The pizza is rather large and cooked over a wood fire, that's very good, but the ingredients like the mozzarella were rather average, this probably due to the average quality of the mozzarella, in fact it made threads when it was cooked. separate the parts and the taste and texture of the latter not extraordinary. We were a table of 9 for a team outing with the fork which was -50% on the meal… what a surprise to receive the bill! Firstly, we didn't like the fact that we were very, very strongly encouraged to have a starter to share by practically imposing the starter plates in front of us. Secondly, we asked for a bottle of red wine to accompany the meal, the waiter offered us a “good bottle”… naively we did not ask for the price, nor did we see the wine list with the prices displayed…. During the meal we had a second one and what a surprise to know that each bottle actually cost 98.-chf…. 200.- for two bottles of red wine!! Where are we?!? (without being able to verify the initial price)!! A scandal to offer this kind of bottle first in a pizzeria!! Thank you to this kind restaurant for having made up their deficit in the range with the price of wine and water because we were refused carafes of water….Unacceptable! I've never seen that... and so we had to take several bottles of water, which were obviously at full price... if restaurants can't bear to lose money with the fork, don't offer it and avoid taking your customers for fools.
