Here we ate absolutely incredible cordon bleu BUT now we eat totally incredible dishes. It's good, a different cuisine, cooked with taste and just delicious. My family surprised me by inviting me there this evening for my birthday and we will come back again and again!! THANK YOU

With great attention to detail by our server, the details are meticulous, the decoration perfect, the cuisine excellent, fresh and local.

As I told you and we know, for us chefs going out to eat can be a challenge. They are doing great, your food has "the touch" that many places lack, the place is very welcoming and your collaborators are very attentive and friendly, that is all an excellent restaurant needs, everything else is complementary. I only regret not being able to go sooner. We liked it a lot, without a doubt we will return.

You don't have to adopt the concept from its predecessor 1:1, but I'm very disappointed that you don't even have the Cordon Bleu on the menu anymore! That's too bad! Otherwise we ate very well, and the service was attentive and friendly.

And can we please talk about perfect hygiene? - I rarely if ever go to other people's toilets...but it's just sooo clean and always smells great! You just have to mention that too. I absolutely cannot understand the negative opinions, both about the ambience and individual dishes. Our most recent visit to Sternenpintli went absolutely flawlessly. I have to clearly deny the accusation that there is no children's menu or utensils, as this is obviously not the case. Our child was greeted with a coloring picture with colored pencils. There is also a small children's menu. As far as the food is concerned, the dishes are prepared with selected local ingredients and with a lot of love and dedication. Quality is important here. Anyone who values ​​it should be willing to pay the price for high quality dishes. After all, the Sternenpintli is not a so-called system catering that cooks according to fixed specifications and schemes. The tenant duo refers to their vision of running the restaurant from now on with a short greeting and introduction both on the website and in their menu right at the beginning. Consequently, you can give the star pintli your own touch. In no way does it make sense for you to follow in the footsteps of your predecessor 1:1. So any attempt to bring about parity with the old Sternenpintli is an unfounded hypothesis. The rooms have been given a new lease of life and the food is presented beautifully and tasty on the plate. The star pintli will certainly not suit everyone's taste, which isn't a bad thing per se. Fortunately, tastes and opinions vary widely. This is shown by the positive reviews, which rightly predominate. The majority here definitely agree that the Sternenpintli is a place for delicious experiences, a place to stop and linger. We were impressed by the culinary aspects. We had a very nice evening. And we look forward to the next visit.

If nothing is the same anymore, why did the name Stärnepintli stay? Absolutely not recommended! Wasn't comfortable for a second between the bigwigs. In the bar, which was always completely full, where there was loud discussion and laughter, there is now an uncomfortable silence with elevated, quiet conversations. The food was good but the portions were laughable and you can pay an extra 2.- for the cordon bleu if you would rather have spaetzli as a side dish. You only get a handful of that... and then you pay 40.- for all the fun, excl. Beverages. Craziness…. Also worth mentioning: There are no children's menus... So I left this restaurant that evening not really full and with a lot of money lighter.

From the Büetzer Gasthof to the Bünzli Landhaus, you want haute cuisine. Where the Büetzer (me) once got a big, decent meal with his friends and family after he had struggled to find a parking space for his big pick-up, today the chic Tesla driver eats hungry portions at a great price. The large Gordonbleu is half the size of the small one. Ketchup and mayo come in tooth filling portions in small glass cups. Although we see how these are diligently filled up from the plastic bottle in the kitchen. The children's menu is also missing the drawing material and the lolly when leaving the restaurant . The only one of the old team still working there knows nothing better than to gossip about the predecessors who fed him for years. The so-called “new concept” is simply out of place and it is a shame what has become of this once beautiful family restaurant. We will definitely never go there again. And we are not the only ones who are disappointed.

I ate fish twice and I was blown away. The quality was 1a, the presentation on the beautiful plate, like a painting. My companions once had Leberli with Rösti (excellent!) and once the Cordon Bleu, which was very praised. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired. The interior was redesigned with a lot of love and taste. Everything seemed clean and very fresh. The price-performance ratio is more than fair. The service was excellent, despite the restaurant being full! I can only make a huge wreath for the whole crew and congratulate them on this brilliant vertical start! To all Motzers: maybe the whole company seems so welcoming and friendly because you stay away!

Well, I can't understand the good comments. Arriving at prime time on the weekend made me suspicious: the parking lot used to be packed on weekends and now... you could even park sideways. Then came the surprise: new owners, new “concept”. But what kind? The idea: “Upscale cuisine”. However, I miss that certain something in the ambience, on the menu and in the kitchen. There is a lack of creativity - the unique selling point. Nothing there that others can't do better. The prices are proud for what is on offer. To everyone who wants to eat heartily, in a traditional way and likes large portions - you've come to the wrong place!

Actually I just wanted to rate the restaurant and the food but I have to get rid of that now. I find all the comments that contain a comparison with the predecessor pretty pointless here. In the meantime, we know that the new owners have a completely new concept and then this comparison makes no sense at all and is not constructive criticism, but only seems to show that we are stuck with the old. I even find it sad not to give a new idea and a new concept a chance. You should be open to new things when you go to a restaurant with new owners and you can never compare new with old. It's like comparing apples and oranges. You can't take these reviews seriously. We think the two of them do a really great job and put in a lot of effort. The price and performance are definitely right for us and the food is fresh, very tasty and of high quality, selected and prepared. So a great new concept. The new ambience of the restaurant is also harmonious and modern. It just fits. We feel completely comfortable with you. The Pintli continues so well and with a completely new touch. Keep it up, you're doing great.

With the Cordon Bleus you can choose the contents with different ingredients. So you only get in what you like. Changes can also be made to the “basic” ingredients. Your wishes will be fulfilled if possible. It was very tasty and if you don't finish it all, the leftovers can be taken home. No more food waste. Very big and good Cordon Bleu's, you can even make the individual with different fillings. If you take the big one be prepared it is really big. I would recommend that you reserve as it can get quite busy. In the garden there is also a playground for the kids.

Once again a real cordon bleu... The map is very clear and there is something for everyone. The bouillon with egg was a feast for the eyes and very tasty even from the plate service. The Cordonbleu is huge (so you can take something home with you at the end). The service was very friendly and attentive. This makes a visit to the restaurant fun. The atmosphere on the terrace was great until the storm came. But the hosts were very flexible and helpful.

This was great here! They make special cordon bleu which you can fill with things you would like! Great idea. They have two sizes, the bigger one is really big so decide wisely and if you don't eat it completely, you can take it home which I highly recommend. They have a lovely garden/terasse and many seats also inside. Be sure to reserve a seat before you go. The staff is really helpful and the toilets even have a diaper change place. The prices are fair. Homemade food with swiss meat. Highly recommend.

Homely country inn with friendly staff. We ate one of the house specialties. Cordon Bleu with selectable supplements. Everything was very good. The Cordon Bleus are served with either fries, croquettes or spaetzli. A green salad as a starter or vegetables as a side dish. Can only recommend this country inn! Reservations in advance are recommended.

The Cordon Bleus need some time. Waited about an hour. But they are good. For me, the classic ones with Gruyère are my favorites. Home-style food. The dessert, fresh cream slices, were very tasty. Unfortunately it was very loud in the room. The service was friendly and nice.
