Sindbad Pizza in Genève

The best falafels and shawarma in the area and everything is HOMEMADE! Our dear friend makes his own meat skewers, his hummus and the falafels are formed and fried fresh. A real treat for the price of industrial fast food. Forget the bad kebabs with frozen meat bought in bulk and industrial sauces, here everything is homemade and the chef is extremely friendly. He deserves to be known!!

Friendly welcome, however the margarita pizzas were filled with cheese. No tomato or basil taste. The pizza is dripping with grease and the cheese has no taste either. The dough on the other hand, was not too bad, thin and crispy. There are much better places in Geneva. It's not worth 5 stars.

On a rainy Saturday in November and in the middle of moving in, I came as a neighbor, by chance, and he did things really well. I have rarely eaten a lamb kebab of this quality: the tender and precisely spiced meat, ultra tasty, is generously placed in a pita, this one folded in half and put under the press. Once crispy, the chef-owner garnishes it generously with marinated tomatoes, sliced ​​onions with parsley and marinated turnips, to finally sauce them generously. A horror ! The salmon pizza was replaced by a margarita without asking our opinion or knowing about allergies. The drinks were designated to us without our opinion also without forgetting there except spicy which lacks just as much as professionalism. I strongly advise against them! A mandatory star for the delivery person.

The kebab portions they offer are quite generous. The fact that there were few customers when I stopped by means that the meat was well cooked.
