Very very very expensive for what you get, food comes from tres Amigos...wouldn't be bad in terms of taste but price/performance and the service (only English speaking!!) AN ABSOLUTE RUDE!!!! Burrito with beef 33.- without any side dish... nachos only with cheese there without jalapenos and beans (because I don't like it) not even a salsa or sour cream with it 22.- are you kidding me??!!! First and last time...

Bad service, waiter sat at the bar and typed on his cell phone. Waited a long time then he came with the cell phone and continued typing in front of me... until I could order, I asked if he was ready... he said: "Si" Guys, you want to make money then train your staff, otherwise you'll close the shop, that's unprofessional and the bad thing is... you know that

Yesterday I went to watch the YB match with my friend. Even though the bar was completely overcrowded, the one employee did a great job. We waited less than 5 minutes for our drinks and were served very friendly. We'd love to come back

Good food, quick service! I think it's a bit expensive but the quality might make up for it! With 2 we spent 80 for 1 main course and a beer per person.

After waiting a few minutes, the waiter comes to us. He stands at the table and plays on his cell phone for about 10 seconds without saying anything. A little later: "Hello everyone" was the only thing he said. Orders are reluctantly accepted. Impression: Not a good day? Conclusion: Go somewhere else!

Very, very, very but then very long service…. Unpleasant staff. Frankly bland food and way too expensive for the little we have on the plate, Burger King and even McDonald's do better, that's saying something... In short, disappointed! But where is this famous José that everyone glorifies??

A very long waiting time, only 1 employee in the evening, we waited 15 minutes. When we asked, we were told that there were no other visitors, even though we had waited longer than they had, we weren't served.

Service unfriendly!! My girlfriend and I wanted to try out a craft beer. When we asked the waitress what he could recommend and what the various beers were, his only answer was "I don't drink beer". But then why do you work in a bar? If I work in the catering industry and am a vegetarian, I still need to know which animal the meat for the dish comes from. Absolutely untrained staff. The restaurant next door is also the last frozen piece of crap!!! Never again !!!! If you don't believe the good reviews, it's probably the owner's colleagues or family. I mean there are only 1 or 5 star reviews, which is a little strange.

Good food. Beautiful place. The service is very nice and polite... but undestaffed, even on a Friday night. Too much wait. They must be more staffed, cause only 2 staff for a whole bar restaurant is simply not enough to hope people come again. Specially when it comes to deal with the high price of the menu. Last things : there are about more than 10 big TV, but we used to see only the same advertising in loop, so booooring for a Friday night... Absolutely NO AMBIANCE. Why don't you broadcast some sport match, or video music, ...or ANYTHING ELSE all days. This bar is a beautiful jewel, but not polish.

Very unmotivated staff. If you order something, expect a waiting time of 15-20 minutes. Always close earlier than it says on the internet, you got the wrong order every time you ordered something or there wasn't enough of a drink, the tables are never cleared, you have to alert the staff to clean or clear the tables, answers are usually cheeky or unmotivated. If you talk to employees about closing early and the long waiting times, the employees become very rude and indecent! I think it's a shame, there's no comparison to the sports bar that was before. The sports bar before was the complete opposite.

On a Saturday night before a movie we wanted to get burgers and wings. We arrived at 7:10 pm, at 8:30 pm our food had still not arrived. We had to cancel the order because the film was about to start. Hungry and disappointed. Lift your game!

Unfortunately, there are a few bad recessions here, which certainly has its justifications. Nevertheless, I would like to ask you not to be put off by this. We have been here several times and will continue to enjoy a cocktail or a delicious beer here in the future. In my opinion the bar is very cozy. With the large TVs and the various sports broadcasts, it is reminiscent of the atmosphere in America. Give the bar a chance and enjoy your stay there. And I wish the owner good luck in selecting future employees. It's not easy to find good staff. Today's barman (unfortunately I don't know his name) was definitely very attentive. When we arrived a young gentleman checked our certificates and left again… After 10 minutes. We still couldn't order anything. The bar was empty! He was busy behind the bar with his phone the whole time. NEVER AGAIN!

The employee with the long rasta hair, very unfriendly. Were there about 20 minutes before opening time and waited in front of the restaurant. 3 minutes before opening, I asked him if it was open at 3 p.m. He answered yes very unkindly. We went in at 3:02 p.m. and he came to us and said we still had to wait!! We turned around and walked away. If I could, I would give -5.

While it may have just been a bad day, the mistakes were fatal. We wanted to watch the Schwiez-Spain football game on July 2nd, 2021 and eat with it. 1: We ordered snacks, but we received the order from the table next door. We didn't think so, instead of the big nachos there would be two small ones. 2: At our table we had 1x “Fresh Quesadilla Salad Mixed leaf salads with pineapple, avocado and When we ordered a large wheat tortilla filled with melted cheese, we received a fresh chicken salad for a vegetarian. We complained accordingly and explained that this was not possible because the person is vegetarian. Afterwards the salad came back with a quesadilla but the chicken simply cut in. As a waiter, I imagine it would be very difficult to ignore being vegetarian. The excuse "Quesadilla usually come with chicken" is also not justified, because that's not on the menu (or see above) and which restaurant just throws chicken after it? 3: At the end we received the bill and realized that we had been charged twice too much for beer. It was particularly noticeable because we didn't have the specific brand/type of beer on the table. 1x was canceled, 1x we were charged because the waiter said he was sure we got it. We got tired of it, paid and left. But mistakes don't happen that many and not like that. That was just embarrassing, irresponsible and annoying. Oh yeah, and during breaks or when there's no sport going on, the music is just annoyingly loud. People want to eat, drink and talk to each other there and not almost shout at each other when the hustle and bustle of the TV offers a break.

We were there spontaneously because we liked the atmosphere and ate something. Since there's a McDonald's around the corner, we didn't get any burgers. The burrito was very good and the staff was extremely nice. The prices are a bit intimidating at first, but the ingredients are all fresh and homemade as much as possible. A large selection of craft beers is also available. We will definitely come back.

The service was nice but unfortunately my drink has nothing to do with the picture here. The ice cube filled the entire glass which unfortunately affected the amount at 14.-!! Impudence!! There are no quantities on the card cl or dl, something like that doesn't work!!!!!

Nice place but the drinks are flooded with ice because they are overpriced. It's a shame that the drinks are as described on the menu. They aren't too expensive either. Not to be missed. Your colleagues received a drink that was 95 percent made up of an ice cube. It's a shame

I think the store is very good. With more than 30 craft beers and a fairly large selection of cocktails, this place is good for hanging out and trying new things. The atmosphere is like a New York underground bar. I would recommend this bar for beer fans and curious cocktail fanatics.

The quality of the food is just above Burger King standards. Unfortunately, the service and the atmosphere are not really convincing either. The only highlight is the large selection of craft beer, but the joy is clouded by the moderate pricing.

I used to often be a guest at “Sportsbar” and I always really liked it. Everything was ok, now I find it “Stars and Stripes” bar not so great anymore. Music: Rock is coming non-stop! There were 4 of us today and we only stayed for 10 minutes because we couldn't stand the loud ROCK music anymore. If the customer is supposed to be king, then please do it the way the customers like it. Otherwise you can't lure the younger generation in. (-) Just let something play on the TV (-) Rock music as loud as in a concert (+) otherwise inside it's nicely done Just fix these two negative points that bother me and many others I know. (1. loud rock music and 2. that few football games are shown.)

Cozy place for a beer with very comfortable sofas! The staff is extremely friendly and the bar has a smoker. Next door is the Phaté cinema which can be easily combined ;) You can also eat something from the restaurant next door in the bar.
