Stierenberg in Grenchen

I only stopped briefly to have a coffee. The Weather was very bad. For this reason there were no other guests. Very friendly and personable service. In the restaurant I was able to buy sheep sausage made from their own animals. Very nice area and a cozy restaurant. I'll come over for dinner with friends at the next opportunity.

Great friendly hosts, we spent New Year's Eve at Fondue Chinoise. Excellent meat, some of which is raised in-house. We would like to come again.

Sleeping in the straw was great and the brunch in the morning was perfect... Keep it up

The panorama on the terrace is wonderful. Unfortunately, the long wait for a sandwich and something to drink as well as the unfriendly service didn't add up.

The Stierenberg restaurant is the first restaurant when you drive from Grenchen to Grenchenberge. The kitchen offers real home cooking. The service is very friendly and competent. On weekends it is often difficult to find a place on the terrace. The restaurant has a very large parking lot! I can highly recommend the restaurant. Ideal for hiking. Various hiking trails start from Wäsmeli (5 minutes from the restaurant). 10 minutes from Grenchen and you are in the middle of nature in the Solothurn Jura. The view of the Mittelland is breathtaking! When the fog isn't too high, the sea of ​​fog is simply great to look at! The place in the sun!

We enjoyed a delicious morning meal in the Stierenberg restaurant. There was plenty of delicious bread and pastries, cheese, butter, eggs and jam and you could enjoy a beautiful view. We are always happy to come to you. we liked it very much.

Limited selection on the menu but top preparation. The landlady is at the stove herself and knows her craft very well! Preparation and presentation of the food was very good. Limited drinks menu. Price-performance ratio is generally very pleasant. Highly recommended.
