store again in the future because the Pasha Lounge in Emmen Lucerne is more worth it.

Shisha very poor quality. Staff unfriendly forgetful. Music way too loud, bad DJ... it would be time for a change.

Only Jugo music is playing, the high-pitched sounds are really turn-off. You could play different types of music alternately... Service is slower than a truck during an overhaul and the service is extremely dirty. Sorry for my choice of words but I can't describe it any other way.

Shishas good, drinks too, music way too loud - it's a bar not a club

Have been there many times and have always received great service. However, the other day we asked an employee if she could wipe down the dirty table, to which she replied, “No.” Later, when we continued to speculate as to how this could possibly be possible, she spoke to us unkindly and in a rather vulgar manner. As I said, that was the only bad experience at this place, but that's not how you should treat customers, regardless of the circumstances.

Super Service! Very friendly staff - you will be welcomed with a smile. The staff takes their time and goes out of their way to ensure that everything works out according to our wishes. You have a wide range of different consumption options and can spend the whole evening giving free rein to your desires. During the week and on Sundays there is a relaxed atmosphere and you can end the weekend comfortably. Friday & Saturday evenings - top party - good DJ's - good cocktails and great service. 10 points for seven

Seven is always worth a visit! If you're looking for good music and a great atmosphere at the weekend, you've come to the right place! The Seven team is very warm and open. They are always in a good mood and make an effort to make everyone feel comfortable. There is a very wide selection of drinks and shisha that match the price-performance ratio. The cocktails are an absolute MUST TRY! Definitely a 10/10 for me

Very bad service. Reservation is pure horror, either they don't write back, they don't even respond and then they say, please reserve online and the game went like this for 2 weeks. I booked online and by chance today when I asked, I got the answer that the reservation had been rejected, so I would have gone there on Saturday with all my people without a clue and would have had nothing. Great and now in two days I can look for something new where I can accommodate 20 people to celebrate my birth. This seven team is very incompetent. Should have read the reviews before I even asked. So me and all my people will never set foot in the Seven again. NOT RECOMMENDED, rather go somewhere where you want to make money. I think for me it would have been at least 1000fr that evening.

I always go with my friends, we have a good time, impeccable friendly service, nice music, the only thing about the sanitary facilities needs to be taken care of more. I recommend it to anyone who likes to have fun 👍

Shisha and music is top and it's great, reservations will be made, but if that means you know it's useful :30 for 10 people) we served everyone, suddenly the guy who was responsible for the reservation sent you away even though the people weren't there after almost an hour. Organization for use.

Fabulous...the staff, the pizza chef Pasquale, the chefs Richard and Giovanni, unique examples and exquisite food...to be recommended to everyone, to me as a unique experience to be absolutely repeated...I recommend it for parties, work evenings and friendships. ..There's everything to satisfy your needs...you just need to go and see😉 congratulations to all the staff
