Very nice Asian restaurant! The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and we were very happy about the culinary amuse bouche offered by the kitchen. Siam Garden, we will definitely come back!

Food was good, cool decor But bitingly cold

I ordered lunch catering for 30 people. Ms. Müller is very friendly and accommodating. She made good suggestions for the buffet menu and was also able to respond to my special request "Pra Gra Phrao" with "muu gross". The delivery was on time and the guests really enjoyed the food!

Food good, service friendly, but very disorganized and slow. We waited a long time until the order was taken and then again until it was finally cleared away. The store was only half full, if at all.

I don't know where this restaurant got this rating, it just has nice decor but no special food. I had lunch there with colleagues and we ordered the daily menu. The food was cold, everyone was still hungry after eating, and everything was overpriced.

Food is absolutely fresh and tasty. Service is friendly, but be sure to make your order very clear or you might get something different. Wall decor pretty, very, very dark despite floor-to-ceiling windows and in some areas a bit of a fast food vibe - not cozy, not romantic. Plenty of tables. Sadly, although the restaurant was empty except for one other table, we got the table at the sliding door (cold and drafty), closest to the toilet... Difficult to find unless you know it is there.

We visited the restaurant for the first time on Friday evening. We were greeted friendly. Architecturally successful, pleasant atmosphere. The mixed starter was varied and beautifully served. The main courses for 4 people - meat with sauce - in a bowl, rice on the plate. Everyone was very happy, it was great all around. The sauces were pleasantly seasoned and each of the four dishes had its own taste. Shrimp, chicken and beef, all very fine and tasty. The wine list is also impressive. A tip for the kitchen: If the dishes were served in their bowls on a rechaud, the sauces would be even better! Conclusion: We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Service was slow paced. The staff seem very unfamiliar with how to smoothly run a dinner service. There was an error in my order but staff offered to fix it. Would not recommend the mango salad unless you love celery.

Very fine food, beautifully decorated. The food was amazing and for dessert you can choose from 3 mini balls of ice cream, very tasty varieties.

The atmosphere is very nice and the decoration is great. Sadly the service is very underwhelming: We sat at our table outside, waited 15min but nobody came to take our order, we then went and sat inside (hoping we’ll get better and quicker service). But this wasn’t the case at all, we had to wait long times and had to flag down the waiters (although the restaurant was half empty). Some small details also: There were 3 water glasses and 1 wine glasses (instead of 2 and 2), and the waiter forgot to gave a knives for our meal… The food was generally good, but nothing special or surprising..and sadly all of this for a rather pricey dinner (>100CHF for Two)

Pleasant restaurant and friendly service. Food very tasty. We were a group of 6 people and chose different menus together. Various finger food snacks to start with the aperitif. Everyone really enjoyed it. If you love Asian food, this is the place for you.

I'm currently still sitting in the restaurant and waiting for the waiter to make initial contact so I can order something to drink. The restaurant was recommended to me as very good with a nice boss and great food. Unfortunately, the staff is very unmotivated and runs to the tables with each plate individually. I'd like to correct my rating upwards, but so far I'm just sitting at a table without a drink or food...it's a real shame! Update after the meal: The food and restaurant were great! A lady from the service was extremely friendly! The rest of the service was rather unmotivated and too unprofessional for the restaurant's appearance. Hence from 2 to 3 stars.

Seriously some of the best Thai food I have ever had. I will be back several times this trip and will keep coming back on all future trips. The service is impeccable and the food is simply delicious.

Unfortunately, as newcomers to Thai cuisine, we encountered some questions about the contents of the menu and were met with impatience, arrogance and unfriendliness from the service staff. The menu is confusing, the selection is very small, the chicken in curry sauce has been cooked for far too long and is therefore dry and tough. Unfortunately, despite the request not to serve it due to peanut intolerance, the dish was brought to the table with a large amount of peanuts. When I intervened, the blame was placed on the cook and the error was not corrected. The portions are very large and almost impossible to manage. Last but not least, I was asked if I didn't want to leave a tip... It's a shame about these bad experiences!

We recently had our wedding dinner at Siam Garden and loved it. We had reserved the Bamboo Hut for the evening, which has a view of the kitchen. All the dishes, including the welcome drink, were an extremely delicious surprise from start to finish. There was a wide variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. We were also served personally by the boss, who did his job very well. But the rest of the staff is also extremely friendly. We had a very nice evening. I can only recommend the restaurant and the Bamboo Hut package. We will continue to indulge ourselves with culinary delights in the future.

You are an absolutely great team. The food was wonderful and the spiciness was as ordered! What could perhaps be done even better would be to include 2 or three good Vaud white wines (Eppeses St. Saphorin Dezalay) on the wine list. See you next time Vogt Hans

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the service was very nice. Unfortunately we didn't really like the Phad Thai and the Phad Medmamuang was ok but a bit boring.

What a beautiful restaurant! The interior design was simply a dream. You can tell that someone has put a lot of effort into this. Everything was coordinated; from the ceiling lighting to the cutlery 😍 The cocktail (Rising Sun) was excellent. The food was very flavorful and authentic. The ingredients are imported from Thailand twice a week, which guarantees authentic and fresh cuisine. The service was very accommodating, polite, and humorous :-) We felt very taken care of. Thank you for this wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

The Siam Garden was recommended to me by a friend and so I was looking forward to a nice Thai-style dinner. The restaurant is decorated nicely, but the food and drinks were below average for me. The finger food was OK, but reminded me of ready-made products from the discount store that were quickly prepared in the deep fryer. As a precaution, I ordered the red curry with tofu "slightly spicy", but there was no taste of anything spicy at all. Other spices and herbs could only be tasted very faintly. The "Fruity Mai Tai" was probably fruity and refreshing, but was more in the category of a mocktail, even though it wasn't declared that way. Since I certainly don't suffer from corona-related loss of taste, I was disappointed with this dinner. But perhaps I expected too much, as I have already tried various Thai restaurants in Asia and Europe and had much better taste experiences. Sorry, Siam Garden in Rotkreuz is only worth two stars to me.

I was there in December, living in neighborhood. Service staff should be educated how to behave to meet pretending level of the restaurant. Stepped-in for drinks with my wife in the evening. In middle of drink we were given a bill. When asked a weiter, if we need to leave, based on her answer, she didn’t catch at all that her bill was a bit rude. Her other comments were for sure not appropriate too.

Great homely Thai restaurant. Excellent food, seasoned depending on your preference of spiciness. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented and tasted excellent. We always enjoy being guests of Raphi and his crew. Very good Thai food, with different levels of spiciness (according to the guest's wishes), freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Parking possible directly in front of the restaurant or a few minutes' walk from the train station.

Finally a really fine Thai restaurant in Rotkreuz! 🫶🏻🇹🇭 Really authentically hot if desired, but the medium hot level is definitely enjoyable for the average Swiss (me). The host does an excellent job with his authentic manner. The Graubünden native is supported by friendly Thais in the kitchen and in service.
