Un accueil toujours chaleureux et très avenant! Des chambres propres et bien aménagées! Les petits déjeuner très variés! La cuisine du soir au restaurant est délicieuse et copieuse, avec du personnel très agréable! C'est toujours un séjour super lorsque l'on vient dans votre hôtel!

Personnel très sympathique. Merci à Elisabeth et Bastian Hofmann pour leur gentillesse. Si la décoration très colorée n'était pas toujours à notre goût, nous avons aimé: - la chambre propre, avec balcon, équipement complet, TV avec de nombreuses chaînes - la piscine agréable - le parking pratique et gratuit (très généreux!) - la qualité des repas (petit-déjeuner et souper)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un enfant de 2ans et demi. Un magnifique hôtel personnel très sympathique et aimable, aux petits soins avec le petit :- ) nourriture excellente beau menu chaque soir et buffet de déjeuner parfait. la chambre était spacieuse et très propre mobilier un peu vétuste emplacement parfait à 3minutes à pied de tout et le la piscine vraiment top. Je recommande à tous et merci pour tout à bientôt

Aus unserer Sicht war alles einwandfrei sauber. Das Personal War sehr aufgestellt und mega freundlich.

Waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort. Wasser im Pool dürfte etwas wärmer sein. Ansonsten alles super. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre petit séjour au sein de votre établissement. Jolie chambre avec deux salles d'eau. Excellent accueil à la réception et au restaurant. Le personnel se débrouille très bien en français ! Beau buffet au petit-déjeuner (excellents pains). Les menus du soir étaient bons et copieux (servis dans les assiettes bien chaudes ce qui est assez rare c'est pourquoi je le relève).

Abbiamo passato una notte ed è stato veramente bello, personale molto gentile e cordiale, ottimo prezzo, la piscina dovrebbe essere più calda secondo me perché avendo una bambina di 1 anno lei aveva un pò freddo. Del resto tutto ottimo, lo consiglio

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer in lnterlaken ein Hotel sucht ist im Stella Hotel gut aufgehoben 👍👍(Hunde sind willkommen. )

Délicieux repas de St Valentin et excellent accueil.

Tolles kleines Hotel mit super Hallenbad. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr viel Auswahl. Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Familienfreundlich. Gute Lage in Interlaken, in wenigen Gehminuten am Bahnhof Interlaken West oder bei der Harderbahn, beim Wildtierpark (Gemsen, Steinböcke und Murmeltiere gratis beobachten). Einziger negativer Punkt: Im Restaurant beim Abendessen gab es nur 2 Kindermenus, da wir 4 Tage dort waren, wurde es etwas langweilig. Sie waren aber offen, dass wir uns Take Away bestellen konnten, haben uns sogar Geschirr und einen Tisch bereit gestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Très bien, accueil super parle le français. Les chambres sont belle bonne litrie,spacieuse avec balcon. La piscine Très jolie et propreté impeccable. Le prix est très correcte pour la Suisse. Bien placé dans la ville et place de parcs. Conseillé vivement. Petit déjeuner super bien. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤗😜

Je donne un maximum d'étoile malgré le lit 🛏 deux petit lit au d'un lit double plus mini télé 📺 télécommande fonctionne une fois sur deux, si non le reste est au top aussi bien le personnel complet la qualité de la piscine, chambre, petit déjeuner etc..... Cordialement xavier et pollyanna

Wir haben wahrscheinlich 10 verschiedene Pralinen gekauft und nur 2 davon waren relativ frisch - mit Mango und Chili-Pfeffer war der Rest so. Der Laden bietet 5 Eiscremes an, die auf dem Bild gut aussehen. Kaufen Sie also besser eines davon.

Da das Restaurant Stellambientes Ende September schliesst, haben wir uns entschlossen zwei Tage in Interlaken zu verbringen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich begrüsst und willkommen geheissen. Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich mit dem grossen Balkon und der herrlichen Aussicht. Vor dem Nachtessen wurde Jeweils ein feiner Gratis Apero serviert. Das Nachtessen war sehr fein. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet haben wir einfach genossen. Neu und praktisch ist die Karte statt der Schlüssel für die Türen. Wir haben die zwei Tage genossen und werden bei Gelegenheit wieder im Hotel Stella einen Besuch abstatten. Der Familie Hofmann und Personal wünschen wir weiterhin Glück und Erfolg.

Les glaces sont excellentes : dark chocolate + vanilla + mango ! Un vrai délices ! Mes amis étaient aussi ravis de leurs parfum ! Les cornets sont délicieux ! Les vendeurs super sympa ! Excellente adresse ! Je recommande !

Ich liebe dieses Eis so sehr, dass ich zweimal zurückgegangen bin! Am ersten Abend probierte ich eine Kugel Pistazieneis, was unglaublich war. Am nächsten Abend ging ich zurück und hatte den Kaffeegeschmack. Beide waren sehr frisch, natürlich und sehr lecker!

The room and balcony was nice and spacious. The bathroom could be improved in size! The breakfast had a great variety and was good. Unfortunately no AC but still okay if you open the window and turn the fan on 😂

The description of this hotel is completely misleading. Anyone who ever experienced a real four-star hotel would never rate this place four stars. The hotel shares a building with regular tenants, so every floor is mixed - apartment holders and hotel guests. The hotel is located on a busy street so if you face the street, bring ear plugs because your windows will be wide open - the hotel has no AC. We were visiting during day time temps of 30C and our room “cooled down” to 26C by 23:00. The nights were extremely difficult. The rooms are indeed spacious but antiquated and the bathrooms are tiny and dark. The furniture in our room was so dirty that we didn’t want to sit on them. The only positive things we could find were the staff, who are friendly and professional, as well as the location. Stunningly, the prices here are on par with the Victoria, a real five-star hotel, only ten minutes walk from the Stella. We would not recommend the Stella to others than back-packers or people on a shoe-string budget. This is a two-star hotel, nothing less, nothing more.

Das wohl beste Schokoeis, dass ich je gegessen habe!! Dazu ein super feiner Espresso und der Tag ist perfekt!

Sehr freundlich, Frühstück exzellent. Zimmer gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hübscher Garten. Uns hat es im Stella gut gefallen. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Äusserst nette Gastgeber und leckeres Essen. Wir hatten 2 Toiletten im Zimmer (1x mit Badewanne, 1x mit Dusch) was noch praktisch war.

Great breakfast, but a bit pricey for the room.

Perfect stay. Got upgrade. Free train tickets. Free umbrella usage and chocolates. Amazingly helpful and humble staff. Best location for Indians and everyone. Everything near the place as in shopping, restaurant, casino. Nothing better than this one.

The people at this hotel are wonderful! They went above and beyond when it came to service. My daughter was staying here when she broke her leg (not at the hotel) and ended up in the hospital. They not only packed up her things for her, but they brought them to her at the hospital along with flowers for her! So when I flew over to bring her home, I stayed there too. My room was immaculate and just charming! The breakfast was great! They went out of their way to help me in any way they could. I would definitely stay here again and I also highly recommend it!!

Came here to have gelato for dessert and it was by far the BEST I’ve had so far in my life! Got strawberry and chocolate! Friendly staff as well!

Mit meinen australischen Freunden bin ich in der Schweiz unterwegs. Er liebt Schoggi über alles. Und so waren neben dem Einkauf im Läderach auch in diesem Laden. Mir gefiel er viel besser. Der Duft nach Schokolade ist himmlisch. Der Schokoladenbrunnen, der die Wand runterläuft ein wahrer Hingucker. Bei diesem Kauf gab es zwar kein Probiererli, dafür kostete die Schokolade nur halb so viel wie im Läderach. Die Verkäuferin war äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr nett - trotz Millionen von Touristen den ganzen Tag.

The room is not what internet pictures are showing. It is actually not compatible with the reception/pool standards. Washroom is dark and old (see picture), room has no blackout curtains and the worst: has a small window in the roof that will wake you up with a very bright light on the face (there is no option to close it). Room also stinks. Manager was nice to charge me only the price for 1 pet and not 2 ( I brought 2 yorkshires). Maybe I was unlucky to be in this room, so make sure you ask pictures of the room before paying. Breakfast and location are good. Staff are very nice. The 2 stars are going to them and due to the good location.

The stay was good. Accessible by public network. Just a 4 min walk from the bus stop nearby. Very less vegetarian breakfast options though.

This shop has all kinds of chocolates but pricey. There is seating available also for /lunch/dinner.

The chocolate is really good, one of the few places that have a log history is chocolate making. The staff is definitely friendlier than the ones at the nearby Schuh. A huge selection of Halal options is also available for Muslim customers, that's basically the case in most of swiss stores.

überschaubares, freundliches und sauberes Familien-Stadthotel, wo das Gastgeberpaar noch persönlich bekannt ist und immer für einen Schwatz zu haben ist. Verdiente 4 Sterne, wenn auch im unteren Bereich. Installationen in den Toiletten entsprechen nicht mehr den internationalen Anforderungen an 4 Sterne. Die Küche jedoch und der Service entsprechen 5 Sternen.

Great place to stay whilst visiting and exploring the mountains around interlaken. It's close to the city centre and very comfortable hotel.

One of the very few 4-Star restaurants that have a non-commercial feeling...run by husband and wife duo, who pay attention to each and every guest from the time of arrival till you depart...outdoor breakfast is a perk as you can enjoy warm sunshine with a view of snow peak mountains and good hospitality...location is fab too - its 5min from Interlaken West train station and 3 -4min from the shopping high street/ paragliding landing park...friendly and helping staff.

호텔 직원들 너무 무례합니다 아고다에 에어컨 있는방이라고 올려놔서 예약했더니 에어컨 없다고 그건 자기네호텔 잘못이 아니랍니다. 아고다에 문의하라고 뻔뻔하게 나오네요. 호텔 매니저 멜리사는 매니저 할 자격이 없습니다. 내방에 들어와서 발코니 문 열지 말라니까 무례하게 열어버리고 손님에게 설명한다는 명목으로 강압적으로 나왔습니다. 이렇게 무례한 호텔은 첨이네요.

Wir genossen die kleine Pralinenauswahl, rund 6 Plätze für 15 Franken, nicht schlecht für Schweizer Preise. Wir waren jedoch sehr enttäuscht von der heißen Schokolade. Ich dachte, es kam aus dem Wasserhahn, der mit heißer Schokolade floss (wir hatten vorher Schokolade als Getränk in Paris geschmolzen), stattdessen warf der Kerl etwas Kakaopulver in die Tasse. Es wurde mit langlebiger Milch hergestellt und schmeckte sehr langweilig, hätte aus einem Automaten kommen können.

It was my second time to stay at stella hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Everything was good. We had a wonderful vacation in Switzerland.

During summer, it's hot in Interlaken and they don't provide an air conditioner. Otherwise, the stay is good, service is excellent

A very comfortable and clean hotel well run by the Hoffman family and their friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and a balcony with views of the mountains. The food was all excellent and we couldn't fault the service at all. A good choice of somewhere to stay in busy Interlaken, in a quiet corner but less than 10 minutes walk from the station.

Hi all ! Trust me it’s not hotel it seems more of hostel and based on my stay please don’t fall into prey for four star rating the hotel saying . The breakfast is nothing but a simple bread jam and juices nothing more , and also quiet little far from other hotels in interlaken if you thinking staying close to city centre and rude behaviour staffs too . Kindly avoid the hotel . It’s hostel not hotel again since the rooms are quite small too !

Sie haben ihre eigenen Schokoladentafeln, die man auswählen kann. Wir hatten Strawberry getaucht in Schokolade zusammen mit Chocolate Gelato und Cappuccino. Die Leute waren nett und freundlich.

Случайно зашли в этот магазин, гуляя по Интерлакен. Приобрели очень вкусный шоколад и изумительное мороженое. Здесь каждый найдёт шоколад по вкусу. Рекомендую этот магазин!

sehr familiär, kompetent und aufmerksam geführt, zimmer toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, balkon mit blick auf die berge und garten super, garten mit brunnen lädt zum verweilen ein, nettes, zuvorkommendes personal, speisesaal sehr hell und fantasievoll eingerichtet, jederzeit anpassbar auf gruppen oder einzelpersonen - hallenbad, gemütlich und sehr sauber - alles wunderbar und man würde da gerne längere zeit verweilen...

Ein Muss und ein Muss! Sehr freundliches Personal, und die Schokoladen sind für jeden Geschmack! Ich habe den Ort geliebt und werde sicherlich jedes Mal wieder kommen, wenn wir Interlaken besuchen:)
