Sound Industrie Verena Fuchs in Münchwilen (TG)

We've been to the Schlosshof's events several times now and have always been totally thrilled. Great atmosphere, great ambience. However, the bar team was supposed to give tutoring in math... 50.00 paid for a 5.00 coke... 8.00 return money was thrown over the counter. Calls were no longer responded to and disappeared somewhere into the background. It doesn't work at all!!

The staff is friendly but the food unfortunately depends very much on the mood of the chef. I have visited the Freihof several times since it opened and have eaten very tasty, mediocre but unfortunately also bad food. The low point was when we ordered 3 menus, they were billed incorrectly when we picked them up and PhadThai had hardly any flavor, vegetables & no side dishes (as mentioned on the menu). When I asked over the phone and wanted to give my feedback, the boss only made excuses like "I don't have that many ingredients before the holidays"... Conclusion: she has zero understanding of customers (sorry isn't in her vocabulary) and she is not open to criticism. If she is in a good mood: well done, if not it will be uncomfortable for everyone and the zero customer service is free. Did my direct feedback make any difference? I have to doubt it, but I hope so for the sake of the employees and customers!

Food well seasoned, very friendly, accommodating service, cozy atmosphere.

Very intimate place...EVERYTHING DELICIOUS...I RECOMMEND DONUT WITH CUSTARD CREAM, DIFFICULT TO FIND IN SWITZERLAND!
