Small but nice breakfast buffet at a not very cheap price. It's still worth it. A reservation is recommended. Unfortunately, only 2 drinks are included in the brunch price.

I go there every day to pick things up and find them to be very polite and courteous and if you need information they are always ready to help you. The woman with the French accent is a really great person and I particularly like her

Order yourself at the counter, take away, then clear away again. Staff now have a lot of time to chat with each other.

Usually the temperature of the hot drinks available at this cafeteria is very very low. I am from USA, may be we have the HOT drinks really hot.That may be the reason , I didn't like the coffee here. I request the owner to serve the drinks based on the customer residence. Thankyou

I was on site and there were about 4 people waiting for employees. The employees were in a room talking. Then Mrs. Maag came, she asked me what I wanted, I said sandwich twice to eat here, then asked her something again, I said eat here again, then she screamed at me and used a word at me as if I were her colleague and then she was still very cheeky. I guarantee she would have a mental disorder. Never again and no one else in my area either. No respect or decency.

Had stomach cramps and diarrhea for 3 days after reheated food. I had exactly the same thing the last time I visited 3 years ago. So I won't be consuming anything here anymore. Sometimes very noisy and tables seem dirty. They are sticky and there were food residues on them. The service is nice when you enter, but after that you are no longer noticed. Wrong items are charged and if you complain with the receipt you are brushed off. Asking the boss is dismissed with a smile, saying he isn't there and you can call him. So top customer service

The shelf/display was half empty on Sunday lunchtime around 1:45 p.m. And the existing pastries were covered in wasps. Some things no longer looked so fresh and inviting. When asked about it, the waitress said it was harmless, but that it had been worse. Midsummer is over and it is now the end of October when I visit. I took the trouble to read through some of the ⭐️⭐️ and ⭐️ reviews. Many were written about 2 months ago. So it's been a few weeks now. One asserts; to take the reviews/statements given seriously and to respond to individual customer feedback and needs. However, there have hardly been any visible changes. Ergo: "You won't really be taken seriously if you just pay lip service. I wonder how many bad reviews it will take until something finally happens." The waitress didn't ask me if I wanted to eat the sandwich in the restaurant or take it away and simply assumed that I wanted it to go. So it was bagged and finally placed on a plate with the paper bag. Separately, I had to stand in line at the bar again with the receipt and pick up the rest. It's all designed for self-service. At the end you are also obliged to clear everything away from the tables. The many prohibition signs that other customers wrote and photographed still exist to this day. The people who served me were friendly and correct. But the overall impression I was given leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion, the Fleischli branch in Wallisellen Bahnhof does much better, despite the self-service ideology. With kind regards, I remain with your request for information.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it once was. Since the self-service concept was introduced, the service has been non-existent but the prices have been high. Lots of unfriendly employees. Unfortunately it's no longer worth a visit.

Overall, I am satisfied with my visit to Fleischli Bülach. The products are all fresh and the selection is good. It is also very nice to sit outside on the terrace in the morning. However, there are a few things that bother me. Unlike other Fleischli Bächerein in the Zurich lowlands, Schöggeli is not served here with a cappucino. In addition, the student discount of 10% only applies to take-away orders, which really bothers me because with other meat shops I also get this discount when eating on site. I'm also not a fan of the fact that nothing is served anymore; you have to pick up and pay for your food/drink at the counter yourself…

I go to Fleischli regularly, but the visit here in Bülach wasn't worth it at all. There are clearly nicer ones in the area and with friendlier and more experienced staff. It's not for me, everyone should try it for themselves.

No lunch today at 12 p.m. (according to the menu it would have been chicken schnitzel with side dishes). Restaurant but empty. I should buy a pre-packaged vegetarian menu... It's a shame everything is going down the drain under the "new" management.

Definitely too expensive for self-service. The brunch for a whopping 31 Fr. is a bad joke. The buffet is so meager and no coffee/drink is included in the 31 Fr. It's laughable. Hectic atmosphere like in a factory. Never again.

Unfortunately very disappointing... our first communion cake looked like nothing. Tastes good but looks sad. What we ordered did not correspond to what we received. The cake was definitely made too big, never for 20 people, we made 36 relatively large pieces out of it. I suspect that's the reason why they suddenly wanted to charge us 20 more when we picked it up

Top! I ordered a cake for my baby shower and it was amazing! The whole ordering process was super uncomplicated and everything worked perfectly. The cake looked extremely beautiful and was well received by the guests in terms of taste (vanilla and raspberry cream). Lovely again!

Signs and prohibitions as far as the eye can see! As always at Fleischli, the prices are exorbitantly high, but service is now non-existent. The very nice and friendly serving staff are totally overwhelmed and really not to be envied. In short: catastrophic management that doesn't solve the problems but instead puts them on the shoulders of the employees and the guests.

I was in the industry this Sunday, a disaster, it was money thrown away, I could have just thrown the 31 CHF into the trash can. A loud foreign family, a poor buffet, no fruit, no vegetables, you have to get your own drinks and pay extra, even coffee, no plates left AT 11 AM, I'll never come back, one star is too many. I forgot there were 3 dogs sitting in our corner who couldn't get along, my entire jacket was full of dog hair. Not recommended, loud and uncomfortable

It's been a long time since we went to Fleischli Bülach with the family for Sunday brunch. Unfortunately, there wasn't much left of the cozy atmosphere from before. New is no longer served...you have to order at the counter and pick it up there. A long line formed through the restaurant past our table. So it was loud and chaotic. We thought we were more in a military barracks with a barrel street than in a restaurant. It's a shame...we've been visiting Fleischli for 15 years...but Sunday break was the last time we were there.

Gloss is def. away. Before Corona it was still good with service in the café. Self-service for brunch, sorry but it's a joke. Bread is also getting worse because Lidl and Aldi have better products. Staff very friendly. It's a shame about this company

Products and staff absolutely top. But the facility has outlived its time. A complete redesign would be highly recommended. Tables and chairs are no longer beautiful and are completely out of stock, the old-fashioned lamps and the entire ceiling are no longer up to date. Also the floor. We miss the service. It's like a canteen. It would be nice if the concept were changed again. Thank you.

Self-service... not ok with the same prices

Now completely overpriced. Yesterday three croissants for 1.80-1.90 each. At home I noticed that they were all miniature versions. We also saved a lot on our favorite bread (called North Sea Crust). It used to be a real grain bread. It has now been replaced by a much cheaper baking mix with a few grains... At the same price.

It's been a long time since we've been there for Sunday brunch, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing. No more service, self-service, clearing up yourself...nothing left of the once cozy atmosphere! The buffet took a long time to refill, but the food was still tasty and fresh. What happened? No more staff? Not interested in satisfied guests? No pride in being a good host? I'm looking forward to the explanation! Fleischli obviously wants to lose his good reputation...please, we won't be coming back for dinner.

We visit the Fleischli Sonnenhof Bülach regularly, unfortunately something has been taken away from us by Corona, we have to get everything ourselves, you would like to sit down and be served by nice staff like before

This place is unique when it comes to serving pastry. Their products are pretty much the best in their range in the canton of Zurich. The outlets usually have a restaurant part and a over the counter part. Staff is always friendly and pretty much quick. My overall experience was always positive hence I can recommend this place.

I shop at Fleischli about once a month on Sunday mornings when I'm in Bülach. I especially love the delicious Black Forest cake - along with other very fine products. The service is always very friendly and funny. This makes shopping really fun! I would like to thank all the employees and look forward to the next time.

Best bakery in the region I think. Their cakes are always of high quality, I never get tired of them! The choice is varied and the place pleasant!

I and a colleague marched to a table. Very few people, waiting and waiting until I went to the buffet and asked a man if he could bring us a coffee...? I didn't know that it would suddenly become a selfie in such a beautiful café...that's why everything was stupid...It's a shame...this "caffee" used to be one of the best in Bülach...!

Customer-friendly opening times, quite friendly staff, very good and extensive range of bread. Desserts and patisserie products are often noticeably days old 🙁 ..... Opening more and more branches, but not adapting the logistics of a single bakery in Niederglatt to the changing branch network does not seem to be a successful strategy...

Nice bakery with friendly staff. Here you can have a good breakfast, coffee is great, baked goods are fresh and delicious. You can park very close by. Toilets clean.

The best eggs on offer far and wide and always friendly service. 1 star deducted because they no longer offer my favorite bread, Finnenbrot. Of course, this is only partially due to Fleischli, the Swiss tend to prefer boring bread.

Discriminatory and coercive. You are asked to wear a mask and are not even asked if there is a reason for not having one on. “I’m not allowed to serve you if you don’t have a mask on,” was the statement. Only when you say you have a certificate are you allowed to shop. This is humiliating and discriminatory. This isn't the only meathead who acts like this. Unfortunately also in Dielsdorf.
