Hello Steiner Beck AG I am complaining about an employee A. Amiri who was very disrespectful and cheeky towards me and my husband. You definitely don't throw a croissont at a customer, that's not possible. I am very disappointed.

Very modern cafe, friendly staff. Always fresh products until the evening. The salads are super fresh and varied.. Tip: Balance salad with chickpeas and soybeans..

We enjoyed a very fine and large Steiner breakfast. With very friendly staff.

I love love love the Steiner! I generally think the well-thought-out concept is great, but one particularly nice branch is the newest one at Hinwil train station. Large selection at the counter, small but fine area with regional products such as eggs, milk, cheese, etc., frozen cakes and chocolates. There is a great selection of takeaway lunches but also a weekly changing lunch menu. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The almost personal conversations between customers and staff are quite nice to observe. Many people are obviously regulars and their preferences are known to the staff. Extremely beautiful. There are many different seating options and an outdoor area. And don't forget the play area for children. Highly recommended.

Apparently, greed for profit takes precedence over respect for historical trees and buildings. The approach is a reflection of the business philosophy. The entire project is not a single event, but the result of an unsatisfied greed for profit. By the way, you can also take a position publicly instead of writing emails to each other in secret. Or is the statement not so convincing that it can be published? Answer: I have no questions, I rate this company based on their behavior. You should read the reviews before copying a empty answer.

When I was at Steiner Hinwil for the first time, I immediately thought that I would be here more often because the food and service were very good.

For the first time I visited the Steiner-Beck in Hinwil at the train station. Nice, big, bright restaurant. I think the swivel chairs in the café are great. Unfortunately the air conditioning was set way too high. The visibly annoyed comment from the attendant about the possibility of reducing the air conditioning a little surprised not only me but also other guests present. “That’s a matter for the office, there’s nothing we can do about it.” Such statements are certainly not customer-oriented. Had to wait a long time despite not being busy. 4 employees in service. You only get the receipt upon request, no check is possible, which I will be charged for! We asked the service staff about it and they just said we weren't enough people! We are used to a different service (wetzikon kempte) and will avoid the Hinwil branch in the future if possible!

Unfortunately our breakfast was forgotten! When we wanted to pay, the waiter came and said: Oh, you didn't get your food, should I pack it for you? Next time please give a sign that you haven't received the food yet! Sorry abaolutes nogo!

Very fine bread, baked goods and also cakes. I find the prices rather high for a croissant 1.40. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. 4* because of the prices since there is no 4.5.

Early in the morning, the service was not friendly

I find it a very nice place to stay. But at 9 a.m., people want to have a snack. With a 30 minute break. The craftsmen should be preferred. If you want to order something and pay, you always have to send my colleague and that always takes time. Maybe more staff. And there is also no space for a bike.

When you find yourself in Hinwil, definitely visit this place, which guarantees a pleasant sitting, the opportunity to eat, have coffee...desserts...buy fruits, vegetables, chocolates...And very kind and polite staff.

Modern and very cozy atmosphere with lots of wood. Huge selection of goodies. It even has a small corner with fresh groceries for spontaneous shopping.

Great new café with a large selection and space. Nicely decorated. The cappuccino is rather small, unfortunately. On Sunday there was brunch, which looked quite extensive and fine. I'll try it out too. A reservation is an advantage. I like it better than Schneider's queer in Pfäffikon.

Today we were in the newly opened Steiner Beck at Hinwil train station for the first time: very nice, chic and yet inviting atmosphere. Friendly, prompt service from Ms. Rüegg, even though the restaurant was almost full. However, the bitter aftertaste of the illegally felled linden tree remains, which has nothing to do with the offer in and of itself. Nevertheless, the Steiner Bakery would be well advised in this day and age to respond to these critical voices and not simply ignore them.

Nice place for brunch, reservation necessary

Beautiful bakery turned out. And the service I recently experienced on a Tuesday from Ms. Ekert was very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to see the older and new employees putting a lot of effort into pampering the guests. And being able to stay calm in hectic times. I wish the new employees a good training period. And the guests have patience to support them even in hectic times.

The tree must not be forgotten. Pure greed for money.

The new coffee is really nice, you immediately feel at home. The little ones have also been thought of with a beautifully designed children's corner. The food was super delicious and the staff was very friendly, just needs to get used to it a bit ;-). We ordered a cake for a birthday party that looked really cool and tasted delicious too.

As a craftsman working in renovations with a passion for old buildings and trees, I regularly went to Steiner Beck with my fellow craftsmen. After reading about how Steiner-Beck AG dealt with the venerable linden tree, I will no longer support this company in the future.
