You can order pizza and pasta even if you’re not at meal time. The scenery is great. The salmon pasta is super delicious. The service staff is very friendly.

Dear restaurant team, I would like to give you my feedback on my visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the pizza that was served to me. The pizza was served cold and the dough was dry. The taste of the cheese wasn't as expected either, it didn't taste like mozzarella and partly had the taste of goat cheese. This significantly affected the taste experience and overall the pizza was just mediocre. I'm sorry I had this negative experience as I had previously heard good things about your restaurant. So I was disappointed with this particular experience. I hope you take my criticism constructively and perhaps take action to improve the quality of your pizza. I am still open to visiting your restaurant again and hope my next experience will be more positive.

It started with the fact that the reservation apparently couldn't be made over the phone and that you should please reserve online. We then received a reservation number on the phone. We went out to eat in the evening. The staff was ok, not very friendly. When you asked, you didn't really have any idea what was on the menu. No local beer on the menu except for one that hasn't been available for a long time. (The service specialist wanted to tell us that Feldschlösschen was a Valais beer. The food was like this. The dough at Flammkuchden was ready according to what the staff said. Pizza Sugo tasted slightly like ketchup. Cheese at Mucho Nacos was only partially melted. Saltat buffet was ok, good The selection and sauce were good. The atmosphere was like 15 years ago. The price is rather expensive for what you get. Conclusion: It was okay, I personally wouldn't recommend it

Flee this establishment and the pizzeria next door which are linked. Haughty casual male staff. Even if you book this does not guarantee you a place. the prices are exorbitant the food and not good. There are plenty of other excellent restaurants in the village....

The food was ok But the prices were way too overpriced. You have to pay extra for everything. We had made reservations over the phone to eat at the steakhouse, but since they couldn't find the reservation we were transferred to the pizzaria.

Food: Pizza was mediocre at best (dry dough, cheese didn't taste like mozzarella (but partly like goat cheese?!), few pieces of vegetables as toppings), the soup was too salty. Service: already seemed overwhelmed at 6:30 p.m. (brings food, but no cutlery, doesn't bring napkins, only brings mayo after the second request). The over-salted soup is replaced, the same salty soup is served again, simply with more decoration next to the plate. I drank the cider from the bottle because the glass was dirty. The employees seem friendly, but the food and service were not satisfactory during my visit.

Terrible service. They got our drink order completely wrong. Twice. Then they completely forgot to bring us cutlery and napkins. The overall impression was that they were completely overwhelmed. About the food: the soup was so salty that it couldn't be eaten. The pizza looked more like a biscuit, and the cheese on top of it was definitely not mozzarella. The only positive note were the burgers: they were really fine. But overall I wouldn't repeat the experience.

Food quality is acceptable. But the prices are shocking!! The accompaniments are extra, and when you already pay 58.fr for a piece of meat, adding 9.50 francs to have a single small baked potato is really excessive. We also took a bottle of wine identical to the one we had the day before in a restaurant in the same resort, it was 10.50 francs more!! The prices charged are beyond comprehension for an establishment of this category

The location has a really great view. It would be nagging to say that the food is delicious, The service is perfect. However, since it is Switzerland, it is not always friendly. When a customer approaches you kindly first, We respond with even more service. Steak is the best! And the rediscovery of Swiss wine.

Nice restaurant, very nice and good staff. The food is prepared very elaborately and creatively, and it was very good. I had a beef rump steak with country cuts, then a delicious tiramisu. The local beer “Sud 51” is also tasty! I will go again next time I stay and can highly recommend it.

We didn't have a reservation. It was my birthday and the boss (cook) made an omelet cake as a surprise in 15 minutes. On the one hand, I have never eaten a cake like this before and on the other hand, the idea was fantastic. The taste is a dream. The meat in the main course is one of the best things I have eaten in Switzerland this year. I also found no criticism of the operation. At the end there was a gift from the owner. We are completely thrilled and can only recommend it.

The place is just incredible, facing the mountains and relaxing deep house music. The staff is really pleasant and warm. The meal was really excellent and plentiful. I recommend this place with my eyes closed, go for it!!!

David makes a huge different how you experience the steakhouse. He was funny, attentive and well client focused. Even during the stress he forgot some dishes to bring, he compensated with his humor and positive attitude. we were a big group (+12) and he really managed us well. food was good and we will continue to come here.

Since our four-year-old son suffers from celiac disease, we found out two weeks in advance whether there was gluten-free pizza, this was confirmed, we then made a reservation straight away and were assured that we would get the gluten-free pizza when we visited. Unfortunately, when we visited it was completely different, no gluten-free pizza 😒😒😒. Explaining this to a four-year-old is difficult. For our daughter's children's menu, fish fingers with fries, the fries were about as warm as the ice cream for dessert 😞😞😞. Our service boy didn't speak any German, Leukerbad is in a German-speaking area, right? Actually, one star is still too much NO MORE !!!!!!

The food was ok but nothing more. Our reservation from the evening before was forgotten, meaning the table was already taken. This meant we had to wait until a table became available. Under the table we were given there were still some leftover food from the group in front (fries, spaghetti,...) which I wiped away with a napkin, which the service staff put back on the stack of new napkins... The Service was poor. On the one hand, we were neither welcomed nor farewelled. The service was very stressful and annoyed us when we wanted to pay separately. That doesn't work for me at all. We also waited an hour until the starter came. The main course is almost the same as the starter. There are clearly better restaurants in Leukerbad...

Very unfriendly staff. People only want to speak French and are not willing to offer a free table or accept reservations. A pity. We were always thrilled, despite the relatively high prices. But now... no, not like that anymore.

This restaurant is one of my worst experiences in Switzerland. I'm not the type to rate tables badly simply because I mainly try to highlight the different places that I experience (see my different opinions). However, this time it was catastrophic. The idea was to spend a friendly evening with family around a good steak. We all left that restaurant feeling frustrated, angry and sad. To begin with, the cuisine is not up to standard: dishes too expensive, marrow bones where there are almost only bones to eat (the rest is replaced by parmesan), good quality meat but too much cooked (cooking requested not respected, what a waste), paid accompaniments and above all not cooked!, ... Then the atmosphere: crowded on small tables with a lot of noise, a lot of "coming and going" from poorly organized servers, it's a good cocktail for not being able to relax. But the worst part of the story, and it's not the restaurant's fault directly but that of an individual: the service!! We were treated to a boorish, rude waitress, who does not know how to take an order, who refuses to return certain dishes even though they were clearly not up to standard, who then dares to say that it is our fault, who leaves the ordered wine for the meal on the bar throughout the meal and only when we had finished eating and after several requests to serve us, who finally brought us the wine for dessert almost. It is a scandal ! A service where customers feel like they are being insulted should not be condoned. I hope that the message will get through to the owner of the place and while waiting for changes I advise you to eat elsewhere because it can only be better.

Very good food / dishes very well cooked and presented, however the prices have become greatly overrated! 50.-chf for a simple piece of meat without garnish... to add even more between 8 and 10.- without forgetting the carafe of water for 7.- even though the meal was largely washed down with other drinks. To finish, a little reflection from the waiter who comes to complain about not receiving a tip... Really unfortunate to see this establishment deteriorate to this point.

Today we had a bad experience at this restaurant. I arrived with my child coming all the way to Leukerbad to enjoy a nice meal here only to meet this rude waiter who straight away asked us where were we from? I don’t mind the question if there was a welcome greeting or asked within a friendly chatting. It made my child and I feel very uncomfortable asked first thing such a question. We thought whether there is any discrimination or people of certain race or religion not welcomed here? I decided not to make assumptions and ask the waiter directly why he asked us so and how his way made us feel. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, he replied rudely, again, that he asked because we spoke English ( I did not see him ask people who spoke English in the other tables!!). Not only that he said sarcastically that I was the first person to raise this concern, he then turned his back to us, ending the conversation abruptly while continuing his rant and mocking our concern! I am sure this attitude is related to him as an individual and not the restaurant. I don’t know his name but he was the tall waiter with tattooed arm who was on duty today between 1 and 2 pm.

I don't know if it was because it's not the season in Leukerbad, but we were quite disappointed with the restaurant after our visit. 1/3 of the restaurant was attended and 3 employees looked after the customers. One would think that this should actually work. However, the older gentleman who served us was very, very impatient and caused a huge mess. Instead of serving one customer after the other, he started something at 4 tables and forgot something at each of them. If you didn't order after 1 second he was already at the next table... very uncomfortable as a customer because I want to enjoy a quiet evening. We and the table next to us didn't get the wine, but it was on the bill. Other visitors didn't get their ordered dessert or tried to order or pay for 20 minutes. So much for the service. However, the cuisine is good and the items are really nicely presented. Our ribs arrived at the table relatively lukewarm, but that was probably due to the service. It's a shame when the kitchen's hard work is lost in the last few meters to the customer.

Been coming here for 10 years every time we stay in Leukerbad. The prices have remained consistent and reasonable. The pizzas are good, but their pizza sauce is EXCELLENT. I mean it's really incredible. Whatever you order, be sure to ask for some of their pizza sauce, if not but to eat with the bread.

I have to honestly say I haven't had such bad service in a long time. The food wasn't good at all either. Price performance way too expensive for what it is..

We are not very well received because the staff does not speak French… (icy welcome, contemptuous tone) we choose to eat for 15 minutes on their large menu, and when ordering we are told that there is only pizzas… (9 p.m. on a Friday evening) Not very professional, and the tone used is really not pleasant... why not have you said it before? It was visible that we were looking at the whole card, it is double-sided and we were turning it, the lady came to ask us for the first time if we had chosen, we told her no. She then came and asked us what we wanted to drink. But at no time did she tell us that we only had to choose from the pizzas. (except when ordering) We pay for our drinks and leave… 9.40.- per liter of still water… that’s still a lot to pay! We will not come back.

The is a nice restaurant in the middle of Leukerbad village in the Alps. The service was very friendly. The restaurant caters for children with their meal boxes and with the play area. There are also various seating options.

Found this place by chance after a day at the spa, friendly welcome, immediately seeing our 2 children they advised us to sit in a room where there is a play corner, for the older one we immediately ordered a children's menu with a surprise box, and it was accompanied by a kind gentleman to grill a frankfurter chosen by my son... lots of fun... huge menu, 2 T-bons chosen... excellent meat. Fast service, very friendly and kind people. Nice place.. we will always come back when we go to the spa again.. we must try all the other dishes.. we can't wait..

The big problem with this restaurant is that you will have the impression of having taken a bath in a fryer on the way out. They had the bad idea of ​​putting a cook in the middle of the restaurant to grill the steaks (of course the paper). But since the ventilation hood is probably never properly cleaned, expect to eat in the grease and smog of cooking oils... too bad because it could be much more pleasant to eat without bringing back the smells of cooking with all the clothes. Also be careful, the staff doesn't even speak German, we ask you to speak English... The service is a bit of a lottery, we don't receive all the dishes ordered and it's long... very long... The time to be well soaked in oil.

Absolutely great expirience here tonight. Staff were amazing and nice! I definetly recommend this place.

We were there during the winter holidays and didn't have a reservation. Luckily we still got a table. The food was delicious and our waiter was super friendly and charming. We both had the burger, I had the corn on the cob and for dessert we both had the chocolate mousse. Not only was it beautifully presented, it was also delicious. We also really liked the interior design.

We don't really know where to enter...but we entered what seems to be on the pizzeria side since we were seated not far from the pizza maker. So that gives the pizzeria the jackdaws. But it's the same card everywhere. Fast and unprofessional service (probably seasonal students) but very good meal (homemade ravioli and buffalina pizza). The pizza dough, however, could have benefited from being cooked a little more. It looks like it would be fun for kids because we saw lots of families and kids grilling their brains on a baguette.

The service was very friendly and professional. The food was OK. Meat quality was OK (partly tough for the T-bone steak and the Angus steak. For us the price/performance ratio was a bit too high. The dessert was very tasty (not too sweet). We ever ordered the homemade desserts and weren't disappointed. Dogs welcome in the restaurant. I can recommend everyone to go there for dessert. If you like eating meat, you should eat there and form your own opinion.

Overall a good restaurant specializing in Black Angus beef. I had the pleasure of eating the 400g beef skewer (Robbers Meal) which was super tender and well cooked. Remember to book!

Incroyable découverte gustative dans ce Steak House !!! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Très bon accueil, cocktails au top! Nous avons commandé l'entrecôte de Black Angus avec pomme au four et crème-ciboulette, ainsi que le menu Mexican Cowboy Combo, un vrai régal !! Les serveurs parlent volontiers français et le service à table est rapide, la déco et l'ambiance tamisée ajoutent du charme à ce resto qui nous aura surpris jusqu'au bout, avec un bon panacotta et mousse de chocolat. Le serveur nous a en plus offert un digestif valaisan pour clôturer le tout. Enfin bref vous l'aurez compris : on vous le recommande vivement!!

Die Bestellung wird missmutig angenommen - kommen Sie in 30 Minuten wieder. Dann stimmt der Preis nicht wie angegeben für Take-Away: Begründung: wegen Corona kein Preisnachlass wie angegeben. Echt frech, wie die auf die Tränendrüse drücken (vermutlich kassiert der Wirt zu 100 % COVID-Unterstützung vom Bund und Kurzarbeitsentschädigung für die Mitarbeiter von der Ausgleichskasse) Andere Betriebe wären froh, geöffnet zu haben und so einiges dankbarer. Pfui - eine Schande für Leukerbad und Leukerbad Tourismus, welches den Betrieb gross aufführt für Take Away!

Nous y allons chaque année, depuis cette belle découverte il y a 3 ans. Déjà au téléphone l'accueil est très sympathique, même lorsque nous réservons avec le Passeport Gourmand. Personnel très agréable, attentionné. Les mets sont toujours aussi bons et gouteux, aussi bien les gambas, les BBQ Ribs, le filet de boeuf, etc. Le menu "Gaucho tapas de luxe" est délicieux et permet de découvrir plusieurs spécialités. Nous n'avons pas testé les mets sur la carte de la pizzeria.

Stardard Swiss Steakhouse Restaurant near our Hotel while staying in Leukerbad the meat are surprisingly good that we came back twice for dinner! good quality of steak they have in there its a must try! I also tried spareribs its meaty and very tasty! This place is lovely for family with small kids as they have a playground inside, service is good, attentive staff, average swiss price. Will come back for the steak when we’re in Leukerbad!
