The shipping company has been a great address for a long time. He handled a change well. The last visit was a bit exceptional. There was a loss due to illness and external service personnel had to step in. That worked great. We wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't said anything. Bravo. Unfortunately, a large part of the place was for a company including a fun presentation and its own music system. The room was separated with a black 1.5m protective fence. Our table was right against this wall. So the whole evening was too loud and you felt like you were in a canteen. It's a shame such events are not published on the website or mentioned when making online reservations. We would have preferred to come another time. This is a constructive suggestion. The kitchen was brilliant as usual.

We have already heard a lot of positive things about the forwarding company, which is now being run under new management but with a familiar concept. It was our first time in the shipping company, but certainly not the last time! Friendly welcome, beautiful, elegant atmosphere, beautiful places inside and outside. Interesting menu with a small but fine selection of different (fusion) dishes, from vegan to the finest fish and meat dishes. Organic food from regional suppliers. The food was served quickly, was still very hot, and most importantly - delicious and plentiful! Fine coffee and the dessert menu was also impressive with many fine temptations. We are already looking forward to our next visit 👍🏻 P.S. The chef is awesome 😉

We really liked the ambience and the food. Everything is prepared very lovingly. Price-wise it's on the higher end and I would like to see a little more creativity in the cocktails for the price.

The minced meat patties with an excellent cream sauce were simply una bomba. Skilfully accompanied by healthy vegetables and a very tasty gratin. This time too, the wine recommendation from the friendly lady in the open bar did not disappoint us and rounds off the eating and drinking pleasure harmoniously with the wheatless chocolate cake. The fine culinary art of the new chef has now definitely arrived at the shipping company. A wonderful evening in the best company - we will definitely repeat it!👍🏻😋

I've been eating a cordon bleu here every now and then for years because I love the meat and the spicy cheese. You should make a reservation as the restaurant is always busy.

We had our wedding dinner at the shipping company. The communication was friendly and uncomplicated. The service and food that evening was excellent which rounded off our wedding perfectly.

The restaurant is spacious with a very pleasant ambience. The service was good. Our food arrived relatively fast. The food is okay but for sure not good enough for the price. The dishes are nicely presented but their components are overall a bit heavy and burdened with a lot of thick sauces. So the flavors were not bad but everything felt a bit too much.

Nach der wechselvollen Geschichte der Spedition waren wir wieder mal zu Gast und schmunzelten über die fulminante Gastfreundschaft, die der Chef versprühte. Beim Essen gingen die Meinungen dann allerdings weit auseinander. Die Vorspeisen wurden hübsch präsentiert und waren geschmacklich ansprechend. Mengenmässig an der untersten Grenze, aber qualitativ erstklassig war das als Tartar bezeichnete Wasserbüffeltatar, auch wenn die Beilagen nicht überzeugen konnten. Die Rehschnitzel waren zwar zu lange in der Pfanne, aber trotzdem zart und schmackhaft, und auf einem Curryteller musste man die Minimenge an Pouletfleisch zusammensuchen. Wie so oft, erwies sich das Thema Gemüse als hohe Hürde: "weniger, aber sorgfältiger zubereitet" wäre ein besseres Motto. Einig waren wir uns bei der Feststellung, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr hart an der Schmerzgrenze schrammte. Ein Wermutstropfen: Wir gönnten uns einen sehr generösen Weinkonsum, und da setzt ein gescheiter Wirt etwas Hahnenwasser nur dann als zusätzliche Belastung auf die Rechnung, wenn er die Gäste vergraulen und vertreiben will. Die Freundlichkeit an der Front hat uns zum Glück ein wenig getröstet.

Mit guten Freunden unter dem Sternenhimmel der Stadt Baden ein exquisites Abendessen geniessen: das kann man in der Spedition. Die Gerichte sind ein Genuss fürs Auge und den hungrigen Magen. Einfach unbedingt genug Zeit einberechnen, der Service dauert länger. Der Preis ist an der obersten Grenze.

Eine Geschmaksexplosion pur! Sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht günstig aber jeder Rappen wert! So muss Gastronomie sein!

Together with friends we had a fabulous dinner at the Spedition.The menue is quite interesting, typical Swiss dishes but also some dishes with an Asian touch - a very nice mixture.What we really liked and is no where written on the menue, you can order half or smaller portions.The green green salad for a starter was absolutely yummy and can be recommended if you fancy a salad of a slightly different kind.Service is very friendly and professional.The tables are far enough apart so you dont find your neighbour listening to your conversation.A reservation especially on a Saturday night is recommended as it gets busy.The only downside....... the prices are on the high side for Baden, so be preapred to bring your credit card with you.

Wir hatten um 18 Uhr einen Tisch für drei bestellt, geöffnet ist ab 17.00h. Wir kamen ca. 25 Minuten vor 18.00h, wir waren die ersten Gäste und hatten den Eindruck, am liebsten hätte uns die Bedienung wieder vor die Tür gestellt. Sie müssten noch Tische verrücken und die Küche sei erst ab 18.00 soweit. Zunächst hieß es, wir sollten an der Bar warten, dann durften wir aber doch an unserem Tisch.Nach einer Weile bekamen wir zu dritt zwei Getränkekarten.Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut zu bereitet, allerdings irritiert bei einer Maispoulardenbrust, aber es war gut und die Portionen sättigend.Die Speisekarte ist ein Mix aus Indisch/Asiatisch/international, man vermisst ein wenig eine klare Linie. Aber, Qualitativ alles ok.Beim Bezahlen mit Karte wählte die Bedienung ohne Nachfrage eine Zahlung in Euro aus. Nach meinem Einwand, dass ich lieber in CHF bezahlt hätte und ich so ca 3 Euro mehr bezahlt hätte, gab sie mir drei Franken, mit der (sehr überflüssigen) Bemerkung, da könnte ich mir einen Kaffee kaufen.Fazit: Essen gut, Atmosphäre: sachlich modern, Bedienung:viel Luft nach oben!

Wir nahmen einen weit gereisten Gast mit, der nach einem lokalen Schweizer Restaurant fragte. Schöne Präsentation und einfallsreiche Geschmackskombinationen sowie warmes Ambiente in einem modernen Ambiente, und die Art, rücksichtsvollem Service. Liebte es!

Ich habe schon mehrfach in der Spedition das Mittag Essen genossen. Gute Bedienung und das Essen immer wieder überraschend anders, aber immer gesund & lecker!

A special menu: classics such as Chateaubriand or Zürcher Geschnetzeltes as well as selected Asian dishes such as Iranian stew or Sultan's late. Normally a mixture like this makes me rather skeptical, but here it is excellent. There's definitely someone in the kitchen who really understands Asian food. The dishes are a spice explosion for the palate, wonderful. And the classics are perfectly prepared. And: finally a dessert menu that goes beyond the usual boring and uniformity. Austrian influences could be at play here. A blessing, otherwise from a culinary point of view Switzerland is an absolute developing country when it comes to the quality and variety of desserts and pastries. Good service and nice wine selection.

I don't understand the good ratings for this restaurant. I expect a lot more in this price range. The risotto rice was hard, the vegetables were hard, the meat was "cheesy" - not edible. The apple pie tasted ok but looked like it had been in the fridge for 5 days. The ice cream from the supermarket and partially crystallized. Nevertheless, a generous 2 stars because of the good soup, the delicious meat sauce and the service was ok.

Great Food and consistency. The Tartare is amazing and has been for years and i love the asian fusion kitchen they offer. But the swiss meals like spätzle with deer are also delicious. Compliments to the friendly staff! We also had a company event here which i can only recommend.

Am Mittwochabend habe ich mit meinen Lehrerkollegen zu Abend gegessen. Als wir 21 waren, bekamen wir die kleine Menükarte. Es gab immer noch genug Ideen. Der Kellner hatte einige Gerichte auf der Karte nicht erwähnt. Z.B. Hühnercurry mit Gemüsecurry. Einige Leute hatten das Cordon Bleu, einige Vegetarier. Ich wähle das Curry, das sehr nett war. Nicht zu scharf, genau richtig. Die Kellnerin schlug eine Magnum-Weinflasche vor, die etwas billiger ist als zwei normale Flaschen. Es war genau richtig!

Wir hatten ein schönes Abendessen im Team. Das Essen ist sehr gut, der Service sehr freundlich und die Weinkarte erschwinglich. Es ist ein guter Ort, um etwas Zeit mit Freunden oder Kollegen zu verbringen.

Wir essen ab und an in der Spedition. Das Essen ist jedes mal sehr gut. Zuletzt hatte ich das Cordon Bleu. Das wird mit einer Variation an frischem Gemüse und leckeren Pommes serviert. Sehr zu enpfehlen! Zum Dessert gab es den Überraschungsteller für 2 Personen. Die Location ist sehr modern und doch gemütlich gehalten und der Service ist super freundlich. Die Gerichte werden sehr sorgfältig und kreativ angerichtet. Für einen Aperitiv, das Cordon Bleu und den Dessert habe ich ca CHF 60.- bezahlt.Ich esse sicher wieder dort!

Eine Gruppe aus meiner Arbeit aß im Restaurant zu Abend. Es waren fünf von uns. Der Service war sehr langsam, langsam um die Bestellung anzunehmen und sehr langsam zu liefern. Das Essen selbst war gut und akzeptabel für die Schweiz, aber es war viel zu langsam.
