Shell in Meyrin

No QR codes, not other/partner apps. No explanations. You can pay only with IBAN in your Shell App (no Visa or MasterCard). Most expensive per kWt I’ve ever seen in Switzerland in the past few years. Truly terrible experience.

I went this afternoon on 11.11.2023 around 4 p.m. to look for a gift card in your Meyrin station opposite the karcher. A young man who received me was rude, unpleasant. I say hello to him, he doesn't answer me and I ask for information and he tells me to look in the store. So I go around and go back to the counter. I say hello again, still nothing. I ask him to load the Zalando gift card with the sum of 100 chf -, after 5 to 10 minutes he tells me it is impossible to load 100 chf. - but only 98.90 chf. -, he insisted on several occasions that he could not charge the sum 100 chf.-, I had to insist to ask to see another person a young woman introduces herself very kind is polite (I said hello to her she replied politely) and my Credit the gift voucher sum requested in 20 seconds). I pointed out to the young man the lack of politeness and that it was possible to charge the desired amount and that he should not take people as stupid who don't understand anything. Your employee asks me if I had another problem and he ignores me again and makes comments instead of apologizing. I start from the principle that the least I can do is respond to customers “when they say hello and responding to customers is called good manners”. I would no longer return to this station which I knew well and which I often went to have coffee in the morning at the time.

I was really impressed with the customer service at this Shell station. I came to buy some engine oil, but I didn't know which one was best for my car. The cashier helped me choose the right oil. It’s this kind of attentive service that builds customer loyalty. A big thank-you !

The manager of the Shell gas station is really friendly! Its warm welcome makes each visit to refuel the most pleasant. A real pleasure to stop here!

Attention: Service station information is not up to date!! The price of gasoline and diesel is far too attractive (1.33.- and 1.55.-) on the Google map site than in reality. It will need to be updated.

I stopped there for the tire inflator which was present and functional, nothing to say plus there were plastic gloves and paper thank you!!

This message is addressed to the service station manager. Saturday October 9, 2021 around 5:15 p.m. When a poster indicates -10cts/L on all SHELL Vpower fuels, we must honor the display. But under the pretext that there was an error in putting up the posters, you only grant me a reduction of -5cts/L (reduction which was already present in the station). I moved on purpose for the offer which was not maintained. Take responsibility for the posters you display!

Very friendly staff but the sandwich is really not that. For the price, 3 small pieces of chicken in my sandwich. It would almost be selfish I think, see the photos. After 2 bites I still didn't smell any chicken... I shouldn't count and please add a real piece of chicken for the next ones. It's really a shame.

Sunday September 16, 2014H The station is dark. flashlight to fill my two Jerry Cans. At the store, customers form a queue all the way to the back of the store. The two cashiers are behind their cash register, unfortunately one folds paper to wrap the bread (?) and quietly sips a coffee, the other cashes in at the "island" rhythm. So she quietly sips her coffee between two customers, it feels like we're on another continent. On my remark “we wait until Monday?” the paper folder replies “I’m waiting for Tuesday evening” and she disappears. In the meantime the customers pile up, in my turn, I get turned on because I didn't know the number of the pump (impossible to see without light) but I knew the number of liters, which visibly annoyed the girl from the islands. At my request she gave me my receipt, and I left before she finished her coffee. 10 people behind me. Where are we going? Where is customer management? The surveillance camera recording could be used for management courses. Apparently without Sunday competition anything goes - too bad

Recommendable service station with customer service above expectations. Be careful of pastries left in the oven for too long and missing product labeling. Recommendable!

Supposed to be open until 10pm. They closed already 9:45pm the Shop. Then I had to wait 30min until I could use the card machine to get gasoline...
