Rented the house last weekend, it was cool and I would recommend it to others... Only gives 4 stars instead of 5 because there are no blinds on the house to provide some shade on the terrace. Unfortunately, parasols were always in the way...

Very nicely renovated and well furnished nature friends' house above the Etzelpass with a view of Lake Sihl. Nice rooms, large sun terrace (with catering on weekends), well-equipped kitchen. -- Ideal for a hiking holiday or as a "base station" for a relaxed family holiday.

Super nice nature friends house. Very nice view, secluded and easily accessible by bike, car (note whoever stays overnight in the house is allowed to drive up) or even on foot. Very nice hike. Well furnished new kitchen.

Wonderful view over Lake Sihl and the Schwyz mountains. Attention, there is a general driving ban in effect. So pack your hiking boots and enjoy the way there. A very special experience is offered in autumn and winter when the fog just rolls over the Etzel.
