Unfortunately, I was treated extremely unkindly from the start. When I asked what was in certain sandwiches, I received very snarky answers. Something like that is simply not possible, especially as sales staff in the catering and food sector! Allergy sufferers and vegetarians also enjoy fresh food from Beck - but definitely not here anymore.

It's incredible that out of all the Steiners who have tried it, there isn't a single person who isn't racist. All you have to do is be a man with dark hair and her look changes; They smile at the Swiss with all their teeth, look down or angrily, with a look of superiority as soon as a foreigner appears. Gentlemen, you sell sandwiches, so leave the smell under your nose at home.

Some of the employees are very unfriendly, sandwiches are only put in a paper bag upon request…

The menus are always of excellent quality and offer a solid price-performance ratio. Highly recommended, especially for Kanti students.

Very unfriendly staff, huge theater with toilet keys (there is only one toilet for all guests!) I was treated so unkindly yesterday that it was the last time for me. (Was there regularly before) In the future I will use alternative offers in places that treat their guests with respect.

Friendly, good selection, always fresh. Shop here often. But I'm always happy when I see a Steiner-Beck in Kt. ZH, because a short break with coffee and pastries is always welcome 😉
