I visit the restaurant in Aarau regularly and the employees are very open, warm people who provide great service. I am always happy to be there, to order the matcha latte you already know and to work in your restaurant, which always has a positive atmosphere. I can recommend the visit to everyone.

The most beautiful Starbucks with very friendly, nice and fast staff... best of all: with a lot of lovingly made caramel macchiato or white mocha with soy ❤️🪽 Terrace with children's playground very great.

Extremely unfriendly service. For my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a delicious gingerbread latte, with cream and toppings. When the gentleman who served me asked me if I wanted cream, I said: Yes, of course 😊. He then looked at me critically and asked “Are you sure?” and “… but without toppings right?”. It was very uncomfortable for me to answer: “Yes, I’d be happy to.” In my opinion he didn't have to comment on my choice. Such a shame. I don't want to go through this experience again.

It's all about profit 😒 Cafe lots of water 🫣 Vanilla syrup???? I probably forgot about it😡 You also have to save on the caramel syrup 🤔 All in all, no longer worth a visit😤😫 What a shame

You only treat yourself every now and then. Starbucks like Starbucks :) But drinks are all way too sweet for me and are no longer my taste. Snacks are good but there is also a lot of sugar there ;) Cleanliness outside could be better but luckily the furniture was finally replaced and it looks a lot better.

Price performance is not right at all. It doesn't taste any different than anywhere else. You only pay for the brand.

I only write reviews if they are extremely good or extremely bad. The extremely poor, unmotivated, unfriendly and aggressive service should be mentioned here. As a previous review noted, a young man with foreign roots (I'm a foreigner myself). I've rarely seen anything like that! My heavily pregnant wife was also shouted at just because she asked for lactose-free milk. The products are otherwise good and meet the usual Starbucks standards. We will come back when this person is no longer working at the counter.

On Friday evening there was a young man behind the counter who answered a simple question in an extremely unfriendly, almost aggressive manner. Another employee answered our question: yes, the milk comes from Switzerland Thanks

Actually a normal Starbucks, but the location is really nice. A few meters away is a bus stop and everything you need.

Rude staff! In a moment of distraction on the counter I was taking another person's glass rather than my own (it was the same drink that I had also ordered but in the larger glass)... but I promptly put it back when I realized that it was bigger..and in the meantime they wasted no time in pointing things out at me, almost making fun of my inattention! Shameful, sympathy and understanding 0 :/

Great service, welcoming & friendly. Enjoy the Chai Latte and Vanilla Frappuchino the most, not a coffee drinker :) The snacks are just not fresh, taste stale and old (tried several times)

Starbucks. If you know one, you know them all. Addendum: However, the outside area at Starbucks has turned into a mess. There are no garbage cans, tables are cleared by the wind, the tables are almost never wiped down, overflowing ashtrays and lots of dirt and rubbish on the floor. Disgusting! You don't want to eat or drink anything there. Pooh!

Went to Starbucks again today. Service was super friendly as always. In this beautiful weather, there are clearly not enough staff. I think it's a shame because the customers and employees suffer as a result. That's why only 1 star. Hope that changes again soon.

This afternoon, May 25th, 2022, I was at Starbucks Aarau again after a long time. With 2 people (a gentleman and the lady who has been working there for a long time) in this great weather, they were definitely severely understaffed and you could tell that they were "absolutely at their limit" or already over it - but were still friendly and professional and very well served (I enjoyed a great Frappuccino) - thank you very much for that! I would like to see a little more consideration for the employees at Starbucks (you can tell that "pressure comes from above"), or the work schedules would be made better... there is definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star for personnel planning and dealing with employees, in the hope that something will improve - but for the performance of the employees it would be at least 5 stars, my respect!!!

It used to be great. Since there have been new employees, the quality has become poor. The frapuccino is always very watery. I think it should be perfect for this price.

Basically like every Starbucks... I think they do it on purpose, getting the names wrong... That way people who dislike their name could simply get it changed by simply buying a Starbucks coffee and say their real name... No just kidding... The Staff is really kind and really helpful! The boss is an unfriendly guy, you come in, greet him and want to order, he looks at you like you're about to kill him. He shows no reaction when ordering, doesn't even ask what kind of cup I don't want. If you don't like your job, change it because then you will fill your position with someone who enjoys doing it.

I love Starbucks, but not this store!

The barristas tried very hard to make a gingerbread latte, even though they didn't have all the ingredients because it was out of season. A little cramped inside, but it was too cold to be outside.

Yesterday afternoon we wanted to order inside Starbucks, wore masks accordingly and kept our distance. We were literally thrown out by an over-motivated, hysterical employee because, in her opinion, the distance was still not sufficient. Training on friendliness and C-measures would be urgently needed here. We will no longer consider this location in the near future.

On December 31st, 2021 at 3:50 p.m. I was at the Starbucks branch in Aarau. There were 3 male employees there to prepare the drinks and a female one at the cash register who took orders. Since I suffer from lactose intolerance, I ordered a lactose-free caramel macchiato. Was laughed at by the male employees because of it. They probably thought they were being subtle but since they were shouting all over the store (felt like a chicken coop) I just heard it. If anyone is reading this, I just want to tell you that you should be ashamed of yourself! And to the Starbucks team in general. My coffee was completely watery and bitter. I have no idea what you're doing there, it'll definitely be my last visit to you. The lady at the checkout even yelled for them to shut up because she didn't hear the customers' orders. I have no idea what such employees are doing in direct customer contact. Only bad!

All toilets have been closed for several days because they were allegedly broken. You can't even wash your hands!

Kind and courteous. Relaxed compared to other catering companies during the pandemic, very great! The coffee was also good. The only thing was that the toilet was pretty dirty.

Ordered a cappuccino. There was only milk foam for ¾ of it. So I wanted to BUY a second one. There is one star because I got a second one for free. Unfortunately it wasn't a cappucchino, just a lot of milk foam and a little milk underneath. Brought back. So got another cappuccino. Now the same problem as the first one. But there is still one star because the woman at the checkout was really friendly. The rest of the team seemed overwhelmed, tired and unmotivated. If everyone had worn the mask correctly, then I might give it a third star. But it wasn't like that.

She doesn't serve me without a mask and even though she has a doctor's certificate!!! No more gangi in the load! There is no understanding at all! Nome cheeky lüt

Unfortunately, it was immediately apparent to the barista that he didn't feel like working at all. We weren't greeted and when we ordered we weren't quite sure whether he understood. After asking, I was at least allowed to pay. Unfortunately, the mask requirement is not implemented in this branch. But the highlight was the customer who stepped behind the counter with her mask pulled down, examined the milk (or whatever was in these jugs) carefully, and grabbed a straw and spoon herself, even though there was a sign specifically saying “No self-service”. and the barista stood next to her and chatted with her.
