Starbucks near the Chapel Bridge in Lucerne... Two Korean women are said to be traveling for two months.

Tourist friendly, highly recommend who took the tour to rest and enjoy the standardize coffee & comfy place. This is way better than other coffee shop in the same area which claim "the best coffee in multiverse :P " Especially if you are not look like European ,I highly recommend! For the atmosphere ,I will give 6 stars if I could ,you can see from the picture by own eyes. Thank you,Staff!

I’m not a fan of Starbucks but this one it’s quite special, they have a beautiful view and comfortable furniture in the second floor right in front of the window. As always they offer good desserts and beverages.

Nice views to the river and mountains,having a cup of tea latte upstairs when it's cole outside, raining and snowing sometimes

I paid 16 CHF for two people for a small drink that had way too many ice cubes, which was far too expensive in my opinion

They have the most beautiful place to drink coffee. View of Chapel Bridge. Casual atmosphere and great coffee. My recommendation for this place. Be sure to visit it

The waiter who served us, Camilo, was very friendly and we consider it a great advantage that he speaks Spanish, a 10! And highlight the good views from the establishment.

The Americano taste is too bland. The taste of Cool Lime Physio is also bland.. It's like just drinking water. The view is okay If you expect the taste of Korean Starbucks, you will be disappointed.

What a pity! In a wonderful place like Lucerne... with a fantastic view... I wake up early to have breakfast as in every traditional trip... but the place is very dirty at 9 in the morning and I find very little to eat. It's a shame because the milk drunk and the cinnamon are truly exquisite.

Definitely one of the worst visited, the location is beautiful but everything else is really bad, in the morning at 9am the place is already very dirty with your feet sticking to the ground at every step, the choice of products is really poor, just think that they didn't have nor any type of croissant or pan chocolate, rejected!

Nice view, but the caffe late with coconut milk that I ordered tasted like it was watered down quite a lot. Would prefer to pay extra for the milk if it meant I can actually taste the milk and not just water.

Great drinks, I can't say the same about the service

The worst Starbucks experience by EMILY we have had in the world. We had requested 2 Venti Dragon fruit refreshers. She add syrup and add water then served it without shaking them. We asked why you did like that and she showed us the line in front of cashiers.We asked her to fix it and she run away and ignored us. As a loyal Starbucks customer EMILY and the store manager is a total shame!!!

Clearly not very eager to serve their customers. Should be open till 19:00, but they decided to close at 18:00.

Horrible HOURS! They dont follow Google hours thats listed. And they are RUDE. Closed 30 minutes before close and said they were going to open 2 hours after the listed times... need to publish updated times that are accurate.

In Switzerland, where there are not many Starbucks, it is like rain in a drought. There are seats outside, and seating up to the second floor inside. The prices are so high that it actually feels like Starbucks is cheaper. I had a croissant with bacon and egg and it was delicious. If you don't clear the space quickly, it may look like there isn't enough space to sit down, but I think you can just clean it up and sit down.

Standard starbucks but been there mugs are 1.5 price of other countries

I am happy to be able to drink “iced” coffee while looking at the Chapel Bridge from the second floor.

Amazing for a starbucks! The staff is super cordial and always smiling. The drinks are also well made. I tried their lemon rasperry muffin, and I would recommend it. The location is 10/10, with a premium view of the bridge and the mountainous landscape. It can get pretty busy, but it seems like most people get it takeaway, so the seatings on the first floor with the view are often free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom, so you shouldn't really rely on it.

The staff is friendly and the view is great. You can rest on the shores of Lake Lucerne and enjoy the beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge without spending a lot of money. The clerk is very friendly. You can take a rest here and enjoy the scenery of Kapellbrücke.

Really bad hygiene and customer service

We got a table right on the Reuss. In the sunshine with a view of Mount Pilatus.... Fast service, very friendly. Toilets - Well... Prices are steep but okay for the location and view.

I wish I can stay here for as long as I can. But now I shall enjoy my hot Caramel Macchiato to warm myself from the coldness out there, with the Chapel Bridge view right outside. People watching with the nicest view in Lucerne and my favourite coffee place. My usual visit to Starbucks whenever I travel. Never fail to surprise me with what they offer in different countries.

Overrated. The coffee doesn't taste particularly good. However, the location directly on the Reuss is very beautiful and invites you to linger.

Okay. You don't call it a coffee shop if it doesn't sell coffee. Monk coffee does not sell.

Starbucks has been my favourite hangout for years. Perfectly situated at the lake of Luzern, picturesque to the core, I love the hazelnut hot chocolate, some really good choice of sandwiches and quick bites at Starbucks. Simply perfect to soak in some sun, grab a bite and chill!

Cleanliness is a foreign word here. The soap refill bag is just lying around. Soil polluted. I really hope I don't throw up the coffee because of some bacteria.

Best place to sit next to Chapel Bridge .

Decent Starbucks, nice employees. Although the store was very busy, there were no long waits and the employees were polite and helpful. I can particularly recommend the vegan snacks.

December visit. There are no outdoor tables and indoor seating is very limited. We recommend walking a little further and visiting Heini, a Swiss coffee chain.

May be a bit crowded but the service will be very fast.

Dirty tables: even though I asked to wipe the dirty table and even offered to clean it myself if they would just give me a rag, no one came. Also loud guests, tasteless coffee, the most expensive in the city. Welcome to Starbucks!

The taste of Swiss mulberry started here. I was so full of bravado that I didn't think it would work, so I just had a cup of coffee.

Though bucks would be the same everywhere and it mostly has in other places. This was a pretty poor experience though. Wife got a Chai latte. It was watery and very sweet. I asked for drip. They were out and I didn't want to wait for them to brew a new one so they made me and americano, and charged me the difference between the drinks - an extra $2. The real sad part was the americano was super weak. I ended up adding instant coffee to it.

Starbucks with both inside and outside sitting areas with an awesome view of the bridge. There is a free of charge toilet. Regular Starbucks menu (incl. vegan options). Kind English-speaking staff.

It provides 10 minutes of free Wi-Fi and is a great location for viewing~ The price is a bit more expensive than ordinary Starbucks stores

Cool location in a perfect location. Sitting area right by the lake. Unfortunately, when there was a large crowd, many tables were not cleaned or cleared. Otherwise the team is super friendly and fast.

It was nice to be able to drink coffee while looking at the Chapel Bridge. There is no separate password to use the restroom. When you walk inside, there are separate male and female restrooms.

Small and fine Starbucks directly with a view of the Kappellbrücke in the heart of Lucerne. Easily accessible via the train station and also from the Migros parking garage.

Always a good choice if you crave for a cup of American coffee. Espresso is very nice and coffee drinks are good as well. Always a winning combination with some of the pastries that are offered there. This particular shop is right on the river side and should be very good during the summer. It is also on a busy pedestrian passage. Right now you can enjoy coffee outside without a certificate. So nothing to complain about, but definitely recommend a visit if you are around in the summer.
