Yesterday we were in Arosa at an event. We stayed overnight in Chur. Stopped at the bakery this morning on the way home. Since I'm also in a bakery/kondi.arb, you take a closer look like others... what can I say? We were completely thrilled..very friendly, attentive saleswomen, super clean display, lots of choice for small souvenirs, a very nice shop where you immediately feel welcome. We'll definitely be back next year in February/March. Since we're not in the area otherwise, from the Allgäu... but I wanted to say a big compliment..

Our favorite stop on the way to Ticino or Engadine away from the hustle and bustle. Very fine bread, great flan and cake. Excellent nut cake and fine pear bread. Very fine coffee and good cuisine.

Beautiful display of all kinds of baked goods. Tarts are served warm. With a good café there is a small piece of Graubünden nut cake of the finest quality.

Yesterday morning I bought a spelled bread. Today for breakfast I was looking forward to another bread from the bakery, pure disappointment, it is rock hard to cut and eat like bread that is about 3 days old. I can't imagine this was fresh yesterday. Big disappointment, I won't be buying bread there anymore, the saleswoman was friendly but a bit distracted by the chatter all around from the other employees. It's a shame I would have liked to have had a better review.

A very nice bakery with a lot of options. The staff is attentive and friendly. They also offer breakfast buffet which is excellent! The ice cream was also one of the best I had in Switzerland. I would love to come again !

Always worth a visit, with good reason the only 5 star bakery in Switzerland. It's also worth enjoying a cappuccino with a piece of cake in the café or on the terrace as the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The boss shows up every now and then and warmly welcomes all the guests. Keep it up and see you soon!

Highly recommended cafe in the middle of the village street of Zizers GR. (For those unfamiliar with the area: located in the Chur Rhine Valley. Known for its refreshing cake specialties. Cozy cafe with a terrace. Friendly and very hard-working staff. Really recommended for a break on the way.

They are always friendly and helpful. Very hard working and well integrated into the town and community. They support carnival and other local events. There is also a top-up card for payments. Are now the first 5 star bakery in Switzerland!!! Congratulations!!!

For me the best bakery far and wide. Very friendly service, top clean operation. There is a very wide selection of breads and fine desserts. A Sunday without Signer Bakery, unthinkable for us! Party bread or filled giant pretzels also score points. Thanks to the sign team that such a quality bakery still exists. Thanks to the Signer family.

Best bakery can only be recommended, from bread to sweet pastries, simply top!!! And on Sundays there is always a free Weggli for the children!

We had brunch with friends today Buffet didn't convince me, no fried eggs no omelet just an egg that was way too hard boiled!! Rolls and croissants, hard and small, I got one in the store and it was very good!! Service friendly. Roland Egli Igis

I have been coming to the Signer bakery for around 28 years. I was always satisfied with the service. In my opinion, all products are prepared with a lot of love and joy. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The bakery also offers a large and varied selection. The café also has a children's play area, which my children really like. For my wedding, I commissioned the Signer bakery to organize the aperitif (bread, snacks, service, etc.). This was done to my complete satisfaction and contributed to a beautiful wedding. Famous bakery at Graubunden area, especially produced traditional cake buendner nussturta, price from CHF 3 for the smallest and the biggest is 20 cm. Also wildfutter cookies, price from CHF 6 for small pack and up to 1 kg. Both cookies have long expired date, suitable for taken to abroad. Cafe Signer offered light meals from various vegetable salad, bread and pastries, so many people enjoyed their lunch here. Since Signer bakeries have won many awards competition in bakery, this could be promoted for tourist coming to Graubundner area.

Always my pleasure. Cozy atmosphere even at lunchtime. Good food, salad buffet healthy and fresh. Indoor and some outdoor seating. The service is always friendly and attentive. Free parking spaces next to the house.

Very tasty patisserie. The nut cake is particularly recommended. We have also been able to try the brunch/Zmorga several times and it was very tasty. The cheese is cut from the piece and not packaged separately like many others. Top! The only point that could be further improved is if the jams were also homemade. The current ones are made from small jars, so they are certainly ecologically good, but they would certainly taste even better if they were homemade.

Always enjoy the Käffala in Signer. Friendly and attentive service. Of course there are also lots of delicious things to snack on 😊

Best nut cake I have ever eaten. I've never driven past Zizers without buying a nut cake. Nut cake has been awarded the gold medal for years.

Mega delicious pastries at fair prices. The shop is also very beautiful and with attention to detail. You can see from the creations that they are made with great craftsmanship. We will come back next time we are in Chur.

A very good bakery with social commitment! Bread that is not sold goes to nonprofit organizations. The owner Antnonia Signer still personally takes care of her customers and their concerns. The quality is very high and the price is justified. Keep it up and all the best!

I used to give a better rating. We buy relatively often in this bakery. Definitely bad review today. The boss as you would expect, unfriendly, without a greeting. A few weeks ago I kindly asked whether a position as a pastry chef/baker would occasionally become available (for our future daughter-in-law). A nasty one: she should apply was all. No greetings, nada, nothing. And on Wednesday: 2 sandwiches and bought 1 pretzel with butter, unfortunately the product was at least 24-48 hours old. Squishy and rubbery, not crunchy like the day before. So much for the bakery of the year.
