The place has a charming atmosphere. The burgers are really excellent and the fries are crisp and perfect. They even have vegetarian and vegan variants.

We absolutely didn't understand what was going on, it was some sort of quiz night and the staff wasn't in sight. Me and my busle didn't understand how to get food there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very confusing pub👎

Great place to go, to watch some sports, enjoy with friends, some drinks/ eat. The food is great!

The interior is a nice pub with 2 disadvantages: it is too bright (strongly lit) and the wrong music is playing - this distorts the atmosphere. As expected, the staff speaks English, you could also order in French and you would get the right thing - the staff makes an effort. When there's a rugby match on, the pub is packed to capacity. The food is great, unfortunately I keep forgetting that the Spicy Chicken Wings are not "spicy" but "seasoned" (including vinegar). That doesn't make them bad, they just don't meet my expectations. Maybe the text will help me remember it ;)

The food was so good, especially the burger!! The atmosphere was so cool and worm

If the opening time is stated until 2 a.m., but you are asked to pour the beer into plastic cups and leave at midnight, that is bad. All guests had to do it, so it wasn't up to us.

It's a bit of a shame that there is so little selection of English and Irish beers.

Great pub with tasty, abundant food, good beers, and a welcoming vibe. On a Sunday evening, it was packed, and for good reason. It has a great, welcoming pub atmosphere. I think a pub quizz was wrapping up when we arrived. We were lucky to find a spot and grab dinner. When not raining, there are many seats outdoors. Inside is big but not huge. Food was delicious, generous sizes, and fairly priced. I particularly loved the chips. Both fish and chips and the burger were great. Service was friendly and quick. Overall, a fantastic option for a pint and a bite, alone or with friends, on Sunday or any other day!

Friendly and fast service. A good atmosphere reigns in the pub, good music, but not too loud. We hear ourselves talking. The fish and chips, steak sandwich and apple crumble were very good. Reservation recommended, the room is small and it is still cool on the terrace.

Try out for cosy atmosphere and if you are a fan of quizzes, then Sunday night is something for you to try! Quiz nights each Sunday evening (booking early is highly recommended). Check out new menu offers for lunch, they have some pretty good deals.

Decent and friendly Irish themed pub with food menu. Went on a Sunday eve during which a Pub Quiz took place.

I had the honor to be seated between Frank Jackson, the owner, and Maria Bober, an Italian friend, to watch the Ireland-Italy game of football. Just amazing!! Also had a wonderful evening listening to music with such great vibe. Thanks for everything💚☘️

Cozy pub with a good atmosphere. The staff is nice, although sometimes they seem a little overwhelmed. The food is good; The Big Al Burger is huge and was more than enough for me personally, very tasty but too much of a good thing for many. (But it's also on the map) The Cajun Chicken Burger is great, good size and very tasty. The chicken wrap is also very good, with delicious cheese and tender chicken it is the perfect drunk meal. Unfortunately, I once had the problem that it wasn't quite warm, so I probably waited too long for the rest of the order. But it was an isolated case. The chips (frits) are great, go well with any main course but can also be eaten as a snack with beer. The sweet potato fries aren't bad either.

Nice little niche of Ireland in Willishofen. Run by expats, you get most of the plus - generous portions, good burgers, nostalgia beers - and none of the disadvantages: this place is spotless clean!

Best fish and chips in Zurich. Great piece of cod. Really good portion of food. Much better value than Lions Bar, or Nelson.

Good beers, horible service. I ordered a food and it took them over an hour to bring it. (It was a deep fried meal, so even retarted kid would get it ready in 10 minutes without looking at it) I order a beer too, but I'm still waiting for it. Never ever again.

Wide selection of good beer from different countries, tasty food, friendly staff. Edit: after few visits realized sometimes you have to beg to be served even if the pub is half empty. Once they even forgot completely that we ordered something so we were just sitting waiting for nothing. Changing rating from 5 to 3.

Love the atmosphere and the hamburgers!

Nice Pub, good atmosphere. Food portions are a little small. However what makes this 3 stars, is the fact that they serve drinks in 500ml glasses, while the menu states that you get a pint. A pint is 568ml. So in the end you get 12% less than stated on the menu. So either correct the menu or get proper glasses.

It’s great for a quick bite and drinks. They have a good selection of draft beer and the burgers are above average. Although it’s located a bit out of the town, it has a nice atmosphere even in a weekday.

A wet and cold Sunday night. The post outside the pub reads “Dinner served until 22:00” We glance at our watch: it’s 21:20, plenty of time. We walk in, and ask the waitress to sit us somewhere for dinner. “I’m sorry, the kitchen is closed” “But outside it says, dinner until 22” “I know, but it was so quiet, the cook decided to close” WHAT!!?? You mean that you are sending us away? For real?? How unprofessional can you get? I had already been to this pub, and I quite liked it. Now, for sure I’ll never set foot in it again.

For me one of the best pubs in Zurich, fast and friendly staff, now nice and cozy in the coming winter time. The food is typical of a pub, very high in calories but also just as tasty. I always enjoy coming back.

The service took a very long time. We were charged for drinks that we didn't consume. The still water cost 6.5CHF, which shocked me in the end because I ordered Hanenwasser. The food was very good. However, the fact that water costs more than a soft drink was very annoying...
