Sternen in Bielersee (BE)

The perch filet meunière and fries were wonderful, as were the boiled potatoes (soft and not hard and glassy like "modern" chefs do), the starter salad was fresh and varied, the passion fruit mousse was fine and the white wine Réselle from our own vineyard went wonderfully with it. The service is nice and efficient. All in all, highly recommended.

Excellent perch fillets directly from Lake Biel with our own wine. The taste of the fish comes out really well. Traditional, simple restaurant that is hard to find anymore.

Very good fish. However, you had to wait a very long time and the service really wasn't able to do anything. Rude, cheeky, couldn't write things down, charged too much, didn't want to get a person to go first... Otherwise it would be very good

Small restaurant, homely decorated and attractive on Lake Biel. Delicious river bass. Prepared in 2 ways. We also drank wine from the vineyard of the owner of the restaurant. Excellent white wine from Reselle, a local Swiss grape. Friendly service. In short, highly recommended.

It's a shame that was a failure, eating is ok but if you say if you're still hungry you can let us know and we'll give you even more at no extra charge and at the end there will still be an extra 25.- on the bill? A pity

Enjoyed the first terrace greeting after the Covid easing with super fine perch menuiere and baked, as well as the mixed salad with a hearty sauce and the house's own Pino gris. Overall satisfied with the price and performance as well as the friendly service. Simple and cozy as always. It would be desirable not to plague the innkeepers any further with the Covid requirements.

Ich war in den letzten 3 Jahren mehrmals in diesem Restaurant und genoss stehts die Eglifilets Meunière. Es gibt immer 2 Portionen à 6 Filets mit Beilagen, so isst man immer warm. Weinauswahl ist klein, aber das Restaurant ist sehr sympathisch und kreativ. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben, fast wie zu Hause. Ich werde immer wieder hingehen.

Very special but nice atmosphere. By far the best perch on Lake Biel and a very fine salad. Friendly service and very moderate prices. Can only be recommended.

Das Restaurant hat seinen Charakter über die Jahrzehnte bewahrt. Nichts ist aufgesetzt oder abgehoben. Schlichter Auftritt, exzellentes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in persönlicher, ungezwungener Atmosphäre. Der von mir genossene Pinot Gris aus eigener Produktion ist eine Trouvaille und mundet ausgezeichnet.

Das Restaurant "Sternen" ist ein Original in Tüscherz, am Beginn des Rebbaugebietes des Bielersees.Die absolute Spezialität des Hauses sind Eglifilets fritiert oder meunière. Wer sich nicht entscheiden kann wählt Eglifilet moitié-moitié, dann kommt zuerst ein Teller fritiert, dann menière (siehe Fotos). Dazu unbedingt Weisswein aus dem eigenen Weinberg wählen.Der Wirt kommt auf ein paar Worte und mit einem Glas vorbei. Unbedingt voranmelden.

Originales, kleines Restaurant mitten im Rebbaugebiet des Bielersees. Die Spezialität des Hauses, Eglifilets gebacken oder/und Müllerinenart sind sagenhaft. Dazu trinkt man einen Wein aus dem eigenen Weinberg und wechselt ein paar Worte mit dem Wirt, ein Original! Aeusserst freundliche Bedienung. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen.

Un magnifique petit restaurant au bord du lac de Bienne, à l'abri des regards, caché par la route principale, mais qui vous ravira par ses merveilleux filets de perche, son vin (les vignes du patron) et son accueil coloré.
