Ordered pizzas at 11:30...they were supposed to arrive at 12:00 At 12.40pm still nothing... THIRD WORLD SERVICE... disgusting!!!!! We had to order somewhere else and forget about this place!!!!! Gross

Perfect salad kebab… prices increased but meat decreased. Quality dropped a lot.. it was one of the best

Ordered (and paid) at 10am to receive three pizzas by 12pm. We are still waiting to receive them and it's 2pm…

very long waiting times, it is not possible to wait 40 minutes for two kebabs when they are ordered hours in advance, especially by students who don't have time to wait. Terrible! We will not order again.

I ordered a full Kebab flatbread and a Kebab flatbread with just salad and meat. The wait was a normal 45 minutes. I notice that they were 2 Kebab flatbreads both with only salad and meat. I called to inform them that there had been a mistake and they told me that they had run out of piadinas and so they had made focaccia for me. Now I wonder... before doing something like this you need to inform the customer, maybe I would have taken something else and instead they did everything. Unfortunately I didn't like the flavors and ingredients used either. Lukewarm chips and I would say the bill is high since you can get something else at a much lower price. Not a good experience overall

Very long waiting times on site (30-40 minutes), difficulty communicating with employees who do not speak Italian. When we arrived home we discovered that in the small doner boxes there were only French fries; not even a hint of chicken! Total disappointment 😡

They don't respect the delivery time, but I must say that we liked the pizza and piadina kebab. Until next time! Let's order first 😂😂

Excellent top quality kebab! we stop here for lunch at work and we can eat in a moment, reading the reviews of people who complain about the timing of months ago they have evidently understood the lesson. Now they are very fast!

We ordered two doner boxes at 11.15, they said they would arrive at 12. At 12.30 there wasn't even a sign of their car, we called twice, at 12.15 and 12.24 both times times they assured us that it would arrive soon. Don't order if you have anything else to do later.

If you're not in a hurry, order the pizza here, I'm always late... even by 1 hour Today I ordered a pizza and chips at 4pm and they arrived at 5.20pm while they said they would arrive at 4.30pm... I didn't collect the order... When they start losing several customers maybe they will understand

Terrible, I don't recommend ordering if you have less than an hour and a half available. A friend of mine and I ordered from school at 11.20am, asking for a kebab piadina and a domer box for midday. At 12.50 they still hadn't arrived even though we had called them and said that the school break would end after a while (we called at 12.30, 12.40.) They told us they would be there in 10 minutes and that they wouldn't charge us. After another 20 minutes they still hadn't arrived and we had to go to the classroom (we were already late). In the end we couldn't eat and will not order again, given the unprofessionalism and terrible service.
