We went here for lunch today with our friends. Swiss gastronomy is still alive here 👍. Very friendly service and super tasty lunch menu at more than fair prices. Soup, salad, cordon bleu with fries and vegetables and dessert for 20.50. It couldn't be better. The Cordonbleus are made in the pan and not in the deep fryer👍 Friendly, competent and honest. We would love to come back 🥰

After a wonderful hike on the local mountain Gonzen, the evening with the family at the Restaurant Sonne is the perfect end to the trip. Service was good and quick as you would expect, despite two larger groups of guests. On the recommendation of the boss, we ordered the “Huusplatte” twice and didn’t regret it. 3 types of meat (beef, breaded schnitzel, cream schnitzel) with vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.). French fries are served with it. They are crispy and lightly salted. On the other hand, the meat and vegetables are slightly oversalted. (5 out of 7 people felt the same way). Nevertheless, we enjoyed it. Conclusion: Well eaten and in good company. Recommended and worth repeating. Thank you for the lovely evening.
