Shell in Würenlos

Very disappointed with my purchase (expired sandwiches) on 12/30/2023. Poor management of merchandise offered to customers.

I haven't seen such a cheeky cashier in a long time. Ask me if you want to buy a vignette. My answer was that I already have the E vignette. You on it, I don't care what you own. Cars are parked at the gas pumps to go shopping. Petrol pumps cannot be used by those who want to refuel. Checkout staff don't respond - or say they can't say anything and they'll just shout at her. Fill up somewhere else!

Work very slowly and if there is a queue, it takes a long time until a second checkout is open. Employees speak among themselves in English. Toilets look really shabby - paying with Twint is still not possible. Not yet retrofitted.

The own brand Shell: You sell 1 liter of standard Shell Helix Ultra ETC C3 5W/30 motor oil for CHF 39.90 - is that still normal? Even Coop/Jumbo offers it significantly cheaper, even though it is a third-party brand. Elsewhere you can get it for under CHF 25.

Very busy station, with an excellent shopping mall, parking is a little small for trucks but it's worth stopping, with internet, one of the best places to take a break, I'll definitely be back!
