They are only interested in seating people. The service is awful, everyone was frustrated by indifference from waiters. Our order was lost. Two times we asked two different people to lit a candle to the dessert as we’ve been celebrating birthday - and they of course did not do it, even though they promised. To pay I had to track the waiter down and get her from the phone, and she just dropped the check to our table and fled. Overall we spent around 2 hours in the place and were dissatisfied with the place. Ps. The level of customer service you can see in his responses.

We went this restaurant for quick lunch beginning of February. There were too many customers for lunch time so service was not so fast but my carbonara spaghetti was very tasty 😋 Nice atmosphere inside the restaurant, too.

03/24/24 Stopped in for something to eat during our weekend in Geneva. From the beginning it seemed that everything was fine, but they brought us the menu for more than 20 minutes, then they brought the pasta for half an hour, and they couldn’t bring us our desserts for more than 40 minutes. As a result, 3 waiters approached us and each of them did not know what we ordered. It was even more awkward ask each waiter to light a candle for dessert, but no one did, although everyone spoke English well and took our order, there was no language barrier, but our request was ignored. To pay the bill we had to catch the waitress, who was standing at the counter and fidgeting with her phone. The food is good, I don’t argue, but the attitude of the staff is just disgusting. P.s. Thanks to the owner for rating my comment as “not valuable”. Bad comments have no value, but good ones do? It is your attitude towards clients and willingness to work that any comments have no value for you. If there were 0 stars I would give 0 because there is no respect.

Despite our reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes before being seated. Good pasta but very oily. The waitress did not tell us that the penne was extra, unlike the spaghetti. Very noisy.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The waiters seemed completely disinterested in the service, they never came to take our order or even provided us with placemats for the table. Furthermore, they simply placed the cutlery directly on the table, without any care for hygiene. Every time we asked for water, the waiter seemed to forget and we had to ask for it several times. Even when we asked for napkins, it was again forgotten. This kind of attitude and service is totally unacceptable in a restaurant and left me really dissatisfied. I hope the restaurant can improve their customer service to avoid similar bad experiences in the future.

The Johnny pasta was amazing specially the chicken, also the caesar salad was delicious. I would come aging and order the same thing. Yet it was very hot inside and the order took long to get to us but it was worth it . YOU NEED TO RESERVE BEFORE.

Not the best of experiences. The food was fine and reasonable value but it wasn’t the hottest and took a little while to arrive. Worse was the fact that it took forever to order and even longer to be be able to pay. I would have stayed and had dessert and another glass of wine but it took so long I couldn’t be bothered. There was also an unpleasant smell in the corner of the restaurant in which I was seated. Would not recommend.

Absolutley delicious! Unfortunately I do not have photos as when it arrived at the table, it smelt and looks so good we didn’t think about photos and couldn’t wait to start! Lots of choice for vegetarians and helpfully labelled on the menu. We had the red pesto option and the carbonara plus some bruschetta to start. Staff were so friendly and helped with translation. In a great location on a walk between the lake and the cathedral. Great value for money, especially with the large portions.

Very good atmosphere, very friendly and pleasant. We have ordered the business menu and it comes with a starter, a main course and dessert, plus a separate drink. The pasta dish was very good, the dessert incredible!! We will be back for sure @Angeldark_tattoo

Place is nice and the Tiramisu was really good. However the pasta we had ordered were way too salty unfortunately.

The restaurant was quite full and I was worried the service would be shoddy, but pleasantly the waiter (curly short hair with glasses) went out of his way to give us the best service from giving us an English menu, checking if they can make alcohol free spritz to suggesting the desert. As a foreigner you tend to expect the worse but the service here made us feel welcome, we felt seen and appreciated as customers . Keep it up, I'll be making a stop next time I'm in Geneva

They have pasta that can make you happy 😊 Also option to have them without gluten or whole wheat, which is excellent for our family. The service is impeccable!

First time that I have eaten so poorly in an Italian restaurant in Geneva. Came for a birthday, a first for me in this restaurant and I see that the plate of pasta (tuna pasta) very poorly presents the pasta soaked in oil in addition to the canned tuna which was already very fatty. The pasta had no taste and was too greasy. Too bad because the restaurant was well decorated and the servers were friendly.

Pink pasta with spicy shrimp sauce is delicious

spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino was good but not excellent. Spaghetti was one step behind of al dente. The quality was good. Tiramisu is a must try. One of the best I have ever had.

Johnny, Gorgonzola or carbonara pasta are excellent. Good quantity. Nice atmosphere, lots of people on Friday evening. At the end, we have a very nice little gesture from the house as well.

The pasta is good and the portions very generous! The service is great, the only downside is too many screaming children.

I came with friends on a recommendation, one of my friends has his habits here. For a first visit, I am not disappointed. It was delicious, the pasta is al dente, I had the seafood pasta, so good, the cooking, the seasoning everything is perfect. We all liked our dishes. The staff takes great care, our waitress was efficient, smiling, available, dynamic, top level. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. A 10/10 without fault.

The food was great.. Service was super super fast.. Our order was taken within 15 seconds of us sitting down.. The waiter was very kind and attentive despite serving many people.. We had asked for water which came in 10 seconds.. We had a Soup which came in 5 mins.. And two Spaghetti Bolgoneses.. Which arrived in under 10 mins again despite many people ordering the same thing.. It was a calm and cozy atmosphere we had space it was super cramped.. the place wasn’t not very loud.. And the bathroom was clean.. And was not overpriced.. Rather cheap.. This is a very underrated place go here u will enjoy it..

Ordered from Uber eats, found the amatriciana pretty bland, was expecting it to be in a usual amatriciana sauce which is supposed to be quite saucy with tomatoes but this was only done with oil so was pretty disappointing

Lasagne was good, but pasta with lemon butter is too sour, and the sour taste is too dominating. Even though portion sizes are good, the prices still seem somewhat high.

Very slow service. The food was ok. I had penne arribaiata and it was good. My wife's tuna penne was VERY salty. She couldn't finish it. Jackhammer going across the street. Not the restaurants fault but definitely detracts from the atmosphere. Very expensive for what you get.

So order placed at 9:54 p.m. (while I normally have until 10 p.m.), it is validated on the application before being refused by the restaurant. So I call them to find out what's going on and there, not only is no solution offered to me, they just tell me that we don't understand what happened while saying that this is not the restaurant's fault (already there it's borderline) but what's more, not the slightest commercial gesture to correct the situation, NOTHING!! As a bonus, I almost got yelled at by the guy I spoke to on the phone because I dare say that it sucks to validate an order only to refuse it straight away without even bothering to notify the person concerned. You guys just lost a customer!

The best pasta restaurant in all of Geneva. Incredible discovery, all the staff are very friendly. Very generous portions and delicious pasta. Very good prices.

First visit and not disappointed. There is a whole choice for pasta and salads. The atmosphere was good and the service was quick. The dishes are tasty and in quantity. The tiramissu was killer. If it's not hot, I advise you to stay on the terrace.

Lovely mid-day lunch! We ate inside as it was almost 14:00 and outside was quite crowded. The atmosphere was inviting, the servers friendly and the portions tasty & filling. Only reason I gave it four-stars overall was that we were one of four couples inside eating and the service was slow. We got drinks right away yet we had to wait awhile for the food.

Unfriendly and annoyed service, a long waiting time and spaghetti that was sometimes hard and short. Overall, our visit to the Pasta People restaurant in Geneva was disappointing. Although we just wanted to take a short break and fortify ourselves, we had to wait over an hour for our spaghetti. When they finally arrived, they were not only partly hard, but also broken into small pieces. This made it difficult for me to roll up my spaghetti, which I like to do. I complained to the waiter, who then quickly took the plate to the kitchen to bring me new noodles without asking me if I even wanted new ones. Since my colleague was soon finished with her plate, I went to another waiter and explained to him that I didn't want any more pasta because we wanted to move on and everything had taken a long time. He canceled the order, but to my surprise the other waiter still came with a new plate of spaghetti. I explained to him again that we wanted to continue driving because we had already been here for 2 hours and I couldn't take the food with us as take-away because we were on the way. To my dismay, the waiter freaked out, stormed over to the trash can, and dumped the bolognese in it in front of everyone while insulting me. He then went back to the restaurant. The other guests were just as shocked as I was. My colleague paid the bill and I was happy that the other waiter had removed the bolognese from the bill. That was at least some small consolation. Still, we wasted a lot of time in this restaurant. This experience had a negative impact on our city trip and left us disappointed. We were hoping that the restaurant would be good based on the positive Google reviews, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. If you just want something quick to eat and want to move on, this restaurant is definitely not the place for you. It is unfortunate that we spent our limited time in Geneva with such a disappointing experience.

Delicious pasta is the focus of this place. Many inventive (but also plenty of traditional) pasta dishes. We tried four different pastas and all were very good. Also, portion size is very generous here. Service was good and there’s a large outdoor area as well.

All 3 pasta dishes we had were delicious with very generous portions. Lovely setting on the outside terrace. Price was not bad for Switzerland. Service was fast and food came out quickly. Absolutely recommend.

Great place great food also for people with allergies. Service was very nice main cource came very quick. Only downpoint was my kids had to wait a crazy long time for their 1 scoop of icecream.

This place is located in the Old Town of Geneva. It's a usual Italian restaurant with a wide range of pasta. I loved their Alla Arabiata. The place is large with a small terrace as well.

Super excellent restaurant 👏👏👏👏 A very unique & twisted pastas flavors. Yet, the authentic italian taste is present. Pravo 👏👏 We had goat cheese salad,, soo yummy 🤤. It had the sweet touch with the classic goat cheese deep taste. We had spaghetti A Limone,, truly awesome. if you like the citrus touch with the freshness of lemon 🍋,, this is a great option. 👌 & we had penne ( Hollywood) with curry sauce.. Sooo creative & I soo yummy. The waiter, Clemence, was super great.. So helpful & friendly.

After a few months in 🇨🇭, this was the first restaurant that a staff asked us for tips when paying the bill. Pasta was very nice.

Decent place for some pasta with a wide variety of sauces. The pasta isn't handmade. Portion sizes are fairly large. I had the pesto pasta and I was quite full after eating it. The goat cheese salad was also good.

We had the opportunity to go to this restaurant with our family who had already eaten there and we were not disappointed. The welcome is warm, the staff professional and attentive. Very pleasant. As for the food, everything was delicious and plentiful. Small downside for the Pesto sauce, which was a little too oily. The restaurant is, what’s more, kids friendly, so the best! Just had a quick bite but it was delicious and fresh, just the thing after climbing all the stairs at St Pierre cathedral. Staff very friendly, lovely outdoor seating with a beautiful inside area too.

As the name suggests, they are Pasta People. Plenty of options available with several vegeterian options. In summer, seat outside and enjoy the view. Very smooth service. If you love pasta, you would love this one for sure.

It was really very, very good! We were on the terrace one evening but the only downside was the wait just to be able to order our drinks and then another wait to receive our drinks + dishes.

Pasta is really good and dishes are big! Service and staff don't pay attention to you at all like if they don't care about the clients and the service is super slow. 1h to get the main dish.
