Extremely disappointed. We ordered 6 pizzas and in the lot, one was not the right one. The problem is that when you order a vegetarian pizza and you receive a ham pizza it's annoying. So we called to explain our problem. A very accommodating employee responded to us and took note of our problem. Explaining to us that she is not able to help us, she passes us the person who claims to be the boss. From this moment the atmosphere changes, the sympathy shifts to a very aggressive tone. Under the pretext that there are people ordering, it is no longer their fault if the order is wrong. Finally we are offered a tiramisus for our next order but at no time is the fault recognized or received an apology from the so-called boss...

The pizzas are good because not too greasy but the ordering and punctuality of delivery deserve 3 stars. They hang up on us, when we call back they mistake us for someone else and they tell us the delivery is in 20 minutes and in the end we waited 55 minutes.
