Service very good, food could be more affordable

The new Steiner branch at Hinwil train station is simply great. The employees are very accommodating and friendly. We were there recently and it was almost full, the empty tables were all reserved. And yet the very courteous service took us for breakfast in between.

What was open, it was closed, you can't even tell the time!

We had a birthday cake created with special wishes and the Steiner team exceeded our expectations. The cake was a masterpiece both visually and in terms of taste. We received very professional and good advice when we made the request for the cake, everything worked out perfectly. The team at the store was also super friendly and welcoming. We can recommend designing a cake to everyone. Always happy, thank you for the beautiful cake.

I wouldn't give a star but unfortunately that's not possible otherwise I can't rate it. I ordered something yesterday for today and my order wasn't passed on, which means I'm left with nothing. I would even be accused of not ordering from the right Steiner. Very, very unfriendly staff who can't even apologize and don't see their own mistakes. I was even insulted when I went out. NEVER AGAIN.
