Great food, great employees, very good team, especially the branch manager is a great guy, unfortunately I forgot his name but a very correct and very nice man. Also the best pizza I've ever eaten

It is incomprehensible why, according to the website, ordering and collection on Sundays should only be possible until 8 p.m., but orders can be made via Uber Eats until 9:45 p.m. If so, it's better to order directly. Otherwise the food is okay and I still like to order there every now and then as the vegan salami pizza is pretty good imo. Other pizzerias/delivery services could definitely learn something from this.

Hello, I ordered potatoes from you earlier and they were absolutely terrible. They were completely mushy and inedible. Just like the chicken strips, the 0.1mm breading was almost completely peeled off and the chicken was totally watery and disgusting. I feel sorry for the chicken that was killed for this result. Have a nice day, never again.👍🏼

I always get the pizzas takeaway. I once dropped a pizza on the floor and had another one made for me free of charge. I prefer this branch.

Pizza was good as always. But also expensive at over 30Chf per pizza. Unfortunately we didn't know; that renovations were taking place and we couldn't eat on site or go to the toilet. You should declare online as take-out only for this time.

Be aware that, after dropping 30 bucks for a pizza and a coke, you are not allowed to eat inside, not even standing. Workers were super nice and pizza was alright. Just they will kick you out if you try to eat in there. Unbelievable rule!

I find the service really disrespectful to the customers. I've ordered delivery several times and almost every other time the service is just completely wrong. The order is a whole hour late and the phone isn't picked up. I've already called 7 times and waited 10 minutes each time. If it weren't for the cheesy bread I would never order again and everyone I know says not to order. The last time something went wrong with the order I got "a free cheesy bread" but firstly I couldn't combine that with other offers and secondly I could only have ordered it for delivery, which makes the word "free" superfluous because I I now have to pay the 7 francs that I would have gotten with “free” bread for delivery.

Great pizza and always friendly

After many years as a regular customer, I find it difficult to say that the quality of this Domino has declined.

In fact, the pizza is extremely good. Much better than some “quality” pizzerias. The service was also very polite, nice and accommodating. The ambience is a bit of a disaster, but after all it's a delivery service, which is why it doesn't affect my 5 stars. If I want a pizza, I usually only come to you.

Pizza was delivered hot and quickly and was very tasty, again and again.

Ordered 3 pizzas, all three were not cut correctly, you had to cut them again. All three pizzas were too dry and somehow only half of Vegi Pizza was sprinkled with cheese. Ordered with joy and ate with disappointment.

We picked up a margharita and a tuna pizza, the dough is very hard and dry, the tuna pizza doesn't even taste like tuna (not a lot, far too little tuna on the pizza) on a table it says a free cheesybreat for every 2 pizzas, we have it Not getting Cheesybreat, the reason was that you can get the Cheesybreat from a certain price, so you should change the board and not write something down that you yourself don't comply with. Very dissatisfied

Ahoy, I've ordered twice now and I can say everything is great. Pizzas arrived hot and to the point. A little tip but still 5 stars is that the ingredients could be distributed with more love ;) Very tasty, keep it up then I'll be happy to order again :) 100% recommendation

Pizza is good (American pizza) and delivery times are fast, although in my opinion the delivery fee is way too high. In no other restaurant that I know of does the delivery fee exceed 5 CHF.

Typical US pizza - so you can't compare it with real Italian pizzas. Ideal for people who love exactly this type of pizza or prefer the entire package together with cheesy bread, sauces, cinnamon bytes etc. as a hearty snack at home (game/movie nights) However, the dough becomes hard and dry very quickly, making it inedible if you want to eat any leftovers the next day. Your suppliers are refreshingly friendly.

Eine Frechheit was sich dieses Unternehmen leistet! Wir haben verschiedene Male bestellt, ja die Pizzen wären grundsätzlich lecker. Schade einfach, dass auf jeder zweiten Pizza was fehlte. Die grösste Frechheit war aber unsere letzte Lieferung. Die Pizza war komplett zermanscht, ungeniessbar.

I was hungry with a colleague and we passed by at lunchtime about a month ago. We only had 1 hour for lunch and had to wait half an hour for the pizza. The lady at the counter was very cheeky when asking whether the pizzas were ready. We were served very poorly and the pizzas didn't taste good. Not even a deal was proposed to us. Absolute disgrace from this woman. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK YOU SHOULD STAY HOME!!!!!

Low quality Pizza! I can't believe it. Is this really Domino's standard pizza? The XL pizza we ate was thinnest I have ever seen and bread was hard. Not recommended.

Ordered two pizzas, both of which were delivered incorrectly (one was apparently out of spinach, but you weren't informed about it and the other simply used completely wrong dough). One of the two wasn't even fully through. Everything is denied on the phone and 70 CHF is thrown in the trash. As an apology there was a shit voucher for cheezy bread. Never again!

Very fast delivery. However, the pizzas are mediocre. For me, good pizzas should still be good after a day. Domino's Pizzas isn't the case for me.

We order twice at this dominos pizza, we were waiting at minium 1:30 to get the pizza. The third time they didn't even come. Impossible to join by phone.

Very good pizza. Friendly delivery service. Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars. When ordering online, they try to sell you advertising. So that you don't receive these, you have to put a tick next to the form for email and SMS. For this sneaky behavior, I have to deduct one star for each tick. A pity. My search for a good pizza delivery service in Basel continues.

As I pass by on Tuesdays the aroma wafting from the oven fresh cheesy bread reminds this Canadian of home. I never understood the love of pizza floating in olive oil and for those that can stand the salt, dominos will always be number 1!

Long waiting time because there are many customers, little space in the restaurant

The top deals, such as a 25cm diameter pizza for 5 francs, are simply great. The pizzas are also really good and were ready as soon as we arrived (we ordered them online an hour in advance).

Pizza never delievered. when called 50 min after order was made you can't even reach the branch and end up talking to central service which need to than contact the branch in your behalf yet don't call back to tell you what is going on. on second call 20 minutes later they said the delievery couldn't find the address, the phone was wrong and that the earth is flat. all that info was confirmed on the order with the representitive to be correct - go figure. hungery, disappointed and amazed by this horrible service.

Dominos pizzeria like the others! a bit small not really possible to eat on site! the pizzas are made in about 20 minutes! unfortunately it didn't look too much like the original dominos pizza with the special dough. otherwise like most of the restaurateurs when it's meat they don't use too much which is a shame knowing that the production price does not exceed 5 to 10 chf! For the prices it is correct! sometimes they make discounts with offers that come out a little out of the ordinary. It is well located right next to a main road and a tram stop.

So far, the branch on Spalenring has always delivered to Allschwil without any problems. Today you are refusing to accept orders because you do not deliver to Allschwil. But on the website it clearly states that deliveries are made to Allschwil. It's a shame, I order almost weekly.

Took up the double deal standard yesterday, two pizzas for £30 with three toppings. Well, the turkey salami was missing on one. I don't allow such mistakes when it comes to prices. I was very happy to finally find a pizza with turkey salami, but nope.

Very good pizzas. Good service. Unfortunately not cheap, except on Tuesdays ☺

American pizzas, if you like Domino, I prefer the Italian version
