There was a fly in the food. I was then offered nothing, no money, nothing. When they asked me to give me my money back, they said it wasn't possible. After 15 minutes of discussion I finally got the money. I'll never eat there again.

Unfortunately, we had an extremely unpleasant experience when ordering from Subway. We were looking forward to enjoying our meal, but after 90 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received anything. We called 4 times about this When we finally decided to ask for our money back, we were met with extremely unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the staff. The woman on the phone seemed unable to communicate effectively with us and even hung up the phone twice without providing us with adequate assistance. Such customer service is absolutely rude and disappointing.

We are Subway fans. This was definitely the worst and most expensive sub in the world! It starts with the fact that two types of bread were not available, the cucumbers were from the day before and the service was anything but friendly... and then the price: three times more expensive than in Germany, 5* as expensive as in the USA .
