Stella in Bürglen (TG)

Pretty disgusting shop, if you order or buy something there it's your own fault. The health department should come by and close the shop immediately would be the best thing

I ordered my food on site and had to wait a good 20 minutes until 2 kebab boxes were ready. The shop is very dirty!! The floors are dirty, the walls are stained, the sauce in the container has dried up around the edge and the carrots are discolored. Pretty much no appetite left after this point of view. The owner was friendly and the food itself was okay, but it's definitely the last time I've been there. I just hope that the frying oil is changed regularly and that I didn't upset my stomach with this food.

Had ordered with delivery. The food was ok but I waited over an hour because the delivery person couldn't do anything even though I lived 5 minutes away. He had so many orders and everything and he came without any stress or anything. Never order something like that against the cheek

I waited over 50 minutes for my pizza! And the second time I waited over 50 minutes for my fries, they arrived totally soft and floppy. The delivery person was in no hurry at all and doesn't know where he went. I ordered it last time! Never again.

Home delivery: calzone with spinach, mushrooms, gorgonzola and egg. Gorgonzola was not visible and you couldn't taste it either. Spinach was leafy spinach. I don't know whether it was frozen or fresh, but it was good. Canned mushrooms... No go! The dough was quite airy/soft. Combined, the calzone left a small puddle of water/fat. If you like, you should try it, but I personally attach great importance to fresh mushrooms. Unfortunately there is no standard calzone to choose from.

I've never seen kebab bread warmed up in the microwave. It tastes like that too. No thank you.

Delivery was canceled because the restaurant was closed. Delivery service still brings the order 5 hours later. When we said that we no longer needed the food and it was canceled, the delivery person yelled at us, insulted us and assumed that we were always "pulling things like that" even though we had never ordered there before. ABSOLUTELY RUDE and no customer service.

The shop is very dirty!! I ordered fries and didn't want to know when the oil in the deep fryer was last changed. I had a stomach ache and felt sick Dönner ordered very bland almost no meat and it arrived home cold.

Very nice phone when ordering. Extra requests are no problem. Everything was great when it came to delivery and on time to the minute. Pizza very good!

Food was too expensive, arrived cold, too small, Dürüm was just rubbish and limp, arrived 25 minutes late. Never order from there again, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Ordered a kebab to take away. Since I ran out of aluminum foil, I just put it in a plastic bag (at my request). When I reached my destination about 4 km further away, the kebab was only lukewarm, but tasted good (you may want to make the kebab meat a little hotter). The price of 8.- is justified. Thank you. The place seems cramped, so I would recommend taking the food away or having it delivered.

Dingy restaurant - after the change of ownership it never reached the same level of quality as before.

Ugliest restaurant I've ever been to. Service is very bad, there are long waiting times and you are always pushed away by phone. It is questionable how this restaurant meets the hygiene standards. Additional matching socks from 8 p.m. in front of the store.

Been here twice at different times. The meat was very bad. The cocktail sauce was also tasteless.

We always order from Stella and are very impressed. Always friendly and good. We always order pizza. It is very good and there is always a free side dish with it. Delivery service always arrives on time as discussed. Doner and Dürüm are also absolutely good! We are regular customers and will remain so!

The Stella restaurant in Bürglen operates with very few people. Therefore waiting times of 20 minutes are completely OK. When I order from Stella, it's a pizza and it's first class! There is always a free side dish, such as drinks, salad, desserts or wine. As I said, Stella is a small business but works perfectly!

Delivery service + cooking tends from bad to very bad. Of the stated 40 minute delivery time, the courier arrived 20 minutes later. 16 fr for half a portion of baked gnoggi (the container wasn't even filled to the brim) and ham you also had to go looking for. The "spicy" salami pizza couldn't be said to be spicy either. If you want to order here you should think twice
