Shell in Pratteln

By far the coolest and quickest gas station staff I've met in a long time.

Gas station and small shop that has everything you need in a hurry. What's great is that they also sell gas bottles, which is super practical for grilling, especially in summer. People always friendly.

Great location, the most important things are available in the store.

The prices on the website and Google Maps do not match those at the pump. We paid 1.85 CHF and not 1.44 CHF or 1.55 CHF as stated. I think the prices are only advertised for customer acquisition.

Always friendly service and a varied offering is available in the small gas station shop. Otherwise, the gas station offers what you would expect.

Nice staff, but unfortunately poorly equipped for paying. I've been paying everywhere and for everything via smartphone for over a year. Thanks to Google Pay, I no longer need to fumble for cash or a debit card. Hold the unlocked cell phone against the terminal for a second and you're done. This works in Europe at Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Müller, KKiosk, Avec Shop, Edeka, Marché, in every restaurant, so far at every gas station, etc. I've never had a problem in Switzerland either. Unfortunately, here at this Shell gas station. This is not nice and should urgently be changed. The already very nice staff could force this by reporting this circumstance to the headquarters. I'll probably avoid Shell gas stations until then.

The shop is a little small, but it's enough for the most necessary items.
